I have been here for 8 years. This place is the best. You walk out feeling like your a part of a family. All of the people here make you feel welcome. Don’t listen to all of the bad reviews. They are all lies. The teachers here are professional and hardworking. Best studio ever! I have grown so much since 2014.

Our first year here but my daughter absolutely LOVES it! She is 9yrs old taking the hip hop classes and EVERY week she is extremely excited for class! During this pandemic of all times Im so glad that their able to remain open and the kids are able to have some sort of escape each week since just about everything else has been closed & canceled including her school sadly.I highly recommend this dance school. It is a little on the pricier side but worth it considering the time & dedication they put into teaching the students!

My daughter is in her first year at Motion N Dance after her other dance studio closed due to the pandemic. I have had nothing but positive experiences here so far. The staff here is very welcoming and professional. My daughter absolutely loves her classes, the other girls, and Ms Staci. She has made so many friends and enjoys being apart of the MND Family. They truly live up to there motto. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

My daughter became part of the MND family in September 2018. We absolutely love Staci and Jess and all of our dance family. Its true what they say, come in as an individual and leave as family! Jesss choreography is simply amazing and her tough love approach to teaching is exactly what my daughter needed. Their passion for dance and their love for the kids is so evident, they always go above and beyond. So happy we found this studio❤💃🩰

When my daughter and myself attended two recitals at motion and dance for my daughter best friend the shows was amazing. Now that my daughter has been accepted she loves it and my family and I truly enjoyed her performance. Her dance instructor is amazing and so is Mrs. Stacey. All the children do great.... I will definitely be sending her back.

We are in love with Motion and Dance! My oldest daughter has been attending since she was 5, shell be 12 this month! MND is a family, with all the right values and morals. Beyond the family dynamic the students learn so much about dance technique and vocabulary. My youngest daughter, now 5 loves her dance class and friends. The staff who own, run and teach at MND are professional, loving and are extremely dedicated to the dancers and it shows in everything they do. If youre looking for a dance home, this is the right place for your dancer.

Motion N Dance is by far the best dance studio in Philadelphia. The instructors are so talented and they choreograph award-winning routines season after season. This studio is my daughters home away from home. She has grown so much as a dancer in the past three years that she has trained at this studio. I would highly recommend this studio.

Awesome dance school. My daughters attends this school and it is a great school. Instructors are great, friendly, and well skilled. The director and her husband plan well organized picture days, rehearsals and recitals. The recitals are fantastic! They are extremely enjoyable for the whole family! This is the best studio around. My son has been doing hip-hop here for 5 years and it has been the best experience for both him and I. I love how they treat my other children as part of the motion n dance family even though they do not dance! Love spending time here!

All 3 of my girls love being part of the motion and dance family. Such a great dance studio for all ages. All of the instructors are great and make the kids feel like theyre #1. My daughter started at motion and dance when she was 3 years old! At age 5 i skipped a year and did not register my child. It was then that i realized what a huge impact the school made in my daughter, everyday she asked when she was going back to her studio. The following year we registered and MND is now apart of our family! Can’t wait to experience more memories with dancers and staff!

Nothing compares to MND. The instructors are amazing and fun. When you come here you are family. Students are inspired to be who they are and grow their confidence in the techniques they learn. I started my dance education here as a kid, and it opened up many many doors for me. I am happy to say that I am continuing to guide children here as a teacher and have been teaching here for over 10 years. Staci, the director now who took over for Bobby and Mary Gee is really opening up doors for these kids and really gives them a second home and offers something no other studio in the area does. They not only learn technique, but confidence and each staff member gives them the tools they need to succeed in the future. We treat these kids like our own and love each and every one of them. I am really proud and believe in each of them who walk through the door. One thing I do love is no matter your age there is a class for you. With three studios at one location we have so many different levels available for each age group, so if you are older and get a late start on dancing that is perfectly okay! We have many classes for you to go to. There is something for everyone here at MND. And our boys are phenomenal!Motion N Dance really is a special place and Im very fortunate to be a part of this family!

My daughter has been going to MIND for almost four years and this studio has been nothing but amazing, the staff care for the students and not only care for them but for the parents as well! The instructors are incredible there and are very knowledgeable about their jobs. Its like a big family!

Truly the best dance studio around! My 12 year old daughter has been dancing at Motion N Dance for most of her life and each year I can see her dancing improve. She has joined additional classes throughout the years so that just shows me how they treat the girls and she is always happy when I pick her up from dance. I get no complaints about going unlike other sports she plays. She doesnt have the connection on those teams like she does at the MND team. It is a great big family. Couldnt ask for a better dance school, teachers, and classmates.

I have been apart of motion n dance for about 20 something years!!! This is a place I call home! I started as a dancer and become an instructor at MND. This is a family oriented place and great place for a student learn dance education! They have bully free zone and we are really a family!!! I never would have thought when my daughter was just 3 years old, starting in her cute little dance school that after all these years we’d still be here calling this place and all of these people our family.. our 2nd home.. We laugh together, cry together, watch our children grow together. We see all the skill and joy these teachers provide our kids with everyday. These children learn so much more than just dance at MND. They learn to be strong, independent, kind and loving human beings. I’m so happy to be part of the Motion N’ Dance family and I can’t wait to see where our years to come take us. Our daughter has been dancing there for 6 years, her home away from home. She looks forward to notes of encourament mailed to her @ home! The instructors have helped her become more confident! She loves it there!

This place is the worse place. The place is huge but custumer service is really poor. The owner Is extremely rude. She thinks she’s better than everyone else.

I wish there was something lower than one star that I could click on. I am a healthcare professional and my daughter goes to a reputable Catholic school in Philadelphia. I had promised my daughter who just turn 8 yrs old that I would put her into this dance school if she does great in school. I took my daughter to this location so I could get some info on when the next session will start. I was unable to take her earlier because I had too many patients today. My daughter was too exited I guess, she went standing by the window for less than a minute to see how the kids in there were performing. The teacher came out and told this 8 yr old kids to get out of there otherwise she would call the police. I couldnt beleive her unprofessionalism behavior, I told the lady this is an 8 yr old kid, you cant talk to her like that, the lady replied I DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR 8 YR OLD, IF YOU DONT LEAVE HERE NOW I WILL CALL THE POLICE. My daughter started crying stating that this lady was mean mommy, she hates me. I was speechless, I didnt know what to tell my daughter. I simply calmed her down, took her in the front of the building so I could report this dance teacher, I learned that the teacher was the owner of the company. My daughter was so upset and sad, the lady in front felt so bad, she told us that she was sorry for this treatment. I mean I would understand if it was a guy starring at the kids from the window, but an 8 yr old girl standing for less than a minute?Shame on you Motion N Dance. Believe me, all this happened to her just because of one reason, the color of her skin. Shame on you Again. I will contact consumer affairs very early tomorrow. This business shouldnt remains open.

The ballet instructor is totally rude and unprofessional. She embarrassed my daughter in front of the entire dance class by making her sit out of the dance session for not paying the recital fee on time. I have paid for classes every month since September including a 175$ costume fee for 2 costumes which was paid in full upfront and am late one payment and they treat us like this! Completely disgusted!

I love this studio! I dance almost everyday here and wouldnt change it for anything! The teachers here inspire you not only to dance but pursue your dreams!! Another thing i love about this studio is the opportunity to student teach, i am very interested in teaching when im older and the student teaching is a great help with this as well as community service hours! Thank you to all the teachers at MND for inspiring every kid & making MND a home!

I have been dancing here since I was 3. 10 years at MND and let me tell u, this studio is so fun, nice, and like a second home. The dance teachers are soooo nice!!! I love it here and recommend the studio for you if you want your child to become a great dancer. And yes there is fees to be paid, but if there is a deadline you need to follow it because its not optional. Just like work if u have a deadline and u dont hand it in then there will be consequences. I love MND and I will never leave

My daughters both attend MND. They absolutley love it. It is their home away from home. My oldest is on her fourth year at MND, and its amazing how much she has grown as a dancer, She has built frienships with girls since before kindergarten, and is now in third grade. The staff at MND are truly dedicated to our kids. Its our kids home away from home. The atmosphere is verry family oriented. The staff is pleasant, and are passionate about teaching. They show dedication, and commitment to our kids. MND is a great dance school. I truly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place for their kids to dance.

Motion N Dance is not only a dance school to us. It is also a diverse family of creative talent and individuls. It is a place we are proud to call our home away from home. My daughter has been a member of the MND family now for 3 years. She started her dance education here when we lived only 5 minutes away. We relocated to NJ and we drive 35 to 40 minutes twice a week for her to attend her dance classes. We do this because MND is a positive enviornment with skilled instructors who nuture each student to have self confidence, but also for them to be the best the best dancers and person they can be. We love MND and anyone who attends here will surely call it home. What a wonderful establishment!

I am so sicken by this dance school my daughter went there for 2 years and paid every month since Sept and also because I was late on the dance recital fee they would not let my daughter do dance tont...this is sicken and very disturbing to pit a child out because of a late payment.then I go to write a check and they tell me oh no it has to be cash.this dance school in very very rude I would never recommend this school to anyone.and the owner is very cocky.not professional at all.its a very clickie place!!!!and all abt money.and now have a custome that isnt going be worn because I pulled my daughter out...she was not treated well there from starters.......
