I don’t like the new self print. They should support the duties of the print shop workers, not completely replace them. Now I can’t ask them to print something for me I have to get charged a 10 authorization fee to start? Why is this the new normal. It’s backwards. Print services shouldn’t be more difficult to navigate than it was three years ago. Alexa was working. If I worked a print shop I would have had better customer service.

Never again the cashier was so rude and unfriendly!! When you have a disorder with vocal cords (spasmodic disorder) sometimes mask makes it very unclear what you are asking! Loosen my mask so the clerk could understand what I needed and try to explain! “Put your mask on!” He said but rude. Well thank you for making me feel contagious. I know the importance of the mask and safety! Covid-19 is not something to play with but have a heart!!😷😩 Thank you for ruining my Saturday

Went on Saturday at 336pm asked 3 staff members to help me.look for an item, they just said to look inaisle 4, I asked exactly where because I could not find it and they just said aisle 4, they could not be bothered to go and help me, so I left never coming back. Get better staff please

That girl explained everything, literally EVERYTHING about the differences on the papers in such a way. Decent selection of office chairs, but they have some very lazy employees.

Google had the wrong hours and they still let us in after the actual closing time. They didnt have to do that. Much respect to the courteous staff who helped my girlfriend find what she needed!

I called this location TWICE about a door chime. Both times a young fellow named Marco assured me that they had one such product from GE and it cost about 7 bucks. When I got to the store, a senior employee named Joe told me that Staples had NEVER sold such a product and would not bother to double check. I left and returned after verifying all my information. I found the product, showed it to Joe and thanked Marco. If you find yourself at this store make certain the person you talk to is from sales, not management.

I went in looking for parts for office chairs. There was an irritating beeping that made it hard to concentrate. Staples apparently has some sort of an alarm system that causes the beeping. I left because it was hard to concentrate.It is easy to see why they are having troubles.I saw 5 or 6 employees and 4 or 5 customers. The customers werePoking for items and the employees were successfully ignoring the customers. Except what looked like a manager who seemed to be buying something asked me if I needed help finding something. I said yes but couldn’t stand the beeps

We had an urgent school project that required us to make use of our large printer. Trouble was that we were out of cyan and they would have to special order the cartridge. One of their associates, Jorge, quickly suggested a local place that specializes in refilling them, giving us some options despite the fact that they may not make a sale. True customer service!!! Thank you Jorge, I will be doing more business with you all in the future, even if its out of my way to get to your location. Your dedication to helping your customers is something that other businesses around the area need to practice as well. Keep rockin!!

Everything is well organized and the staff is helpful and kind.

Very horrible experience this place is the worst. We came in to buy over $300 dollars of supplies and they gave us horrible attitude over some packages of water. The person accompanying me is blind and he said sorry I didnt see the sign Im blind and the manager very rudely responded well thats your problem what a bunch of idiots I hope their store goes bankrupt.

The only reason I dont give it 5 stars is because in some items their selection in store is very limited, you can always order online
