Everyone at Blues Angel was welcoming and helpful. Josh Taylor shared lots of knowledge about Eastman guitars and let me hold a T486 for a day while I thought about it. I got to play many quality guitars and took my time. No pressure to buy and just a bunch of good people who love music. My T486 was set up perfectly!

We stopped by to get guitar strings and got a couple of other things too. The guy that helped us was super nice, very knowledgeable & helpful and said he taught guitar lessons too. We browsed around looking at everything and then checked out who turned out to be someone else who was also nice. My only concern is if the guys work on commission, then I’d like to be sure the one who helped us gets the credit, not that we purchased a lot, just that right is right. Loved the store and the bird was super cool!

Did well this yr so l decided to treat myself to an acoustic guitar. Went in to buy a Martin G-?, None in stock but they really talked steady about the Taylor guitar that l didnt know much about. Im not a fan of built in pickups but thus guitar sounded so beautiful l bought it. Nice price tag but l can assure you this, its worth every penny spent. There sales staff are great, they dont push you into buying, they let you buy at your own pace, with your needs, never pressured... Try them out.

Awesome Store!!I live in CA but my Son is in Fort Walton Beach FL so I searched for a music store in and around his area for a special Birthday Present. I chose and called Blues Angel music which I found via Google. Jacob answered the phone when I called the store directly. I asked him if they could special order an Amp by a particular date that my son has wanted for a long time . Jacob was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional and advised he would need to verify with the manufacturer or distributor of this particular brand to see if in fact they could get it delivered in time for my sons birthday, (we only had about 2 1/2 weeks lead time). Jacob called me back that same afternoon, said they could get it on or before my sons birthday. I went ahead and placed the special order. Sure enough, the Amp arrived at their store 2 days beforehand. My son was so surprised and thrilled with his gift. We all kept it a secret until he arrived at the store. You have to have to have love Blues Angel Music! I mean, what’s not to love? The sales reps are great and what makes them even greater is that they are not on commission. This means that instead of their job description being snaking around stealing customers from each other and selling you something you don’t want or need, these guys have knowledge and integrity and taking care of you while they get paid by the hour is their job. Makes for a much more pleasant atmosphere when shopping for that perfect instrument that speaks to you.I have bought and sold several instruments from and through Blues Angel seeing both sides of coin and have never had a bad experience there. There was the one time I took a vintage 80’s Ampeg SVT II bass head in for repair and didn’t hear back from them for months. I dropped the thing off preCOVID and by the New Year some 9 months later not a peep. Fearing the worst, I thought for sure one of their technicians got it “ lost “ in the Covid shuffle. Made perfect sense in my mind, seeing how the head had gone around the world on the Back in Black Tour with AC/DC back in the day.Not being confrontational I finally got the nerve to see what happened to my treasured bass head. I walked in for something else and casually asked about it. The repair manager brought the head straight out to the floor and showed me where the insides were fried and that it was basically I repairable. I felt a little better as I saw it plausible seeing how @2ohms impedance the head could practically archweld with the current that ran through that thing. So I asked about why no phone call. The gentleman told me they had called several times. So I asked what number. He said my phone number back to me and then it clicked all of a sudden.He was telling me the number that I had to change some 6-7 months prior. The whole time it was my fault as I had not given them the new number after I changed it after I dropped the head off for repair. Glad that I for once did not stick my foot in my mouth as I usually would have.So whether you’re shopping for a new PRS ( they have plenty in stock and they are beautiful ) or renting a PA, or dropping off a repair, expect excellence from this outfit.They are a gift to the music community in the Greater Pensacola Area. Go see them!
