We are new to KinderCare and started our son for the first time this September. We could not be happier with our decision to enroll here. We were able to do a virtual introduction that answered all of the questions that we had. Once we made the decision to enroll we had a transition week that allowed our son to get used to his new environment. The staff was unbelievable and so flexible in this time. The director team were also very supportive of my wife and I as they know it is just as tough on parents as it is on the kids. They have an awesome application that gives updates all day long, letting you know what the activities are and sharing photos of the fun being had. All meals are provided so there is always something new for our son to try. The teachers in his room are experienced and really easy to talk to and ask questions. I highly reccomend this location!

My daughter had been going here since she was 3 months, she is now 3 and continues to love it. Her teachers have been wonderful, she has great friends there, and the managing staff are friendly and helpful. This Kindercare location came highly recommended from a friend and I am very glad we decided to go here. As a first time parent, they have been very helpful throughout my daughters development, letting me know when behaviors were totally normal or adjustments should be made.

KinderCare is top notch. I feel 100% comfortable dropping off my kids there. It is a very well run facility from the director to the staff. Very responsive, creative, professional and kind. My kids learn a ton and I am very pleased all around. I highly recommend KinderCare. And not just because they feed my kids and wash their bedding ;) Thats just a plus!!

My friend recently removed their child from this daycare after finding out that a teacher held the child down and put tape over the childs mouth. Apparently the teacher was fired and the daycare self reported to the state, but Im so appalled. I feel people should know if they send their child there.

3/13/20-My 15 month old daughter was assaulted by a teacher at Kindercare Learning Center Lowell Street Peabody. I was not informed of it, but rather the woman who witnessed it happen told her friend who no longer works there and her friend told my friend who then told me last night. So while at work last night I got a phone call from a third party telling me my daughter was assaulted by her teacher today. I tried getting answers calling the woman who witnessed it and was told “I can get in trouble if I say anything I don’t know how the process works”, the daycare was now closed so I tried getting the personal phone number of the director of the daycare and was told “she said come in tomorrow and she will talk to you”. My mother picked Addison up from daycare yesterday and nothing was said about anything. Rather she smiled at my mother and told her to “have a good day”. So the woman who witnessed this can talk about what happened to my daughter with her friends but when the mother of the child asks what happened she “doesn’t want to get in trouble”. I went to the daycare this morning and spoke with the director who said she “placed the accused woman on administrative leave and contacted corporate but did not contact me because she did not have all the information yet”. The day before my daughter came home with a bite mark on her arm. I called the daycare asking why there wasn’t an incident report made and asking what had happened. Her teacher said she “didn’t know what happened and didn’t hear Addison crying” she said “I do see Addison biting her sleeve sometimes” my daughter had a short sleeve on and doesn’t even have enough teeth to make the bite mark that was on her arm. No matter WHAT, this daycare center is WRONG for first of all not informing me that my daughter had been assaulted whether it’s under investigation or not. For speaking about the matter to anybody else but ME! They had enough information to place her on administrative leave and contact corporate but not the mother of the child who had to hear what happened from another parent? A parent who told me that this isn’t the first time this woman has been accused of putting her hands on a child! I trusted these people with my DAUGHTER and I feel BETRAYED. People will know what happened to my daughter at this daycare center- somewhere where she is supposed to be SAFE! And I will make sure this WILL NOT be brushed under the rugI filed a police report with Peabody police and DCF is in the process of investigating the center.

We absolutely love Kindercare! My oldest has been there for almost 4 years now. The directors are amazing and very responsive, and the teachers and staff are the best (they have become a part of our family)! My kids are excited to go every day and it is clear every time we walk through that door how much they are loved and cared for! In terms of the facility, it is kept very clean, lots of safety measures are in place, flexible hours, and as an added bonus, meals and snacks are provided! I will always highly recommend the Peabody KinderCare, especially to all the working parents out there who want a second home for their babies!

We enrolled our daughter at 9 months and she is now 3 years old. She has learned how to socialize, play, and learn with other children her age.The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that each child is learning everyday. They have become part of our family and we are so happy that we chose this facility for our daughter.

It takes a village to raise a home and lets just say Kindercare and the staff made me feel secure and comfortable leaving my child with them. Knowing I picked them has been the best choice I could make. IT MAKES BEING AWAY FROM MY BABY OK, especially with the hands on app for parents and staff to connect. Its the best school you can ask for. From the Daycare hours, to the onsite chef to the activities and learninging technique I highly recommend any of their facilities . And if you have a child that is shy or needs a hug or 10 in the morning because they rather be with mom or dad than school, Kindercare Staff goes over and beyond to make sure that your child is comfortable and happy. So if that kid needs a hug for 5 mins guess what 5 mins it will be. I love this daycare. Every kid should be a Kinder Kid.

I feel compelled to write a review based on one poor review from years ago left by another parent. I enrolled my then 11 month old July 2016 to Kindercare at Peabody,MA. First, the director- Janel is amazing and was very nice and understanding when I explained that we were in need of childcare ASAP as our prior nanny left the position with one 2 weeks notice. My daughter was with a nanny from age 3 months to 11 months, so daycare was a HUGE transition. My daughter cried daily, and had a couple of rough months- but never once did I feel like the teachers were upset to take care of a crying baby. My daughter began learning sign language there and at 11 months old knew how to sign for bottle of milk, to say more, etc. She flourished once she got used to the concept of daycare and the teachers love her and I know she is well taken care of, given loads of hugs and kisses. This is a great center, and all the teachers are respectful and caring. Shout out to Miss Rachel, Alisha, Marina, Mia, Samantha, Stephanie, Courtney, Diane, and the rest ! Thank you.
