They let me work through the wrong course WEEKS before graduation.

Spoke to a person that sounded young and sense he sounded frustrated when he picked up the phone I asked for his name and he was hesitant to tell me, so when I asked for the 3rd time for his name he said his name is miss. King I called in June 12,2019 at 10:03 am right after I’m posting this review called to get information regarding the clases and he sounded unprofessional and frustrated, if you are answering customers service phone you should be able to sound polite and at least do t sound frustrated. Just for this I don’t feel like dealing with this place at all. I was looking into this because it’s close to were I live, but just talking to him put all your hopes down the drain.
