Incredibly unprofessional. I inquired about care for my 20 month old who is showing signs of potty training readiness and asking to go to the potty to see if they would be willing to accommodate him. They rudely responded that I was pushing my son to potty train too early and told me that I would not be a good fit. They told me that it is my job to sell myself to them to see if it is a good fit. It is very clear to me that they cannot accommodate children who do not meet their one size fits all mindset. Children have individual needs and develop at difference paces. I would hope that someone who lists themselves as knowledgeable would be able to understand that. I would never send my child here nor recommend that anyone else do either.Edit: Theyre right, after 5 hours of being harassed via text and being told how much I dont know about children I used profanity because I wanted to be left alone. Initially, I sent them a short message inquiring about care for my son and they made a lot of assumptions and proceeded to attack me all day because I told them I didnt appreciate the assumptions they made about someone they know nothing about. Honestly, it started to get weird when they told me I should block their number and it would get easier for me if I did. After which they continued to text me.I just hope they can sleep at night knowing they attacked and harassed a mother who is just trying to do what is best for her child.
