I used to go here a VERY long time ago, now my sister goes here. Its great to see they still have most of the same staff, and the school is mostly enclosed during school hours so its pretty safe from intruders.

Its ok. I like the teachers and most of the students there, but there are so many rules!!! I am about to start my last year here at this school aka 5th grade and I have been here since kindergarten. one thing I can say is that school was MUCH BETTER back in the 2010 2011 school year but now they are so strict. but the kids there and the teachers are cool I just dont like the rules that the new principal and the new dean put in.

Thank goodness my kids don’t go here! But what a shame my nieces and nephews do 😒and I have other friends that there kids go there and wow 😲 the things I hear, and not only that what I see from my nieces, this school is not fair instead of showing rules and everyone being treated fair they let my niece wear a hoodie in class knowing if she went to another school that wouldn’t happen, then about 3 times they have left campus to the 7-11 and no report was made it was other kids that told there teacher like how did they leave school campus being in the 1st grade??? I don’t understand and the one with the hoodie is in 5th and there are 3 others- it’s not fair, in my eyes 👀 this by giving them there way don’t help us it makes it worse cause then they think in life there are NO RULES- SHAME SHAME SHAME— you all should know there is a code of conduct book NO HOODIES AND YOU ALLOW IT TO HAPPEN ALL DAY????? Why??? To make your job easier??? Hopefully this year you all wake up and do things by the 📖 book!!! I have to say MCCoy Elementry would never let things like this happen!

My experience with this school for the VPK Program was down wright races . Political cherry picking based on race and income level. False allegation were based on what kind of ear rings my daughter wore. Would not let my daughter go to the bathroom so she peed on herself. Teacher were horrible. Would never recommend this school. Warned principle I hired a Attorney to prosecute on false allegations she backed off.
