Recommend this school, they help you get your Class A license as soon as possible. The student that goes there are really nice too, they are friendly and you can chat with them while waiting for your turn for the truck.

The school is great! They did whatever they could to get me around the dmv’s struggles with covid 19 they made sure to schedule my appointment and give me the practice I needed even under the circumstances of a shutdown/the rain/ and my personal schedule

The force is with this school and the instructors are very forceful. they forced me to do pre-trip so I pass my test and get my license, which i did and Im glad that the force is with this school. the price is much lower than the school around and they even do payment plans. while learning all the skills behind the wheels I had a lot of troubles but the instructors are patient and forceful. they made sure that i pass my examination and get my CDL. MAY THE FORCE BE WITH THIS SCHOOL!!!

“I DONT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL”, their yard is very rough to practice. If I could GIVE negative 5 I would, Okay if you truly want waste your money, I highly recommend this school, the school says that it closes at 8 PM. But they like to go home at 5 pm, For people who work all day. The owner of this school, also recommends their students in the evening to quit their job in order to practice in his tractors, also there is an old instructor who is there, he is in love with one of the student lady there, and if she does not show up he will have to go home because he wants to be with the lady, which is annoying because you pay to put hands behind the the wheel or big rig, And you want to see progres which you will never see it in here AND SOME OF THE STUDENTS HARDLY PUT HANDS INTO THE BIG RIG, because they close very early. in general this school has a VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, (please people go to some other schools YOU WILL FAIL AT THE “DMV” this school suck at doing their job.

After searching from school to school, this is the best by far. Frank will help you learn the truck from front to back. Hes a very good instructor and hell tell you what to look for when youre ready to take the exam, how to properly maneuver the truck and master the skills to pass. It definitely deserves the five stars (and two thumbs up).

Frank is a great instructor, even though I have some experience driving heavy vehicles, he is teaching me every single detail about driving from the basics.Besides that, attending to Empire Driving School, I found a great friendly environment for learning.Vehicles are brand new, I have a chance to have enough practice behind the wheel, and the school opens on Saturday and Sunday.I can’t ask for more advantages.I strongly recomend to sign up in Empire Driving School to get your A license.

What more can I say, I passed my class A on my first try. I am proof that I pass on my first try along with other guys/gals. I even got the dreadful things to top it off. I got the whole entire truck for the pre-trip, conventional (blind sight) parallel parking. To add to this one, I even got another truck testing pull up next to me, while I was doing my parallel parking. The other examiner even told me Im sorry well move in a little bit lol. I still passed!!! Empire (Frank) is a great school. I was a weekend warrior and was able to finish in about 3.5 months, which is not bad at all! Translates to weeks of school once added up. This schedule worked for me. Since hes open 7 days a week and a payment plan is available. Super flexible school, no other school was flexible. Like any other thing you get what you put into. Frank helps you, lets you do it on your own to find your groove. And helps again when he sees that you are having trouble. Great coaching/school!

Not sure why Empire Trucking School has almost a 5 stars on Yelp. If youre looking for a school that gets you your class A in less than 2 months, this is not the school. Most of the students I talk to while attending this school finish in around 4 months.(Most schools take about 4-5 weeks) During skills you will get maybe if youre lucky 15 minutes behind the wheel a day. ( Only bad schools do this, were they have a bunch of students and 1 truck) Most of the students fail at least once while taking the DMV test. I trusted the guy to get me my class A in a short amount of time. If he was just upfront with his students, and had told me ahead of time that I would be at this school for about 3-4 months I would have taken my money elsewhere. I dont recommend this school at all.

CON ARTIST!!! 1 truck for a bunch of people. Your lucky to get 30 minutes a day behind the wheel, and forget 3 weeks, try 4 to 6 months. Spend a little bit more money and go to a credible school..

Too many students at driving skill. that means you will be in this school for a very long time. months. to prove this ask where and when is the skill class at and show up unannounced count how many student are there and ask questions to the student. 6am to 1000am class and give and take about 10 students. very little drive time in one day. it should be about 4 student per truck in order to get quality time and learn in 3 weeks and be out... you will find out the student have been there for a long time and are frustrated, go there and ask... they will say months and little drive time... only one truck and one instructor. (students will not say this to frank the owner, will injured the student teacher relationship) do some home work and ask students. dont ask the owner or a employee they want there job and will not say anything to blow up that weekly pay. dont believe what you read on the reviews. they are fake. they are planted.look how many students/reviews they have done in google. most of them say one review. except a few... think a little.

My son attended and he said frank the owner and instructor does not have the capacity to teach more than 6 min in 30 min. He only has one truck and teaches at a abandend parking lot 3 miles away from his office. Dont go to that school. Caution.........

Frank the owner, operator and instructor lacks the knowledge to teach the students how to pass the Class A license. He does not teach out of the book but instead based on his personal trucking experience. His experience is great but it does not produce results of competency to pass the examination. A high percentage of his students fail on the first examination, and Franks inflexible schedule leaves a student weeks or even a month to reschedule the students DMV appointment. This appointment reschedule day and time is at Franks convenience and not the students. I would not recommend this school. His skill are class is at a abandon parking lot next to Toy R Us was at. it not safe to have student in the area. its not enclosed and there has been some close calls when other cars pass by and almost cause a accident.dont recommend the school.

My brother went to the school and he said that the owner/only instructor sits in students cars and watches his dating app and dont teach the students driving skills

I’m a student of this school. In addition to being cheap (it’s increased the price, it’s useless! There are 5 cars in total (2 automatic gears, 3 manual gears). Often one is manually arranged and the other is automatically out of school because students have to take exams. There is no flat land on the school road, no flat land of one square meter! Manual transmission and automatic transmission are often broken! The training time is basically 40 minutes a day (this is the case of good luck) and the normal situation is 20 minutes. Every day! There is no Chinese coach now, and there are only classes from 6 am to 12 noon, so think carefully and learn!
