My son has been attending Candlewood KinderCare for about half a year now & I am very satisfied with the pre-k & preschool program and all the directors & teachers. They have taken extra steps to ensure the safety of all families during the COVID-19 pandemic from temperature checks, change to the cleaning procedure & requiring masks (when age appropriate). The staff are trained in a professional manner & go above and beyond daily- it’s easy to tell they are passionate about what they do. They really get to know each child & treat them as unique individuals & take time to understand my concerns as a parent. When I pick up my son from school he is always happy & excited to tell me all about his day. The communication is great, if parental contact is necessary they inform you in an appropriate manner either via app message or phone call (if emergency). I appreciate the mindfulness of the staff and grateful to finally find a place where both my son and I love & his needs are met at the end of the day. I can work and do so contently knowing my son is in good hands. A wonderful learning environment that is safe.

I love KinderCare and all of the staff they communicate very well were always aware of whats happening next even with covid going on they still remain clean and safe for us parents that are essential workers they also offer a great curriculum for the kids we have been with the KinderCare family for a year now and let me say we dont plan on going anywhere 💕

KinderCare is by far the best child care facility in the city. We have been with them for the past 7 years with our oldest daughter and 1 year with our 3 year old. A lot of the same teachers are there today that we started with years ago which is extremely rare to find for a daycare. They are very quick and efficient to address issues that come up and extremely professional when handling the children. Being a mom to two little girls in today’s society you have to be very careful who you trust with your babies. Kindercare is the only place I feel 110% comfortable leaving my children with.

Absolutely love Candlewood KinderCare. They are so friendly, every teacher knows my daughter by name (or nickname) and greets us as we come and go for the day. So far we have been in the infant rooms and my daughter receives great care. They pay attention to details and communicate very well and are flexible to our requests. It is evident that the teachers love what they do. Happy to know my daughter is already being taught ASL and Spanish as she is learning to communicate. Very little turn over in our time there.

Its not a small task to find a place for your children to spend the day while you and your partner are working. We have been so happy to have found Candlewood Kindercare for ours. The staff love our kids nearly as much as we do and our kids love being there. We trust them and cant recommend enough.

Excellent facility! The teachers are very caring and knowledgeable. The leadership team is also very caring, which is emphasized by their superior communication skills. Love this place!

I absolutely love the fact that my kids want to go to school in the morning. Aside from a few days, they normally run right into their classrooms and have fun. The staff is all amazing and really great with communicating what thoughts or concerns they have for the child along with the positive things that theyve observed. There are so many activities there for the children.

My son was enrolled here when he was 10 months. We have been very pleased with the care they have provided for my son. He has learned a lot since he has joined this daycare facility. The teachers are very caring and friendly whenever we speak with them regarding my childs development and the activities they work on every month. I am most satisfied with this facility and I recommend the same.They have a new app which provides daily updates on the activities performed, pics and videos of our kids during the day, meals provided and diaper changes. This is a lovely addition as it gives us an opportunity to see what our child does during his day. This supports granting view access to relatives like grandparents too. They are very pleased to watch little one grow on a daily basis.

Best daycare ever my kids have gone here for almost 2 years now. They love there teachers and the director is awesome you always get a warm welcoming and smiles and you know your kids are safe and well loved.My kids love it here and they do so much for the kids!

This places is amazing! The manager (Sarah) is incredible. She makes sure all her employees are in check and that the childrens best interests are in place. The staff is awesome! Most have been there for years and are great with kids. My children are excited to go here everyday because they have so much fun. They doors are secure and they make sure that no one has access to children without the proper paperwork. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone. The phonics and cooking classes they offer are an added bonus too! A+

KinderCare has been a great place for us. My son has been going here since he was 1.5 and will be turning 3 in about a month. I was a stay at home mom prior to sending him to daycare and was very nervous. The transition couldnt have been any more smooth. The teachers and directors were always very accommodating and went above and beyond to communicate with this nervous mama. My son soon fell in love with his teachers and rapidly learned so many things! He quickly grew to love KinderCare as his home away from home.After we had been here for a year (so about 5 months ago) there was a large staff turnover. My husband and I were very anxious to see how this would effect our kiddo as he had grown very attached to all of his teachers. Ill admit, there was a rough transition time of about 6 weeks, but once the new teachers settled in things got back to being a smooth operation. Since then we have noticed the level of education that our son is getting has improved drastically and we are very excited to see everything that he learns everyday! He isnteven three yet and can recognize a hexagon!The center director is fantastic and very easy to communicate with. I came to her with a specific concern that I wasnt exactly sure how to address (a few of the other kids seemed to intimidate my son and I could tell he was stressed out at drop-off since the teacher transition) and it was remedied right away. I could tell that the teachers worked with my son on building his confidence and communicating when he may have some feelings of uncertainty or wanting space. I am constantly impressed with KinderCare and would reccomend it to anyone.Extra bonus - they have an app now that updates throughout the day with potty times, meals, activity photos, etc. Its been a nice addition!!

Admittedly, there were some rough patches with getting the staff acclimated to my standards, as my boys are the paramount aspect of my life. However, since being enrolled there for 6 - 7 months at the time of writing this, the boys have grown leaps and bounds from where they were and the teachers have grown with them. The girls there really care about their little ones. The price is a little steep, but this isnt -just- a daycare (I can watch my kids, I did it for 3+ years). As it says in the title, this is a learning center, and a damn fine one at that.

Our son has transitioned well into this school. LeAnn has done a great job making us feel welcome. Melissa is doing a great job teaching him his abcs and colors. Best decision we made this year was moving him to this daycare.

The teachers really care here. Would recommend this center to other parents.
