When my 2 years old son knew that he was going to school, he was suuuper excited, he really wanted to go to the apple school and i had really high expectations about it because they tell you about the cameras and they talk to you really nice in person. But it was nothing like that, it is really a shame that they made my son hate the fact of going to school. I used to check the cameras once in a while at work, and you have no idea of all what they do to children, starting for hitting them in the head and hands, to wake them up from nap by kicking them. Dont take the cameras as a fact that your children will be safe, if you dont hit your children or treat them like animals dont go there, because thats what you are paying for. And by the way i was supposed to have a refund of the week that i paid a head and obviously i havent get it.

I took my 3 year old and 1 year old here and honestly for what La petite is getting paid the teachers there are not good. They would call about every little thing. Told me I had to leave work multiple times to come get my child. Because she was being 3. I took my children out of this place and took them to a different daycare. My children look forward to going to daycare now. Whatever y’all were doing were making my children cry and not want to be there. They are mixed so idk of it has something to do because they are black or because y’all don’t know how to do your job. Idk but I’m just glad I took my children out of this place. I do not recommend you send your children here.

We have been coming here since my 5 year old was 9 months old! The ladies in the office are awesome and always willing to answer my 101 mom questions.. haha. Love this La Petite and the caretakers who love on my babies all day while in their care!♡

If I could leave no stars I definitely would! Administration at this daycare is nothing short of useless! My Little sister was attending this daycare and everything seemed great at first then she got a new teacher who instead of finding a more professional way of handling a crying child took her to the restroom (where there are no cameras obviously) and pulled her ear! Then had the audacity to laugh about the matter! Absolutely nothing was done by administration besides moving her classes the individual is still employed here! If you are okay with other people physically punishing your child then this is the place for you but if you are a normal parent and want your child well taken care of steer clear from this place! This is one of those places you see on the news!

It started out good. At first we loved this daycare but a few months pass and it went down hill. This was our sons first daycare. The director was on maternity leave when we first signed up so, the brown haired at the desk lady signed us up. She was also nice at first but that changed too.My son who is almost two years old was put in the young one year olds class. Most of them didn’t walk and my son was one of the biggest kids in there. The teacher of the class Jennifer was okay at first but she too just seemed lazy. Apparently my child was having issues with other kids bitting him but since he was bigger he’d bite back and leave a mark. They all admitted he was getting bitten also.Jennifer the teacher would message me everytime carter did something or even call me. (I’m at work) they made it seem like they wanted us to come pick him up. It was out of control. Finally, The brown headed rude desk lady called to tell me about my what my son did that day. It was getting ridiculous! She threatened to put my son a “Disciple plan” where three strikes your out (yes for a 1 1/2 yr old) that they’ve never done that before with a child this young.We moved him to a better daycare (actually not affliated with la petite) and he’s doing soooo much better! He’s in the younger two year old class with kids his actual age. He hasn’t bitten once or been written up once. I think it was the environment of the lazy workers.They were ridiculous. I DO NOT recommend this daycare. Like I said, it starts out nice but the lesson plans start to lessen and they’ll call ya everytime your child misbehaves (almost like taddle telling) and want you to come pick them up for minor things. I hate this place!

I wish a negative star was possible. My grandson is repeatedly sent home with injuries that are not documented. From bites to road rash. Even if the same child is the repeated offener of biting its the innocent child who pays the price of being the victim. There is not a true standard on care that is inforced when a child who has been a biter since the 1yr old class still attends and is allowed to attack other children. Lack of enough supervision in the afternoons, teachers repeatedly hanging out sitting on a picnic table outside while children run unwatched. Injuries that arent witnessed not docemented(but strange enough they are cleaned up). My grandson has gone from being excited and running into the building for school to crying and not wanting to stay. Parents (Grandparents) beware keep DHS on speed dial to report the issues you could face.

We noticed an IMMEDIATE positive change in our childrens attitudes the first week of attendence. ever since, our children are more and more excited to go to school every day, and have established loving bonds with all of their teachers. we couldnt be happier with the way the teachers/directors treat/teach our children. we now live 35 minutes away, and still commute into the city everyday simply because we do not want to remove our children from this daycare facility. a big thank you to nikki and donna in the newborn room....you guys have exceeded our expectations in every way.
