Hello!I took a class for the Guard Card certification on the 21st of July. Our instructor’s name was Marcus, and I loved his class! He was very thorough in making sure the class knew what we were getting into, and what would be expected of us as members of the Loss Prevention Group. He made sure any questions we had were answered, and got us all out more knowledgeable than when we walked in within a timely manner.I walked out of that class really confident that I had done well due to Marcus being so easy to understand and engaged.Very happy with my experience, and will definitely be taking more classes in the future.—Siyah

I had a good experience at the guard card class it was very engaging and kept you interested. I also liked that you incorporated videos in your slide show its easier to learn with visuals so I liked that a lot!

I loved the class. Mark was my instructor, I have to admit that he was an amazing one. I loved the way he instructed the class because it was never a dull moment. I recommend joining his class because he won’t put you to sleep. LPG was a great experience for me!

Mark is the best instructor he gave us a great energy when he came into the classroom. He’s very funny when teaching the class but he’s also very detailed on everything about the information. All around the class was great, instructor Mark was awesome and I will refer this place to everybody.

Classes are affordable, and they work with my schedule. Mr Phil was the best instructor, hands on, plus he made the class very engaging, time went by fast. This is my go to spot for all my security training. Thank you guys.

I have been going here for the last few years to do all my security training and its helped me a lot. The instructors are always up to date on new laws and they give plenty of explanations on what to never do in situations. Also they give a lot of personal experience examples of situations they have encountered over the years and welcome everyone elses input or suggestions. They also help those who are looking for additional security work. I would recommend them to anyone who is really interested in the security profession to at least talk to them. They are very knowledgeable and friendly.

I chose LPGCA because they offered an affordable in-person BSIS guard card course. When I entered I was processed quickly and efficiently. The instructor integrated their knowledge and experience into the presentation well. A quick and easy place to acquire a BSIS guard card. Their catalogue of courses is intriguing as well. 👍

I am an US Army Iraq War Veteran and I’ve had previous Force Protection and Weapons training from the military. But The Loss Prevention Group is the best private company I ever trained with. Especially my Firearms Training with Mr. Marcus Bronfeld. Not only is he a subject matter expert in Marksmanship but he is also “Rock Star” Interpersonal Skills. Thanks to Marcus instructions, I shot expert with the 9mm and 40 caliber for the first time! All the other instructors are 5 Star as well. I’ve paid upfront to get all my BSIS Training done through them except for the CPR/AED (Only because the company I want to work for insisting on American Red Cross). I highly recommend The Loss Prevention Group for all your training needs.

I attended the guard card class today for the 2nd time because I forgot to renew mine last yr after having it for yrs😩 Marcus is the best! The class was fun and the information was on point.

I had some Security Training there a few years ago, and I recall that is extremely beneficial to my overall performance in becoming a Detailed-Orientated Security Officer, they allowed us ample time for renewal questions after each chapter/division of Training topic. My instructor Marcus Bronfield was awesome had a great attitude sportsmanship and overall an amazing vibe and ora about himself plus he didnt give up on me which made me feel secure plus I left confident out of that shooting range with my head held up high..........Ty Marcus
