Great place. The teachers work hard with the students in a fun environment. I realized quickly that the path to success is hard work on the part of the teacher, student, and parents. Within 4 months, my 6-yr-old advanced to a green belt where other students have taken much longer. When the other mothers asked about my sons progress, it became clear that my son would go home and practice while most allowed their children to play. While theres nothing wrong with joining an activity just for fun, dont be surprised if theres little progress when you view an activity in those terms.Yes, my son loves Kung Fu but its his own hard work and determination to become a black belt that fuels him to practice often. Its more than fun for him, hes immensely proud each time he gets a new belt or weapon.TIP: Record the session so your child can watch the lesson and practice at home. Dont rely on the memory of a child when the forms become longer and more intricate. Its not fair to take a back seat and place the blame on your childs memory when hes not getting all his steps right. As a parent, you should support him/her any way you can so he/she can succeed.
Awesome place to learn Shaolin Kung Fu. Its fun, its hard work, and always a great work out. My kids started classes here, and they are having so much fun, I started taking classes. My son has made so much progress here. He has autism and could not even do a jumping jack before, now hes doing complex martial arts routines with enthusiasm.
