One of my kids and I have been doing Krav training after I took a Womens Self-Defense class that Premier Norton did. It was amazing what they showed during that class so weve continued on.We are excited to be back in the classes, social distancing for Covid-19, while we are getting training again. They even offered online training throughout. We couldnt be happier with the programs they offer.They are always willing to help and answer questions as well.

My 17 year old son loves it ! Were definitely going to continue classes with this one!

Premier martial arts is an amazing place. Knowledgeable caring staff and the difference Ive seen in my 7 year old is wonderful. He is more respectful patient and the karate and skills he is learning truely amazes me. More importantly He has more confidence and self esteem. I would highly recommend this for any parents out there looking for a karate program for their child. Were very happy with our experience and becoming part of the premier martial arts family.

My daughter Hailey had her first formal class today. She was SUPER pumped going into it, but once class started she was really overwhelmed. She’s got some sensory issues and doesn’t do well with loud noises, and we didn’t realize just how loud the class would be, so we didn’t get to prep her for it. The instructors were AMAZING with her. They worked almost one on one with her until she felt comfortable to do things on her own. They made her feel so welcome and a part of the group. We have only been a part of the PMA family for a week now, but we are so, so impressed already. Keep up the good work! And thank you. ❤️

I have been involved with Premier Martial Arts as a young adult for over two years now. Sensei Ally and Mr. Zack are very knowledgeable and dedicated. They are always looking for new and fun ways to instruct and give us a good workout. At each class we will work on many different things to keep it interesting including both self defense techniques and kickboxing. If you are an adult looking for something new to try, I highly recommend PMA at this Norton location. You will make great friends here who will encourage and challenge you to learn and be your best! I hope to never have to use the defense skills I have been taught but I feel more confident and safer to do so if I need to. Dont be shy to come check it out, you may be surprised!

We signed our son up for Martial Arts as a way to keep him active and hopefully learn some great lessons along the way. He’s 4.5, always moving, has trouble focusing, and can be a little too rough when playing. I am SO glad we made this decision! After the first few minutes of his first class I was hooked! He’s come a long way and we are able to bring the lessons he learns at class (about respect, attitude, teamwork etc) into his daily life. I am so thankful for that! Sensei Ally and Sensei Zack are great role models and instructors. We feel lucky to have found Premier!

There’s people that teach Martial Arts and then there’s people who live, breathe and spread martial arts with amazing attitude, grace, confidence and passion. Sensei Ally and Zach are the passionate instructors who were born to do this! I’ve seen them grow as budding instructors with amazing grace as they remember each and every students name, that walked onto their dojo mats, within seconds of meeting them. My daughter has been their student since she was 6 ( she’s now 12) and has continued to grow her passion for Martial arts watching and learning from these two instructors. As an adult student, they’ve pushed me to conquer fears, challenges and not only reach fitness goals but improve my confidence on and off the mats. Highly recommend these instructors! Give them a try and you’ll be reviewing them as passionately as they teach 🙏

The staff really goes above and beyond to give each child the personal attention they deserve. They do a wonderful job promoting physical and mental health in an environment the kids have a blast in. I highly recommend PMA Norton!

What an amazing difference! Our little guy started about 6 months ago and like most 3 year olds, had a tough time listening and focusing. He now listens more, has fewer tantrums, and adores karate day. Unlike most 3 year olds, weve been bringing him to PT weekly for over a year. Last week we were told we could reduce treatment to monthly check ins because his overall coordination and strength is so improved with his classes. We could not have done it without Mr. Zack and Sensei Allys patience and understanding since day one.

The owners/instructors at PMA Norton have been teaching students of all ages (3+) for the past 10 years. I have been training under Mr. Zach and Sensei Ally for over 6 years.When I began my training as a Freshman in college I began classes as a way to learn self-defense and get a workout in at the same time. During my journey to 2nd Degree Black Belt, I have learned more about myself than I could have ever imagined. My instructors, and fellow students, have become my family. In my two years of training in Krav Maga I have learned that I am stronger than I thought physically and mentally. I’ve also made an amazing group of friends who I proudly call family. Sensei and Mr. Zach truly care about each and every one of their students. Their passion for empowering others through the martial arts is infectious. There are a lot of places who teach the essentials of martial arts but they take it to a whole new level with their sense of family.
