I transferred my son here from the kids academy west location when I switched jobs. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this daycare! My son comes home happy and always wants to be handed over from me to the girls working there when I drop him off. His director, Nikki, is amazing and is always available if (and when) I call. It’s a good feeling knowing he enjoys his time at the academy.

My daughter has grown so much since we switched to this daycare. The teachers and the directors have been so helpful and patient with my child. They are always on there toes, and ready for anything. In only one year she has learned her letters her colors and so much more. I highly Recommend this child care Facility.

This is the best day care/school in Maumelle. The staff is so compassionate and caring and they are very attentive to my kids. I would recommend them to anyone needing affordable child care because they really care for your children.

My normally very happy, grandson started here 2 weeks ago. He was in the 2 year old class. Before his first day, we took him to visit and the teachers were so nice and even though there were no toys out for the kids to play with, the kids seemed fine. They were having snack time. Of course when he was dropped off the first day, he was upset....the teachers we met were no where to be found. They put him in a different class than the one we had visited the week before. These new teachers never smiled...didnt seem welcoming ...he was in tears when we left. Later that day, when we picked him up....he was very subdued....clinging to his blanket from naptime. His teachers said nothing to us.....literally nothing. They never smiled....didnt offer any info on how he did on his first day...nothing. We were the only ones there...there were not any other parents around. When we walked up, they didnt ask who we were.....when they saw him recognize us....they just handed us his report. They said nothing. I finally asked if he had just awoken and was given a one word answer....no. we asked if had a good day....one word....yes. We left feeling very negative, but felt we needed to give it more time. During the time he was there, he came home repeating things the teachers were saying....they were not appropriate things to say to a child. Yesterday, when he was dropped off, he was crying quietly. He was just sad....so he walked over to one of his teachers....who was sitting on the floor on her phone. His mother was standing there watching the entire thing. He stood in front of his teacher wanting some comfort. She ignored him completely...never looked up from her phone. HER PHONE WAS MORE IMPORTANT THAN A SAD CHILD!! And....she acted like that right in front of his mom. She couldnt have cared less. He finally walked over to the other teacher. Yesterday was his last day there!! I could not recommend this facility.....especially for the 2 year old class. Other classes may be better, but we werent sticking around to find out.

We love the Pre-K class at Kids Academy. Ms. Paula is the best! My daughter was very prepared for kindergarten and cant wait until my son is in the Pre-K class.

Our elementary school age boys loved going to Kids Academy for Summer Camp. They enjoyed playing with their friends, appreciated the interest and respect given to them by their teachers, and looked forward to the nearly daily field trips taken off campus around the Maumelle/Little Rock area.

I have had a child at Kids Academy for almost 14 years with 4-5 years to go. Ive never considered moving them to another place. I think that speaks for itself.

Excellent teachers and a caring staff. Would highly recommend to parents looking for a daycare.

I would NOT recommend this childcare center. My husband picked up our 1 year old who had a black eye & no one could explain what happened. I wouldnt allow them to care for my dog. Some of the staff are dishonest & never address your concerns. Bad Experience for my family.
