I travel a lot and have visited a multitude of gyms on my journey. This is hands down the best gym Ive visited. The most welcoming and inviting group. Very well trained practitioners and there were no ego issues. I look forward to the opportunity to visit again.

The instructors are very knowledgeable and do a great job imparting that knowledge to students during class. They work well with kids and adults. They understand that folks just starting need encouragement, and they provide that encouragement because they genuinely want to see their students succeed.In the 18 months I have been training, I have lost over 50 pounds and feel so much better about myself.If you are looking for some place to train, definitely give this place a try, you will not regret it.

Awesome group of people. The coaches are patient and understanding with beginners like me that havent worked out in years. They started me off slow until I was comfortable to move forward. After only a year I am amazed at how much I have learned and cant wait to train more. I feel like I am in much better physical and mental health also.Thank you CoachesOSS

F4 Martial Arts Academy offers classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Combat Fitness and Kickboxing for adults, children and teens. Located in North Little Rock near Maumelle.The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program which my wife, my sons and I attend provides self defense classes that focus on submission grappling emphasizing joint-locks and chokeholds following takedowns and throws to gain advantage in ground fighting. The F4 Martial Arts Academy Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program uses full contact live training with resisting opponents known as rolling in every class once students complete the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Fundamental class.F4 Martial Arts Academy offers a boot camp style Combat Fitness program which is structured for high intensity interval training, the program easily adapts to any participant including those who simply want to burn fat. The Combat Fitness & Self Defense program is my personal favorite.My wife, my sons and I attend the adult and childrens kickboxing class which combines hand techniques from western boxing with elbow and knee strikes from Muay Thai and powerful kicks from taekwondo to create a devastating fighting style.The classes are offered four days per week with open mat usually provided Sunday.
