Unless you want to be in a gossip filled environment which heather starts & condones as long as you don’t inform anyone that she told you she probably won’t fire you . So many HIPAA violations especially from heather etc . Her employees follow suit especially Tina who works front desk also very fake and unprofessional. These unfit women gossip about their own employees & clientele. -100 out of 0 . Don’t ever work here let alone send your children.

Worst daycare in the Vegas Valley! Heather Lotta the director is disrespectful and unprofessional. Most teachers have zero training in talking or caring for a child and redirection. The teachers are also inattentive. They never have accident/injury reports unless requested and even then they’re clueless to any injury sustained at that center unless you bring it to their attention; they’ll tell you they watch the cameras but they don’t! Highly recommend you request to watch footage if any incident or accident takes place with your child(ren) There’s only a hand full of good teachers and office staff there. Thank you Carmen, Maria, Keisha, Diane, Ashley, Monique, Neessha and Tina (there’s two other teachers but I can’t think of their names)❣️You guys are what kept us there! I hope this review is helpful and you don’t take your kids there! If you have no choice, good luck, believe your children about everything they say that takes place there and review the video footage with the director if anything should happen.

They are the worse day care I’ve ever encountered: The lady named heather does not care about other people kids and talk to parents very reckless! I’ve been seeing ongoing issues that they fail to fix & let several kids hit kids who doesn’t deserve it and the kid who got hit on gets in the trouble . A friend of mine daughter has a black eye and bruised stomach from the teachers not caring . Also have had various threats from teachers who work there on different students .

Micheal Way Branch: Very disappointed. Didnt get a phone call my child was injured and he was bleeding all over. Also after being at their daycare for several months putting up with paying for 5 days when my kiddo was only there 4 days. My little guy got sick and was not at daycare. Im told I have to pay for 5 days even though my kiddo is only there 3. This does not make since, If you only watched him for 3 days how are you charging for services not rendered. Ill take my kiddo out and go somewhere else. Crooks prying on people that need daycare to survive. Also I think the BBB would like to know they are charging people without providing a service. Tried to work with them and they said take your kid to safe key. Good thing they have so much business you can turn people away.

I wanna thank this school for taking their time to care for my child. My child is happy to go there. The staff is very professional and kind. My child has learned so much . Hes now in kindergarten and is doing so well. I work so I am thankful in the help I received and the great start for his future!

I worked at this place for a month and I hated it. The staff is unprofessional and rude. There was a teacher texting on her phone during work instead of helping me run the class. Not to mention the children are out of control running around the classroom and doing whatever they wanted to do, it was so frustrating. This childcare needs to be shutdown.

I would not dare take my kids here. Just left from a tour of the toddler class room, soon as I walked in the door the teacher very rude tells the young lady giving me the tour that she better get her out the class then looks at the babys with discuss on her face. I could not believe it. I took my baby and walked right out the front door.

If you want a place that your child learns during each developmental stage this isnt the place. If you are looking for quality care for your child this isnt the place. There are some good workers, however management lacks professionalism and customer service. If you are looking for an agency that values their customers keep looking. As,I was advised today by the manager Tracey to look elsewhere to find better services.

Both my children have been going here 1 yr next week. My daughter was only 2 months when they started, I was worried she was so tiny. But they quickly proved to me they could do have taken great care of her, my kids feel like the staff is family. Would definately recommend!! And have to many of my coworkers.

I dont know why I expecting more from this place knowing the owner owned Tinker-town, the most dangerous, and lowest rated daycare in Las Vegas, but I still gave them a chance cause of the luxury of 24/7 daycare! MISTAKE!!!! Billing issue after billing issue, my childs things always missing, my daughter would be hysterical at drop off, I would literally have to pull her off me. When asked to speak to the owner I was told I couldnt! I wrote the owner an email and no response, bad business practices need to be shared so beware!

My son has been going here for a little over a month and we absolutely love it! He loves all of his teachers and has so much fun. I appreciate that they take the time with each kid there and makes sure they all have a great experience. His teachers get so excited to tell me everything that he did for the day as hes 2 and talks very little lol. They keep up on anything I ask them too. My son and I both feel so welcomed everytime we walk through the door. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby! Absolutely love you guys!!

This day care should be shut down or needs to get a new owner. Staff is rude, daycare is ghetto, smells like dirty diapers when you walk in, in the summer time the a/c feels like it’s not working everyone’s sweating they have swamp coolers in there, it’s so humid in there, the kids are like wild animals and from down the hall way you can hear the “teachers” screaming their heads off at the kids. Would not encourage you to put your kids in here.

At this point I’m soooo over this daycare !I’m usually a VERY UNDERSTANDING. However I’m so pissed 😠Now don’t get me wrong they take good care of the babies but, they allow parent to take other kids stuff !My kids has had sheets, blankets, jackets, and beanies took from that day care!!

They will over charge you if you are not careful. I have dropped my daughter off for the last three nights, called them in advance and was being charged the drop in rate. $36 one night, $176 the second night, and $56 the third night. Either they think people are stupid or they are really this bold. If this does not get resolved in two days my child will no longer be there. Also looking to contact the BBB and other sources. This is extremely inconvenient, over $200 for three nights?????????????!!!

I am telling you do not bring your child here. They are so unprofessional I couldnt believe it. If they can treat an adult that rude, imagine what they can do to your child when you are not there. Beware

Staff has terrible turn over. Different classrooms every day for my daughter. She would cry and beg me not to leave her in certain rooms. This made me extremely cautious. Bs food menus posted. Hardly think nutrition is in their vocabulary. Most days its simply a lunchable minus the box. Only good teacher was barbara. Said they would be developing a computer room and many extras that were never delivered on. A lot of let down. For the money there are better places.

This place is HORRIBLE it put the H in the word horrible and the N in NASTY. The staff uses other kids diapers and wipes on all the children that run out, only about 4 of the workers would actually change diapers and clean the kids faces. The manger is so unprofessional and snotty she think she can talk to a young adult any kind of way but cant control her own kids and she has no clue how to talk to parents the kids parents will complain once they walk out that door they get talked about and everyone knows how behind they are in pay. There was a rat in the kitchen when my girlfriend was working for this company...the workers wasnt notified nor the parents so no telling how many rats was running around(still is) I wouldnt dare send a animal to this daycare....My Girlfriend was fed up after the rat situation so she left the job

Staff has NO training in child development, they use foul language towards the children the bathrooms are always dirty I have never smelled any cleaning products or bleach when entering the building or classrooms ! They have cameras that are never viewed..Dont take your children here !!

This place discriminates..I called to ask if they take kids on the Autism Spectrum and the lady said NO, sorry, Bye. Didnt even bother to tell me I can drop by and theyll see what they can do.
