Not professional at all. A few years ago I paid the 1st installment of $200 for the Pharmacy Technician program. The total to be paid was $700. I made multiple attempts to get my refund back from the owner along with agreements to meet up with the owner. The continuous lies was ridiculous. I gave up when she asked me to meet her one Saturday when the Pharmacy Tech. students had class. The instructor told me it was a lie and that she was never present on any of the weekend classes. I wrote a nice little letter to the owner. Good thing I paid by card because I got the money back from the bank. I wanted my refund back b/c I found out that their program wasn’t accredited by the PTCB. Anyone, please just thoroughly do your research.

PATCH Career Institue is the place to go when you’re looking to either expand your career or start something new! All the ladies in the office are so nice and there if you need anything! My teacher, Mrs. Sheryl is great and very supportive! She takes her time explaining everything and has your best interest!

Registration process was a breeze! Medication technician instructor, Ms.Amanda, is AMAZING. I loved the class, she goes over everything very precisely and I got to understand the whole lesson.

I took the July 2019 Phlebotomy/EKGcourse. The Greatest challenge I had todeal with was myself. I had no medicalbackground and was frustrated in the early beginning. I pushed through and was tutored after class a couple of times. Soon after, my grades improved and I finished the course.Now I work in a Hospital!!Would Recommend!!

Just completed the Pharmacy Technician course not too long ago and I LOVED it. My teacher was amazing and helpful. She was very patient and organized. The directors and administrators were friendly and assisted me by offering payment schedules. Honestly the best experience Ive had with school in a long time.

Will be recommending the medical billing and coding class to all of my friend/family.

A hot mess of a school. Every chance I get I recommend people not to go here. The owners are the rudest people Ive ever met, especially the older guy. Its very disorganized and unprofessional. I completed the course and had an awesome teacher. The school and mangement itself is terrible. Keep looking. Its not worth it believe me!!!!!!!!!

I Graduate March 28, 2019 as a student of the Phlebotomy/Ekg course, I found the staff, the Administrator and my instructor to be Professional, knowledgeable and helpful towards furthering my Education as well as newly chosen career decisions. I highly recommend this Institute for those seeking a career in the Medical Field. During the first three weeks as a student I started applying for Healthcare jobs. I scheduled my NHA Phlebotmy exam immediately after I graduate. If you are looking for the best curriculum, study guides, classroom instruction and practicums towards your Medical career Certification, then this is the Institute for you. A Medical Institute is only as good as the people that are in it and the students seeking to advance in a healthcare career. In comparison you will find this is a quality Medical Institute and more affordable than others.
