I come to this dollar tree almost every other week to shop. I buy a lot of things from here as well. I wanted to return a pair of gloves that I purchased a day prior due to discovering it being ripped in one small spot. I had the receipt to prove it however, the manager abraham or “abe” was giving me a hard time saying he dosen’t accept items without tags. The cashier and the other store associate were ready to accept it until Abe made a scene. It wasn’t food or anything edible, it was a pair of gloves which i didn’t understand his reason why he didn’t accept my return as i have returned items before at several dollar tree locations that were faulty with no issue. Abraham was not customer friendly, nor does he know anything about customer service. Avoid this location.

Big store! lots of options to choose from. Staff seemed friendly. No shower caps though.

This Dollar Tree is usually pretty crowded.They could use more cashiers when its busy but other than that this place is golden.

Small but clean. Since its so small it doesnt have a large variety of items. It was refreshing not to see boxes in the aisle or empty shelves. However this location was understaffed. Two cashiers, no stock people and no manager (out to lunch). Are there any well stocked, well staffed, clean Dollar Tree locations in NYC or Hudson County NJ?

Worst customer service ever. Everytime i go there this cashier that says to go to one aisle and then changes her mind stating to go to the other. I dont understand if she doesnt want to work why they have her there. Only for gossiping around.besides 4 peaople there and none of them wanted to assist until a nice cashier took over

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, entire store is incredibly clean, well-organized and put together. There are many products and selections to choose from. The experience of the management make the shopping experience more enjoyable and easy.

Got everything I wanted. Was glad they had a bathroom for their customers.

This particular store is well organized. I have been in many of the branches around and I can guarantee that this is the cleanest and with the more helpful employees. Nothing is left on the floor or out of place. They rush to open as many registers as needed to minimize wasted time waiting for customers. Well done!!!

Why are the employees throwing products into the dumpster out back? Dish detergent etc 11/27/19 @ 12pm/ ok stores been closed since that dumpster truck crashed thru the mall but throwing away perfectly good products smh.. 🐻

Great store, staff is friendly and go out of their way to assist you. The store manager is creative and gives excellent pointers with projects.We live in Harlem but this is our Dollar Tree. It is worth the toll and 8 miles round trip.Thanks Michelle!!!

Store is pretty small compared to the other dollar trees nearby. But they have a lot of items. Youll always find what you need.

When this store opened it was awesome. That’s not the case any more. There is new manager name Darel, she is super unprofessional and rude. The store is now more disorganized than ever.

I applied there a few times there and kept going sometimes to the manager asking hows my application status and the lady somewhat gives me an attitude, I feel someone else has to take over with better hiring process. So what Im trying say, the hiring manage system is awful.

Its a small store, kind of messy & a bit disorganized, but it is a dollar store & things are really a DOLLAR! I got a few items that were worth it but other things I wanted I didnt purchase simply bcuz they were dirty, damaged, or plain old garbage. You get what you pay for but occasionally there are some really amazing finds. I go occasionally for this reason & also its kinda like a little treasure hunt & hopefully you find yours.
