My daughter has been attending Harmony Academy since she was 3 months. Baby Blue is two now going on 5 because she has learned so much at her school not daycare her school. The staff are very professional and kind. When they closed for the pandemic they contacted us to let us know what was going on. If you need a safe inexpensive school for your children this is the place.

My son has been going to Harmony Academy for almost 2 years and I absolutely love their daycare and pre-k program. The owner and instructors are absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend them.

MY 2 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND I LOVE STAFF. NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE ENVIROMENT, THE PRICE, AND THE CARE. WAS RECOMMENDED BY MY MOTHER, MY SISTER WENT HERE 5 YEARS AGO. SO HAPPY WITH MY CURRENT EXPERIENCE HERE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND HARMONY ACADEMY TO OTHERS.

My son has come home multiple times with bruises scratches and red marks an according to them they never know how it happens...they are not trained well in handling kids with different behaviors. Kids are not being monitored while on the playground. To me it seems like they focus on payment more than education an safety of the children. They are not reliable not professional an do not recommend anyone to send their kids to this facility.

This school seems to be professional but it’s not!! It’s not okay to pull or flick children. It was difficult to talk to lead director about this matter but if I was late on payment they will be at the front door waiting to tell your kids they can’t come in... THEY DONT CARE FOR YOUR KIDS ONLY THE MONEY!!

Very unprofessional. I spoke with the owner whom promised to mail my receipts for dependent care reimbursement. She did not. I know she maliciously chose not too due to my customer service issue with the Director. Its funny how ppl want to manage escalated issues but when you call a spade a spade....they try to punish you by holding financial reimbursement against you.If your looking for child care then I suggest you thoroughly do a check on this company. For the area, please know your not getting quality upstanding American value at this center! RipOFF

I absolutely love this school! They have been boring but wonderful to my family. This is the only school my daughter has every felt 100% comfortable. They do not have a high turn over rate for teachers so she sees the same teachers throughout the year. They are very friendly and family driven. Any concerns Ive ever had were properly and promptly addressed.

The worst daycare. The teachers are really good with the kids BUT MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST. The attitude with having lack of communication between each other on payments and accusing rudely of not paying. Many accidents happened to my son without them telling me or calling and waiting on me if i see cuts or bruises on my son. IF YOU LOVE YOUR KIDS DO NOT GET THEM THERE.

I love this school. The teachers and administrative team are awesome! Very loving environment for my 1 year old who started in the infant room. No complaints!

My son attended 3 yr olds and pre-K. Everyone on staff has a good heart and soul and genuinely care for the kids. their sincerity shows! i felt very comfortable entrusting them with my child.

Wonderful daycare! The Director and staff members are phenomenal.

The person in charge was very unprofessional, unsympathetic, and condescending to the extent it was uncomfortable and very stessful. Will not be recommending this place to anyone.

This place have been nothing but amazing to my daughter and I. My three grand kids needed to transfer from another daycare which is too far from us now and the ladies at this place has been amazingly wonderful!!!! The kids love this place!!!! Every time I go the place is clean and smells wonderful! Kids are happy all the time and not crying as we jump them off. Thank you very much ladies at Harmony Academy in Norcross, GA. Im so a peace knowing Aaliyah, Kaiden and Khalil is in good hands everyday! :-)

DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE! My daughter just turned one on the first of June. She returned home yesterday with a large red mark across her cheek and a circular mark which has bruised her right cheek. They say she was bitten but it looks nothing like teeth marks! They did not contact me or my wife about this situation and Ashley one of the dorectors told me that they do not have to contact me about situations like this they do it as a curtesy. I have asked the directors for surveillance video of the class room and they will not release it to me and my family, so I have filed a SVU abuse investigation of this school. To all my fellow parents please be cautious when leaving your children here, something has happened to my baby girl and I will find out!

Love this childcare center! The teachers are great!

Worse place ever. My child was scare to evwn go back. And one day when i showed up unexpected a teacher was screaming at a child because he couldnt understand the work.
