I am so glad I signed my girls up with Elite, they are having so much fun and learning so much. Laura is so passionate about what she does and how she teaches them. In just a short couple of months they have been going, I can see them becoming great dancers with her guidance. My girls love it there and they love Mrs. Laura! BEST STUDIO AROUND TOWN

Elite Dance Force is an amazing studio to be a part of!!! From all of the loving staff to the award winning cheoreography, it is the place to be!!! This is my third year dancing with Mrs. Laura Conner and everyone around me has seen me come out my shell! My family watched as I grew from a person with no quordination to on our platnuim winning competition team, helping in assisting Mrs. Laura with the little ones, and featured in our recital!!! If your child, no matter what age, is looking for a studio I can assure you that Elite Dance Force is be a wonderful, family fun learning environment for your child!!!

My daughter was enrolled in the hip-hop 13 and up class. She started the class in August 2016. In mid-January 2017 we were told that the class would be cancelled because she was the only one enrolled in it. My daughter was given the option to try another class, but she didnt want to. When you enroll at Elite you have to start paying payments towards the recital that they do in June. They break it up into 4 equal payments, paid every other month with your monthly tuition. There is no option on how you pay for the recital in payments. If you dont pay the recital payment with your monthly tuition, your child cannot come back to class. So, we had paid our first recital payment when we were told that the class would be cancelled. Obviously I assumed that that payment ($67) would be refunded. I mean, it wasnt our fault that they cancelled the class. While I understand their reasoning behind the cancellation, it still doesnt mean we should be out that recital money considering there is no longer a recital for my child to perform in. Right? WRONG!I started sending emails to Laura Conner, the owner of Elite, on January 24th, regarding the recital payment. Laura called me and we discussed my daughter trying another class. I spoke to my daughter and she wasnt interested. So I emailed Laura again on January 30th to let her know we would be un-enrolling, and again asked her about the recital payment. No response. I sent another email on February 6th regarding the payment. No response. I called and left a message at EDF on February 15th. No response. I sent another email on February 17th. No response. Another call about a week later, with no response. Another email on March 5th and no response. I finally went into Elite on March 15th. Laura acted like she hadnt received any of my voicemails or emails. She explained that they have a No Refund policy. I strongly expressed to her that the class cancellation was no fault of mine, and that the recital payment should be refunded since my child wouldnt be there to participate in the recital since Laura cancelled the class. Laura stated she wouldnt even know how to refund the money to me because theyve never given a refund before. I did explain to her that she owns a business, so she must have some way of paying things like rent and utilities (??). She told me she would speak to her accountant and call me by the end of the week. I didnt hear back from her until March 21st when she sent an email letting me know that she was sending me a check that week. On April 10 I still hadnt received a check. Sent Laura an email asking her to check on it. No response. Emailed her again on April 13. She finally responded and told me that she called her accountant. The accounted stated that she sent the check out the week of March 21st, but that the funds were never debited, so it mustve gotten lost. She said she would send me another check, and asked me to destroy the first check if I did receive it.Here we are on May 3rd and still nothing. Its a shame that this is how Laura runs a business. Its $67. As a business owner, wouldnt you just go to the ATM and withdraw the money just to preserve your integrity? Wouldnt do you whatever you have to do to make a situation right? That isnt how things are done at Elite Dance Force. Dancer beware!!!!
