University Charter School is absolutely terrible. The teaching is horrible and this school is more like an detention center instead of a learning center. This school accepts children with extremely bad behavior so the teacher is disciplining more then teaching. If you have a child who wants to excel then this isnt the school because the child will continuously be interrupted by the behaviors as well as out loud discipline instead of the teaching. I give this School NO STARS!

NASTY. Walking into this building makes me think that they dont care about our children. When i first walked into the building a few years back with my son, I couldnt help but notice how poorly the space looked. Disgusting really. I dont understand how you can say to care for your students but keep them in such an disgusting building. This past year was the worst. Send your kids anywhere but here. Where is the money going? I can only imagine... starting with leadership.

Traffic is horrendous.. For this school to be in the location that it is in..Why arent there CROSSING GUARDS in place... NOT guards who work in the school, lunch aides that serve our children.. how is this safe.. I sat in traffic for close to 10 minutes because they are allowing people to just park and get out.. there is no communication between them at all.. If a child gets hurt because of the craziness that goes on who will take the blame.. #GETITTOGETHERUNIVERSITYHEIGHTS

This is a terrible school, especially the junior high school. If you want your child to have a decent education and good conditions, please, consider another school. Especially if you want to put your child in the 7th or 8th grade.

This school is not the place to be. If you want your child to have a better education please go elsewhere.

Staff was respectful but my child didnt learn much because of the way the prek setting was (have 3 & 4 year olds mixed in a class together) my daughter is highly advanced for her age I was expecting a little more with this being a charter school.
