The automatic email received after selecting the center to take an exam is outdated. I recommend calling ahead to confirm that youre comfortable with their current pandemic protocols. If I knew how crowded it would be, I would have rescheduled with another facility.When I arrived, there were no available lockers because the place was packed. Even though the receptionist was kind enough to watch my bag, it seemed like additional bags continued to pile up around them. The person was also in charge of setting up the test environment on each computer when a test taker arrived. Overall, this did not seem like a good situation.

I had a good experience here taking my GCP Professional Data Engineer exam! I passed the exam and the exam room was quiet and comfortable. The building was easy to find. Reception was quite friendly as well

Took my AWS CCP exam here, had a good experience. Friendly receptionists. The room where I took the exam wasnt very crowded (4-5 people) and had air conditioning. There are storage lockers for your personal items. I was let in before my scheduled time and I was 35mins early.

Perfect location! Easy to find, more than quiet enough to take your proctored exams. If necessary will be using this location in the future.

I wouldnt take an exam here again. I had a horrible experience when I went. During my certification exam, a person that work for this place came in to fix a computer while I was taking the exam. It was distraction and very unprofessional. Please avoid this site.

This test center continues to use unsafe practices during the COVID-19 pandemic. There were no safety policies in place whatsoever - no social distancing, no cleaning, no mask enforcement. I felt extremely unsafe having to sit in the room for a 4-hour exam. Test takers were seated directly next to one another (seats were not skipped in between) and the room was full except for two seats (about 15 people). A man within 4 feet of me kept his mask down while taking his test and he was not asked to fix this issue. Cubicles around me freed up only to be filled again within five minutes, with no cleaning procedure in between. Pencils are taken from and returned to a single pencil holder, and pencils are not cleaned in between users. I gave a second star because in normal times, my experience here would have been fine - I was able to start my test promptly and had an otherwise good experience with the equipment and facilities. While these procedures are annoying, they need to be put into place. I am an essential worker who has had to adapt to stringent cleaning and distancing procedures over the past year - it is possible to do, and more importantly, it is necessary to get us out of this pandemic. Avna, please do your part.

Site is in a great location. I ran a few minutes past my scheduled time and I was still accommodated. Testing room is quiet and computer was ready for your specific test. Registration is smooth and the receptionist is knowledgeable, kind, and efficient.

Proctor couldn’t upload my exam and lacked the resources to call IT to resolve the problem. She was very nice and i know she tried her best however AVNA is not prepared. After an hour I ended up googling the correct hotline for proctors and got someone on the phone to resolve the issue.

Good place to take a test. Convenient location, professional staff, and quiet, peaceful test taking environment. Nicer than many of the testing centers in town.

Receptionist was helpful getting me signed in. Testing booth was what you expect with dividers and sound blocking headphones. Lockers available to put your belongings in.Also I was placed far apart from other test takers during the pandemic.

This testing site does not enforce social distancing and is unsafe. During my exam, the proctor seated a woman directly next to me, less than two feet away. The proctor was WONDERFUL and clearly not doing so because she wanted to but because AVNA allowed her to be in a situation where she was overbooked and forced to put people on computers next to one another.

Love how close it was to the Fulton St subway. Place is clean and the lady was also very nice and helpful. Cant ask for anything more in nyc especially in a testing environment.
