It is FIT HIT now, but the staff is experienced. Ive trained and instructed martial arts around the world, this is different. The group classes are intense and the private lessons are worth it. You should try it

Krav Maga academy and the 6-week challenge they offer for beginners has rejuvenated my energy, self confidence and general feeling of health. It is a fun, interactive way to become more engaged via a robust structure of classes, nutrition advice and friendly instructors. Every day you are greeted with friendly smiles, laughs and great workouts. The have designed a course for any age, body shape, agility level or energy level. If you are on the fence or nervous about the commitment, give the class a try or just stop by and talk to anyone there; you will not be disappointed!!

Best experience ever! I suggest this challenge to everyone: to people who never train but also to people as me who were going to the gym but were not motivated enough. I lost kg and body fat, trained 3-4 times for week, eating healthy and I feel so much better!I usually attended morning classes, which actually made me start my day in a positive and better way, and women classes. All the instructors are experts, they correct and follow and motivate all the students. In busy hours the instructor has also 2 assistants so they can take care of all of us!I loved it!

My time with Krav Maga was amazing, it was more than a workout class. It became a community. I joined the 6 week program and had a goal to lose 6% body fat. Im a runner so I needed to tone, thats why I was given a body fat percentage goal instead of a pound goal.The support was constant throughout the process from an accountability coach perspective. Its hard to pinpoint my favorite part of the experience. I made plenty of new friends in the classes and met really cool people. The instructors are PHENOMINAL and I plan to keep popping into Krav Maga classes because I would miss them too much if I didnt.As for the workouts, I could dread going to class cause I was just not in the mood to workout, but the instructors would change that in the first two minutes of a very high intensity workout. They get your blood pumping and you get so high on the energy you cant help but smile (unless youre in Shermans class as he only allows grunts and faces of hard work lol). I also learned so much in a mater of self defense. Ive taken many a kickboxing class, and this is something else. This prepares you for real stuff.I have nothing but amazing things to say about Krav Maga. Theyre going through some construction right now due to growth but dont let the appearance shy you away, they make magic down there.

I completed the KMA 6-week challenge, and was able to successfully complete it losing 6.7% body fat. The facilities are awesome, the instructors are all amazing experts, and you get a lot of support from the team and fellow members!NOTE: They had advertised the 6-week challenge as a free challenge - this is not the case. You pay $600 up front, and they give you a goal that you must achieve in order to get the money back (which is put towards future memberships/training). Overall, I was very happy because I met my goal and it changed my mindset.

The layout of this facility is practical, and the instructors are impressive. The overall sense of community is appreciated. That said, if you don’t live locally (or out of state), the way this gym gets you in the door is not right. Email sent after booking my “interview” were read but not acknowledged until I arrived in person. A straightforward price list would be better than on online gimmick that looks like a glorified casting call. I’d return to this gym for practical skills but I’d highly suggest they hire a new marketing company.

I have to say that joining the Krav Maga Academy was one of the best decisions I’ve made!I decided to try their 6 week challenge, because I knew I needed to start making healthier lifestyle choices. When I first heard about the challenge I was extremely skeptical, I mean how could someone possible loose that much weight that fast! But within the first week of the challenge I had already begun to see results! 6 weeks later I have gone from a size 12 to a size 6!! I am constantly being asked by coworkers and friends how I lost all the weight. I not only lost the weight, but I’ve even started to show a little muscle definition. Health wise, this challenge has really helped me get into the habit of picking healthier food options without sacrificing taste, which for me is huge! This is the best I’ve felt in a really long time and was 100% worth it!Besides the 6 week challenge, the classes and instructors are absolutely amazing! The instructors are really nice and they really work with you to either challenge or make adjustments based on your physical ability. Everyone at the gym has been so encouraging and willing to work with me to get the most out of this experience. Take one or two classes and youll be hooked!Also shout out to Ryan for being patient with me and convincing me to do this challenge! I’m so glad I did! Thank you!

I joined their 6 week challenge and it was an awesome work out. They provide you with a meal plan and 3x per week work out. It was an amazing opportunity to do something different as a regular gym had always been too boring for me. The team is amazing and always try to make you feel comfortable and energetic. I lost 23lb and 6% body fat in 6 weeks and will keep working and stick to their plan to keep this great lifestyle. I highly recommend the Krav Maga Academy. You’ll not be disappointed! 8-)

Going to give an honest review. I spent about 6 months here.Pros:The instructors are really good for the most part. I really liked Shermans classes in particular. Part of the reason I cancelled was my schedule just couldnt align with his class anymore. But all the instructors are very legitimate.Equipment has gotten a lot better since the day I joined.6 week challenge helped me get down to my goal weight.Cons:6 week challenge is still a marketing tactic. You pay the $600 up front, they offer to give it back at the end if you hit your goal. When you do, then they tell you theyll put it towards your membership and you get locked into a lower rate and will keep working on your goals. Unfortunately no one really followed up with me once my 6 weeks were over.Crowded classes were the main reason I left to be honest. I get were in NYC, but I still expect to not have someone right on top of me, especially at over $200 a month. Its just too difficult to get the instruction to improve or space to move comfortably when you have classes that size.Leading to my next point: its just not great bang for the buck in my opinion. At over $200 a month I could be going to Equinox for like $10 more. They have working private showers and a ton of classes as well and youre not on top of another person.Bottom line: Classes were good until they got too crowded. And for the price, its just not enough bang for the buck for me to keep going. That being said the instructors are good and the equipment is a lot better. So its a mixed bag, but I wanted to leave an honest review for people to decide without having to decide with all the sales tactics.

The staff is VERY HELPFUL. The workouts are challenging but very doable. They always check in to make sure we are ok. They always encourage us to push ourselves outside of our comfort zones. Im working out muscles I havent ever used before in other workouts. So if someone is REALLY looking for a transformation, they have to do something different. Krav Maga might just be the something different they need to succeed!

I took part in the 6 week program. It was seriously a life change. The classes were a great mix of cardio and self defense, and the teachers are the best. Besides the classes, the meal plan they set me up with absolutely changed how I look at food forever. No more counting calories, just eating whats right. Definitely pop in and check them out!

Workout has never been so fun and satisfying before. The team is fabulous, each trainers are experts in their own specialized training. In this city that never sleeps, it is absolutely necessary to equip yourself with essential self-defense skills. The instructors were very friendly and helpful. They made me feel comfortable even though it was my first time taking Krav Maga classes. The other students were very welcoming and respectful. I enjoyed the type of exercise. It’s a good workout and you will sweat a lot while learning self defense!

KMAs 6 week program is the perfect jump start to a lifestyle change. The diet plan is easy to follow and teaches you the fundamentals of proper eating. I would not have been able to lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks without having this program to follow. The workouts were killer too! As a woman living and working in NYC, you cannot put a price on the value of learning self-defense. I highly recommend this gym and program to anyone willing to put in the work!

After doing the 6 Week Challenge at Krav Maga Academy, I’m down 15 pounds and about 4% body fat. I am the fittest I’ve been in ten years and my abs are back. The challenge is definitely hard, but getting results is seldom easy. It was great to learn some situational self-defense techniques with my heart rate up so high. I have some martial arts background, and outside of sparring it can be difficult to replicate the adrenaline and fight/flight response of using self-defense in a real scenario. The high-intensity calisthenics and body weight exercises really help to get you in that zone. All of my instructors were really nice and definitely tough.Definitely worth checking out! M

This studio is very special! The Trainers are super motivated and nice trying to push everyone to their personal limits to reach their goals. Especially Jay, Sherman and Victoria are great instructors. I successfully ended the 6 week challenge 3 days early. While it is pretty hard to stick to the training plan and the nutrition plan it is well worth it at the end, i really started to feel better and see the difference after 4 weeks! Furthermore I really like the mix of fitness and self-defense which helped a couple of people in my class to defend themselves in real life! I lost 25 pounds and 8% body fat and had lots of fun. It is amazing, I really felt my body changing and I gained more muscles with every class I went to.

Incredible instructors best in the city! Staff is super helpful and cheerful! Best work out of my life. I have improved my physical fitness tremendously in just a few short months all the while learning the most useful and practical self-defense. There is nothing out there like these classes! Still new. So need to see how it works out. But so far teachers are great, amazing workout, very motivating. First day, the extra person was helpful & guided in correct posture. It is fast paced. Second day not so much as too many people. I think one class should be designed just so we learn the basics in slow way. Even though it is amazing how each step is later explained again. But a new person who has never done any kind of martial arts or boxing, would need the basics to avoid injury. Plus if you have one trainer, they monitor & already know about your injuries, but with many teachers, it is hard to tell before class what you have, then if you never got a chance to tell them, you look like you are doing half the workout. They do ask & say we will give you alternative exercises, then you start workout, unless someone comes and checks, you dont know how to tell them. So i guess, my suggestion, a basic training class and in that show alternative if you have injury or bad knees or what to do. Otherwise loving the class, diet program takes one week to get use too. It is very good. I am enjoying every-bit of it. A bit sore. But so worth it.

I was trying to adopt the healthy life style from some time. But gym always felt boring to me. I am more of an outdoor person, I dont want big biceps or heavy muscles, I want to live a healthy lifestyle and improve my stamina. I am doing classes from past 2 months now, and I love it. All the coaches are best and very supportive, they motivate you during your class and also checks on your form continuously. KMA is helping me to live a more discipline life and I am loving it.

Great place! The staff is super friendly and the instructors are awesome!! There are always two instructors per class, so they can help you on your performance every time, they always encourage you to do your best!!Classes are exhausting, but super fun!! Im an athlete. For me is important that Im challenged. Love coming here! Great workout for your mind and body. I used to be an avid yogi but started to feel like I needed something different more intense but with purpose. Came here and fellin love with this type of training. I immediately booked a semi-private session with my friend after doing a class Serge was a sub for! He is so phenomenal. Serge is so present and professional while making you feel empowered and comfortable especially as a female, this is what you want!!! I’m a ClassPass member and love coming here, if he had more classes at the studio I’d become a full time member. Definitely recommend taking a class or booking a private with Serge if you can.

Let me start by sharing my results - I just finished KMA’s 6-week challenge there and dropped 6.2% body fat and 22 lbs! I started out feeling like I was in good shape to begin with, but now I feel leaner and stronger than ever. I love their Krav Maga classes, mostly due to their amazing instructors who push you every class, while making it fun and instructional at the same time. I walk out of there after an hour feeling recharged and motivated to come back for more the next day! And now that theyve opened up the newly remodeled and larger space, its only going to get better.

Krav Maga is a great academy!! I did the 6 week challenge and I got amazing results, the staff and coaches are very kind and nice, they would help you to get to your goal and make sure you stay on track and active!!! I am very skinny and wanted to get some muscle mass before I started the challenge my weight was 100 pounds and after I finished I was able to gain 8 pounds. Now I feel more confident when I am walking on the streets and I feel self defense is very important to learn specially for women nowdays. They have different classes and different schedules trough the week, everyone is very nice and willing to help you!

The instructors are super encouraging, the classes challenge you and are comprehensible enough that a beginner can jump in and still feel the effects of the workout, and the students are also very open/supportive of each other despite their level. This was so worth it! I took the six-week challenge here, and it was such a wonderful experience. I lost 20lbs and 6.1% body fat in 6 weeks and have never felt better about my body and my abilities. I did the 6 week challenge with KMA, and though the workouts are tough and the diet tougher I’m so glad I did! I’ve never felt stronger or more empowered than I do in these classes and everyone (staff, trainers, students) are unbelievably friendly and helpful. They made sure to check in on me, keep me accountable, and do everything they could to help me reach my goal. And I did! I lost over 10lbs and 3% body fat, but more importantly I gained muscles and life saving skills.

I joined Krav Maga Academy as part of the 6 week challenge and highly recommend it. As part of the challenge I had to follow a strict nutrition plan and take 3 classes a week.My goal for attending the classes was to tone up but I got so much more out of the experience...The trainers are all fantastic, they know what theyre talking about and they really care about you getting it right. They are very supportive in your development. They make sure youre getting it right technically and they care about you reaching your goals. They switch things up in the classes so that they dont feel repetitive which is a major plus as it meant that the classes went by in a flash. Not only are the classes a great work out but you also learn very practical techniques that you can use to protect yourself if god forbid anything happens to you out there!I made significant progress in getting toned during the challenge. I lost 2.3% body fat during the 6 weeks even though I fell ill for some of it. I started with 18.7% and ended on 16.4%.Unexpectedly, I also learnt a lot about nutrition. I always thought I had a healthy balanced diet and never realized I wasnt eating enough protein!! My nutrition has changed forever.Originally, I signed up as a temporary kick start to my winter fitness but Ive been balled over by this place. As a result, Ive now signed up for membership starting next year. Ive really enjoyed the experience and I cant wait to go back!!!

I took a very long hiatus from kma. My first time back I had a very tough class with former classmate now instructor Sherman which made me realize what I’ve been missing. Also trainer Jay showed interest in wanting to teach me which I really appreciate. Anyone can have knowledge but an enthusiasm and desire is key to being a great teacher because it is infectious to a student.

Krav Magas 6-week challenge is exceptional. Aside from the fun but challenging workouts, I learned so much about a nutritional diet that has helped me keep off (and continue to lose) the weight I lost. In addition, the classes help empower you mentally, emotionally and physically while they support you throughout the entire process. The instructors are very, very good and know how to keep you engaged and support you any time. Time zips by so quickly based on how the classes are structured and expect a lot of sweating along the way! I was looking for a new workout routine and browsing the net I found this place. While I was in decent shape the classes are designed to push you to the limits no matter where you are with your fitness. You may question your own sanity as you go through the warm up and then get kicked, punched, thrown, but you will be amazed how quickly you learn practical skills and survivor mindset and you want to come back for more. I began the Krav Maga 6-week challenge on April 22, 2019 and I made my goal almost a week before the 6 weeks was over! Being consistent, focused, and disciplined for these past 6-weeks was key. I never missed a class and was very disciplined with my meal plan.The Krav Maga instructors and assistant instructors are motivating! Ryan and Sherman were my main instructors and they rocked! Each hour-long class had me SWEATING in the first 3 minutes and its a workout like Ive never experienced! The instructors mix each class up to keep them challenging and the key self-defense techniques that I learned are invaluable! Keeping everyone safe during class is their top priority along with making sure we exert our maximum effort! Its a mix of calisthenics, self-defense and partner/group activities.Ryan teaches an amazing womens only class which I went to 2x a week. Her enthusiasm for each of us to get stronger, own our strength and be confident in this self-defense technique is palpable. She always checks in with the class to bring us specific self-defense scenarios that women may face, which are so helpful.Sherman kept me accountable in class when he put me in the front row to make sure I was giving it my all every time! That made a huge difference in helping me loss that final body fat percent.All of my fellow classmates were so nice, welcoming and encouraging. There is a sense of community at Krav Maga and such positive energy from the instructors. I recommend the classes, it has been a great experience!I think what Ive gained from this challenge and classes is more confidence in my ability to protect myself if a self-defense situation arises. Ive developed more disciple to workout at a more intense level and to constantly challenge my limits!

Ive been a student here since 2011 on and off, and I really enjoy everything it offers. As others have said, the workout is fantastic. I play soccer and volleyball multiple times a week, but when I first started the classes, I really felt challenged. After a few weeks, I noticed a big difference in my game.The instructors are all great. There are a lot of places where one or two instructors are great, but the rest are only so-so. Not the case here at all. I truly enjoy learning from all of them, and while they all have slightly different styles, I would be genuinely psyched to see any one of them start the class. And this extends to all of the staff there as well, who always make you feel welcome and appreciated.The format of the classes is such that whether its your first class or your 1,000th, you are challenged without being overwhelmed. Huge focus on real-life scenarios, and the skills all build on one another so youll have quite the portfolio of strategies and skills over time.Other students are a big part of the draw for me - there really is a nice community that builds up around classes. The more experienced students help along the newer ones, and people are generally chill and fun to be around, which makes classes even more fun.All in all, I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. I really love it and would encourage absolutely anybody to give it a try. If you like a challenging workout that has real world applications and benefits, and you like spending time with dedicated, fun people, you will love it, too!

Im on my third year in the Academy. Training here becomes almost an addiction. Studio is kept clean and equipment is constantly upgraded. Instructors push you physically and mentally, while teaching no-nonsense moves and fight tactics. People that last here enjoy hard workouts, countless bruises and a sense of true camaraderie. If you like to be surrounded by like-minded people and if you like to see what you can really do at your 100%, then this is the place for you.

The instructors are professional and truly WANT to help you learn. You can tell that they have passion in what they teach which makes all the difference for a student trying to learn. It was truly an intense time as I learned how to hone in on the discipline of self control with how I ate (they provided a great nutrition plan and accountability) and physically pushing myself to the limits in every class. I was told to leave when I wasnt interested in the six week bootcamp AFTER listening to a boring sales pitch. They didnt offer or explain other ways to take classes which I actually wanted to learn about. Very unprofessional and if this is how instructors behave I feel very sorry for anyone that gets sucked into the apparent negativity of this place. FIT HIT sounds more like a stress relief zone for desperate housewives and soy boys that want to boost their confidence levels to cope with unfulfilling lives.Im not upset that they wanted money for resources, Im disappointed at how some self proclaimed martial artists conduct themselves.

While having the idea presented to us, it was so noisy and some did speak up that it was annoying.The initial messages (interactions) were soooooo intense.$210 every 2 weeks was the best choice to the majority of the group that I attended with. Personally, it is and the way they marketed it is that you will have to make a decision right now. It is an opportunity though but it would have been best to make a decision after the diet meeting. You will be required to do stuff that some introverts like me will feel uncomfortable with.Take for instance this review that the email stated it will take 10 seconds.... you will have to copy paste into Google or Yelp :D

The conditioning was literally insane! The instructors are world class. I successfully completed the 6 week challenge lowering my body fat by 5%. It did however require some outside work.

The world is becoming more violent so i decided to be proactive. If you are looking for a real world scenario female defense class this is the one ! You will get a full body and mind workout, friendly staff, helpful instructors and like planet fitness “ no judgement zone”. Sparring is safe but you will get pushed to the limit for 1 hr, the time goes by really fast thou, building strength is key so be mentally prepared. I like to listen to music so i am amped when i get there. Personally the only downside is the women’s dressing area but we all come dressed for class . 🙂👏👍🏽

This place is a scam. I got in through their 6 weeks free trial offer. The truth is they ask for 500$ and only give it back to you if you meet the challenge they give you. Mine was an impossible challenge. I was asked to lower my body fat percentage from 15.9% to 13% in 6 weeks by following their diet. Which was really hard considering Im already slim. I barely lost 0.5% and they kept the money. If you want to sign up for their membership, go for it, but their 6 weeks free trial is a lie.

Great training. Give us cleaner gloves. After the hour in the den wearing them and being barefoot, Ive come down with a fever and sniffles...its a hot pot of viruses and bacteria! Do you clean the mats after each class??

I started a challenge 6 weeks ago, and the results were exactly what i had been desiring for a long time. I gained strength, muscle mass, stamina, defense skills and loss weight and fat in the process. Even my 4 yo noticed. He touched my biceps and said; Mommy you have muscles and you dont have a belly anymore. after 4 children i didnt think I could get back in shape.KM helped, guided and pushed me all along the way. This place is a scam and a fraud. They claim to offer a free 6 week challenge, but charge you $630. They set goals which are physically impossible to achieve in 6 weeks. Even if you dont go through with the challenge, as soon as they charge your card, they will not refund you.

The best choice I could have made in my fitness journey, period.This gym will require you to work hard and put in the right choices to see results and all the trainers are there for students 110%. I joined Krav Maga through their 6 weeks challenge.First of all I was very skeptical going in but I left my appointment signed up.I was provide a meal plan and 3 times per week class.It was the best Decision I made.This has been an amazing journey for me.I have gain so much from this challenge.It has taught me mindful eating instead of just eating without a care. Self discipline is what I have learned. And Im healthier and I have have more stamina and the fittest I have ever been.The classes are amazing. I have learned a lot and I have sweat a lot. But after a class I go home and sleep very soundly.The trainers Jay, Sherman, Victoria and Adolfo . All have their own unique style of teachingIt was hard but nothing comes easily in like. If you put in the work you will see the results.I stuck to the meal plan except for twice but I put in the extra work the next dayMy goal was to loose 25 lbs or 6% body fatWELL I DID IT!!!!!!At my last weigh in I was down26.4 lbs and 8% body fat.I hit it on both!!I feel so great right now!!This challenge has been amazing.I gained a lot and I will incorporate everything in my everyday life beyond this challenge.The staff are all friendly and helpful

When I started the 6 week challenge, I hadnt kept a fitness routine for over a decade, and the team at KMA gave me the encouragement to push myself and consistently show up 3x per week for the full 6 weeks. Throughout the challenge, I saw consistent improvements in my cardio health, muscle tone, and overall well-being! Most of my classes were with Sherman, who was incredibly supportive and motivating, without acting like a drill sergeant. In addition to the instructors, the other people attending classes and the front desk staff act as a community, making others feel welcome at each visit.

Scam. Says 6 weeks is free but it’s not. They want you to give them $600 and you’ll get it back if you drop the 25 pounds in 6weeks. The only free program was option B with a guide to home workouts. Smh scam just be honest and ppl would sign up. Fake reviews here too

Their instructors are world class but their customer service makes some of the big gyms in Manhattan look like amateurs. I learned a lot in a short amount of time and never been more confident. I decided to try the 6 weeks challenge. It was really hard, but I guess they call it a challenge for a reason. At the end hard work payed off and I lost 4% body fat. I learned a lot about myself, my body, fat loss process and many more things. I would definitely recommend it if you are a 100% committed to changing your body for the better.I also wanted to mention that I had an important work trip during my 6th week, and the staff had no problem with me doing my final weigh ins a few days after the challenge was officially over. Thank you so much for that and for the whole experience. I will definitely be back in training at some point.

All started back in December 2018 when I randomly came across this pop-up ad on Facebook with a super fit girl on the background inviting to join 6-Week Krav Maga Challenge and see how you could transform your body (and mind, as I later found out) in six short weeks.Ive been a gym member for years by now, but for some reason that never grew any addictive on me and after a couple of days, or weeks at its best, of a good sweaty work out there was always a reason to take a break. When I saw the Academy and its 6 weeks challenge offer, that sort of hit me... I wanted to get back on track. I wanted to get fit, disciplined and motivated!Yesterday was last day of my challenge, and I couldnt be more proud with what Ive been able to pull off -- 17 pounds (and 4,5% body fat) lost! I started with 140 pounds and went all the way to 123. I had 20.1% body fat and cut it all the way to 15.5%.Big shout-out to all the coaches who helped me along the way - Jay, Sherman, Victoria... they all are amazing! Make you literally work your butt off from a second you begin your class and continue going non-stop next 60 minutes. No breaks. No time to chill off. No chit chats. When you feel youre almost done and cant catch a breath any longer, they hit you with 30-30-30 ... and youre left to push it through. You guys are seriously first ones who make me learn and almost enjoy how to progress through push ups and all the other stuff, which a while back seemed way to hardcore for me.Plus, you never know what will happen in class - you could chose to stick to one coach but most of the warm ups, drills, combinations still will be different. Thats a big fun factor, bc those guys will always find the way to challenge you in a surprising way and thats definitely something Ive never been able to find in a gym.Oh yeah - the last not the least - they program comes with a balanced nutrition plan which helps you to push through by choosing the right food and learning to control your calories and fat intake.

The workout at KMA is the best I have ever experienced. Not only is it demanding physically, but it also provides important life skills for ones personal security as well as protecting those he/she cares about. Beyond the training, the community is excellent - both the trainers and the members. It is a very professional environment but also very open and friendly with none of the pretenses that are so common in NYC. I cannot wait to bring friends to KMA and have already told many people to try it out. All I can say is thank you to the team at KMA for completely changing my life. I did their challenge. It started with trying to lose weight but it became so much more. I lost the most weight Ive ever had but what I learned was to develop a new and healthy relationship with food and with myself. I am never leaving this gym.

KMA has a great community. Ironically it must be the one place in NYC where people arent naturally defensive. Everyone is approachable and looking to help one another. The coaches and the classes are amazing. They each have their own focus. Some are more fitness oriented while others are more focused on the Krav and making sure you get the form down. All of them are a mix of intense cardio exercises followed by Krav Maga. Jays classes are the best. Dont let anyone tell you otherwise! I wouldve rated 5 stars but the facility isnt top notch. The locker rooms reminded me of middle school (but new ones are under construction), the classes are sometimes overcrowded, and there arent really any amenities. All in all, KMA helped me get back into the best shape of my life, and I love it.

I went to #KMA through #classpass. It was my first exposure to it. I’m fairly active, but I was intimidated taking on this challenge. What I found were the folllwoing: Personable instructors who really connected. Very practical subject matter. Great workout, that could be modified for many different levels of fitness. This was an amazing 6 weeks program at KMA (it was hard work), but well worth it!!! I would definitely recommend this to a friend.The instructors/coaches were amazing, focused, knowledgeable and inspiring. They provided me with the right meal plan to meet my goal - each step of the way (thank you Coach Jay!!!). I attended classes from coaches Sherman and Jay as it worked out with my work schedule (both are amazing instructors). I did not miss any class and followed my meal plan at all times. Needless to say the sessions were very intense but at the same time very instructional, I learned a tremendous amount of techniques in a short time.I completed my 6 weeks KMA challenge and beat my goal. I dropped 4.1% body fat and I feel amazing! Thank you KMA-to all the amazing staff and instructors!

Place is a sham. Not at all like on the pictures with highly rude staff. Save your time and energy. It’s one very run down open space, no visible equipment, lacks cleanliness and smells of old sweat.UPDATE: in response to your again unprofessional response. I waited over 40 minutes whilst your front desk staff just sat there after initially telling me the wait would only be a few minutes, nor at any point did they offer an update on timing. No one even bothered to apologize for this wait and none were serving any customers during this time as the class was ongoing. Again I reiterate your pictures are deceitful and do not represent the actual interior of your facilities.
