They are all so amazing. VPK was a joyful experience for my daughter. She has a serious chronic illness and I was worried, but they were great. Kind, professional and excellent communication. Seriously have nothing bad to say. Ms. Betty was so sweet too and an awesome teacher.

My daughter has been attending Kids R Kids in Trinity for 6 months - she started when she was just over 3 months old and is now 9 months. She babbles the entire car ride home about her day, lights up when she sees her teachers or the staff at drop off and looks so happy when I view her on the camera throughout the day. I love hearing from her teachers how the day went, what she ate for lunch and how well she interacted with the other babies. Our daughter is obsessed with Ms. Aleita and is often crawling after her during the day. Were so happy we found Kids R Kids :)

My son had to be transferred from another school and because of issues with management and lack of surveillance and accountability. This school has been such a god sent. They have full security and accountability and have awesome teachers. Ms Betty and Ms Brooke have been outstanding. My son has come so far since starting here and the education has been top notch.

We have had a great experience with both my children at Kids R Kids. My son and daughter both started as infants and are now thriving in the 1 year old and 3 year old room. I am very impressed with the teachers, communication, programs offered, and how they handled Covid/ our children’s safety. Thank you for caring for our babies so well!!!

I have had a great experience at Kids R Kids Trinity! My little girl has been going here for about 3 years. She’s in the VPK program now and has really excelled! They do a wonderful job teaching the children as well as giving them sufficient playtime. My child loves coming here and always looks forward to her day. I love that they also have cameras so I can check in on my child throughout her day. They also serve meals/snacks which are included in the price. The hours are very helpful as well!! I also love the fact they have events and field trips for the children throughout the year!! They also have a splash pad for the summer. I would highly recommend Kids R Kids Trinity!!

Great school with large classrooms. Love the classroom set up, kids are always busy . I have been to schools where only thing I have seen is kids throwing stuff and chaos. This is a great place with fun activities, beautiful play areas, well decorated classrooms and very professional teachers.

My daughter just turned 3. She has been going here for 2 years. I have loved it from the start. All the teachers we have had have been so loving and caring. She loves all the activities and playtime they have and I loved that I could tune in and check on her via camera throughout the day. She gets nutritionous meals, holidays and seasons come with all sorts of fun. All of that is so great. As she has gotten older and most recently as she turned 3, I want her somewhere where she can learn age appropriate things that will build a foundation of knowledge for her. They have a new science lab where she learns lots of cool things. She can count higher than I knew...and can say ALL the colors in both Spanish and English(we do not speak Spanish at home) She has stopped crying when unable to complete a task I actually see her problem solve and realize she can do things that older kids do. She recognizes letters and numbers and can tell me associated words or information about them. She just had a 3 year well visit at the doctor and was able to follow direction and appropriately answer questions he asked to her. He was so impressed with her level of knowledge and understanding. Her mind is a sponge and she has certainly blossomed both socially and especially academically at Kids R Kids. We absolutely made the best decision enrolling her here!!!!

Excellent program, my child has been learning a lot and I am seeing a huge improvement in his behavior since starting here. My top priorities were academics and structure and could not be happier about this school. Food is awesome and my son loves to eat, so I am very happy to see the healthy food choices KRK offer. Overall I will highly recommend the school to any parent looking for a great academic environment. Also very excited o see the new STEM lab and Spanish classes and my son talks about the school and is excited to go back every day, not being stressed about me leaving for work. Glad to be part of this school

Very upset with our experience at this school. We were referred to this school from a friend but did not get the same experience. My son would stand against the wall for hours with no teacher interaction at all and when it was brought to the schools attention it did not get better. Yesterday after nap time my son woke up crying and stood by the table as the teacher swept the floor and the other kids were in circle time this went on for an hour. My husband picked him up he was still crying in pain and he was warm he had a fever. If the teacher cared she would of picked him up and tried to comfort him she would of known he was warm. As a parent this is heartbreaking I trust my child in your care that you will take care of him and care for him and this did not happen. This is never acceptable at all. Sorry my child is not just income for you and that’s what it felt like. He is not the type of kid that cries only if he’s hurting or scared. People need to really do full checks before they leave their children. I let him stay there for 3 weeks and was told things will get better but they only got worse. First red flag is the teacher turn over rate horrible here. I plan on going higher up to file my complaint. I should of gotten a phone call advising me that my child is crying for over an hour. Poor management at this facility. And the employees should not be complaining about other employees when a parent is there to pick up their child. This school needs to make changes big time to fix all the problems no child should be treated the way mine was never should happen.

Very poor/non-professional communication. I called over a week ago to inquire about availability as their sign states now enrolling. I spoke to 2 different people, and now over a week later and no returned communication at all.

My daughter has been going here for about a year. I love it. The staff are on top of everything, they always keep me updated on events and important information. The one time she fell and hurt herself, they notified me immediately and by the time I arrived she was smiling and feeling better. Her teachers go above and beyond. They are very patient yet stern with her and I appreciate that structure. Rachel, her current teacher, has been a God-send. I can see so many changes in my daughters behavior since she moved to her class. She even played a huge role in our final stages of potty training. My daughter idolizes her. Nicole was amazing too! Always went out of her way to make my daughter feel special. The curriculum is also fantastic. My 3 year old knows her days, months, numbers, most of her alphabet, a few key phrases in Spanish, and so much more! The classrooms are always clean, and I see the staff working hard in the evenings to ensure the cleanliness of the school. They also keep parents informed of any possible contact your child may have had with colds/flus going around, which I really appreciate!Overall, this facility is above and beyond a simple daycare. Could not be happier!

We had our son here for 6 months. The only reason we had to take him out was because we moved states. We loved it and everyone in the infant room!Every time I came in to the room, or looked in on him on Watch Me Grow, there were always teachers holding babies and doing what needed to be done. There was never just someone standing around having a conversation. They were always quick to tell me if anything happened or if they noticed he was getting a rash. They were the ones who actually pieced together that my son was allergic to a certain diaper cream.I felt good about leaving my son with them, that in my book is enough.

O STARS!I have to AGREE WITH MELISSA! I had my daughter in kids R kids when they just opened and while i found the front staff to be friendly, the principle and my daughters teacher were horrible! I had her in school for less than 2 months! The watchmegrow app is also good but limited to classroom. I witnessed a teacher throwing a book ( more than a friendly toss) at my daughter and another little girl after what i assume was their request. When i confronted the staff and principle i got a well take care of it NON-solution. The unprofessionalism from the teachers is unacceptable. I witnessed this same teacher say something to the extent of work that pole to a 3 year old dancing during a dance class presentation, while i was right there, as was another a staff member/parent. My daughter came home repeating phrases that i deemed unacceptable for my 3 year old and when i asked her where she learned to say that, she stated her teacher said it all the time. This was the last straw for me, which is when i withdrew my daughter and never took her back again! Parents my personal experience with this school was unsatisfactory to say the least.

Two of my boys have attended VPK at Kids R Kids Trinity, starting right after the facility first opened, and we have had wonderful experiences with both kids. Safety is a huge concern for me, and this school exceeds my expectations. I feel completely comfortable dropping off my son every morning, knowing he is in good hands. The VPK curriculum is challenging yet interesting for the kids, and has really prepared him for kindergarten. In addition to academics, I love that they teach the importance of good manners, being a good friend, Spanish words, and respect for nature.Toward the beginning of the school year, there seemed to be a high teacher/assistant turnover, which can be stressful for the kids, but that is to be expected with a newer school. And that is no longer a problem, as theyve had the same teacher for quite a while now, who my son absolutely loves! Highly recommend Kids R Kids Trinity to anyone looking for excellent pre-k or daycare.

My Daughter contracted hand-foot-and-mouth disease at this center. It is uncomfortable and painful for her. She is getting blisters on her mouth, hands, feet and buttocks. According to our family Doctor we can only give her pain medication until it runs its course. I don’t pay this place to keep poor hygiene so this can happen to my child.

I chose this facility because it is Kids R Kids, and I love the Kids R Kids philosophy, curriculums, and accreditation. I am not the kind of parent that chooses a place out of convenience. Unfortunately, this daycare is just a daycare. I really wanted to give this place a chance because it has great potential, but it’s not the best place for my child. After a month-and-a-half, I must provide other parents like me an honest review…Pros:Excellent looking facilities- The rooms and playground look great.Fantastic director - Ms. Alice is amazing.Neutral:Watchmegrow – The watchmegrow program is here, but the kids’ activities are out of view for much of the day.Cons:Poorly trained staff and teachers – The childcare providers they’re hiring are not the best… The front desk staff is unfriendly and untrained.Apathetic, rude owner – When I reached out to the owner with questions after noticing the teachers were not doing what the Kids R Kids philosophy promotes, she rudely told me she didn’t have time to care about “one child. Youd think a childcare provider would know each and every child matters....Two hour forced naptime – The teachers physically force the children to lay down for two hours. If they wake up after one hour, they are forced to lie there eyes-wide-open, staring into space. A good practice is to do quiet activities when children do not want to nap or wake up early.Poor curriculum – Though the Kids R Kids name is used here, the teachers are not skilled enough to administer the Kids R Kids curriculums. If your child is smart, he/she will not be happy here, standing around, twiddling their thumbs for most of the day.Limited communication- My daughter cried for three hours straight today, but no one thought to call me and inform me of this. I found out after I called much later. The weekly schedules and other communication are not delivered to individual parents- you have to take a picture of them to review them outside of the facility.
