I wish I could give a negative star. These people should not be allowed to drive our kids anywhere!!! Everyday this week the were extremely late over a half hour or the completely missed the stop.. I must say it has been a very stressful week and what scares my is when I called the school they told me it was one of the better transport companies......

I have a new bus driver every day and I have to tell them where my stuff is. They don’t know how to drive and I feel unsafe. And none of them speak English.

Bus #173 pulled out right in front of me on a back road with no obstruction forcing me to slam on my breaks, almost resulting in me hitting the bus. If I had a child on this individuals bus route, i would consider alternate means. There was a complete lack of respect for the childrens safety, which I am more concerned about than my own or the mild inconvenience, unlike the bus drivers.

This is our first time having a problem with a bus company. Unfortunately ABC has had the following problems: Dropping our children at the wrong location on the first day of school (an abandoned building), showing up for afternoon pick up from school up to 40 minutes past the schools dismissal time, not having bus numbers in the bus windows so children know what bus to board to come home, not having correct bus routes that match the numbers on students bus passes, bus drivers not knowing the number of their bus route to verify a child is on the right bus, not being able to call the company because their phone goes right to voicemail with a full mailbox, refusal to pick up children in the morning but willing to bring them home in the afternoon, and unfortunately having employees that do not instill a lot of confidence in parents when called on the phone . When you are able to get through to the company the employees insist they dont service your school (but then later realize they do indeed), take forever to figure out your bus route (because numbers dont match up), refuse to speak to parents because they only will deal with your transportation department, and tell you they will call you back, but never do. I hate leaving bad reviews, but after three weeks of school and after several promises to call me back - this company has lost my confidence. Their employees cant even verify their buses go to our school! (when they clearly do!) I am thankful my child is older, but feel badly for those with young children on these routes.

First day of school did not know where she was going and didnt pick up my child. My driver is never on time. Ever! And then when she shows up she is rushing and has several times left my child behind. Dealing with an autistic child with behavior issues in the mornings. I am already stressed as it is. She comes sometimes at unpredictable times. Sometimes minutes earlier or 5 minutes after class started. It doesnt make sense. Today she came to my stop 5 minutes before class starts (my child is last to get on and closer to the school), she honked 3 different times within a minutes (not exaggerating I looked at the time) and while I am physically struggling as i do almost every single morning with my child and just as I am opening the door she took off. She has done this several times. I have called the office several times so upset. They tell me that they have spoken to her about this, yet nothing has been done. I call the office and they seem nice and respectable but their drivers are the worse.

Drove behind one of these busses today, #49 to be exact and this driver was doing 20 in a 35 up Washington Rock Hill and not staying in its lane which I could not understand when it is a mini-bus and no kids on it, then it sped up and crossed over the double yellow lines endlessly and almost hit a oncoming car and swirled back into the lane. The driver then was doing 15mph down the hill and still could not stay in the lines. I called the company and told them about this. I am not sure if this driver was drunk, stoned and talking on a cell phone all at the same time. I have never seen anyone drive so strangely in a really long time since I saw a drunk driver do a similar thing.

Consistently late in the afternoon. Today they never showed, lied about it then sent a bus to the school at 5 pm. This is unacceptable and the township should stop doing business with them.

Apparently its ok to be on a cell phone while driving a bus for ABC. If your children ride this company I would consider alternative modes.

They seem untrained, rush or are just too slow. Usally miss the bus cause of the unpredictable nature of when it actually gets there even tho theres a clear schedule when it should. Sad that a bus company cant follow there own schedule to when there going to which ever stop. They say the bus can get there 10 minutes before or after which is fine but when the bus comes even before then one day and then the other later is mest up.

Just saw a driver letting kids off the bus with no lights, no sign, nothing, letting them cross in front of the bus. Terrible. Not safe for kids at all. Township needs to stop using them.

Rarely on time for pickup to school or super early to the point your just waiting there wondering if its gonna come but in reality it came 10-15 mins early, usually late after school for pickup, blonde lady bus driver some times goes off route to pick up her granddaughter or make it more convenient to her. The receptionist seem to not do anything about complaints other then just listen. Does not show up if there is slight snow. Blonde bus driver complains when cars honk the horn at her making it seem like she didnt just run a light or stop to early. Kids feel unsafe. Goes over speed limit in local areas. New bus drivers do not know route ahead of time of actually driving students and will ask students for help with which turns to make. Would not recommend hiring them for any school district. Overal crappy job

Drove behind bus #109 today in Princeton.Driver used the shoulder stretch even though its for Cars Only.Also witnessed him passing on the right and riding in a turn only lane only to going straight.I was not able to see if their were children on the bus at this time.I would not put my child on that bus!!

I hope I never have to put my kids on one of these buses. Driving behind one today on RT 80E...he cut me off twice, was driving in two lanes, was all over the road. then when I passed him, he gave me the finger. I sure hope no kids where on the bus at that time!!
