This daycare could not have better people running it! Ms.Holly and Ms.Shelby are so caring!! Not to mention the teachers are so good! My daughter has learned so much!! Very happy with where this daycare is now!

Walked in on a NEW employee, I have never met, stopping a broom into the ground and yelling at the top of her lungs at my seven year old daughter exclaiming for her to clean up. When I said excuse me she yelled at me is this your daughter and began to yell at me. Whem I addressed this with management they did nothing about the issue and I was forced to find other childcare so I could continue to work as an essential worker. I was appalled that this is the caliber of people they hire and stand behind. If your cool with a grown woman screaming in your childs face then by all means this is the place to be.

I worked for Mrs.Lynn for years, it felt like a home away from home, I loved going to work at Child Care USA. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DAYCARE TO PARENTS AND POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES, LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM!!!

Due to the nature of my work, I travel frequently. During the summer my 6-year old travels with me and I usually use a local daycare in the area where I am working. This summer I was assigned to Nashville for a month. I searched all over for a facility that I could trust and where I thought my child would be safe. I called the first 5 daycares that I googled and they were all full or much too expensive. After calling 3 or 4 more with the same outcome, I asked the receptionist if she could recommend a place. She told me to try Child Care USA. I called and spoke to Mr. Greg who told me that they had openings for my child’s age and that I could come through anytime for a tour. I stopped in late that evening and was greeted by Mr. Greg and Mrs. Lynn. Ms. Lynn gave me a tour of the school aged class. The kids were loud BUT they were having a great time. My daughter was with me and immediately wanted to join in. She started on Friday and really enjoyed herself. She looked forward to going everyday. They kept the kids entertained and safe. The entire staff was super sweet and we felt right at home. If I’m ever in the Nashville area again with my daughter, I will definitely be going back to Child Care USA for care. Thanks Mrs. Lynn and Mr. Greg!!

My daughter goes here. I couldnt ask for a better place for her to go to. Mrs.Lynn and her husband are the best. The staff there is great. I love her teachers as well. They let you know when something is wrong. They take very good care of my daughter.

My 2 year old son started there about 6 weeks ago and he was in home care prior to that. The owners and staff have been wonderful and have truly made us feel welcome. I knew there would be an adjustment period, but when you see the owner and other team members coddle your crying 2 year old, you know you chose the right place. He doesnt cry anymore when I drop him off and he seems very happy. I love that they communicate every diaper change and potty training sessions etc. This daycare and learning center is going to help set my son up for success before he enters formal school. If you still have not made a decision and have not checked this place out yet, please do so. I know that being a working mother is hard, but they do make it easier for you and you can trust that your kids are in good hands. They are clean, organized and respectful of everyone and their time. We will be sticking around for the long haul.

Meghan responded immediately to my inquiry and visit to facility was scheduled the following day. Staff was very friendly and made my husband and I feel welcomed. Child will start today, and Im super excited to be apart of the Child Care USA Learning Center community.

I have entrusted Child Care USA with both my son and daughter. The teachers are great, and the owners have always been involved and maintained a staff that are held to high standards as teachers and caregivers to the infants, children, and school-agers that attend here. Both of my children started here at 2yrs old (my son is now 14 and daughter 7). Both have excelling in school because their education started here. I encourage any and everyone to entrust CC USA with their little ones. They are safe, loved, taught, and never forgotten....the owners still check in on my son.

I feel like the staff here truly cares about the children they are taking care of. If there are ever any staffing problems the director nips it in the bud fairly quickly. Good people with good hearts. Great place!

My family & I love Child Care USA Learning Center! The staff is amazing and takes great care of the children. My child is currently in the Pre-K program and has learned so much. I have no doubt he will be ready for Kindergarten. He is practically ready now! The location is great and easy to get in and out of. The property and building is kept up and clean. The place smells great when you walk in, which can be hard with little ones! Every morning when I drop my child off, I know that he will be safe and well taken care of. For me, it is difficult to leave my child with anyone but family. The staff at Child Care USA Learning Center has become our family!

I have worked in couple different daycares at this point and I have not found one to even come close to comparing to CCUSA! I loved working there and I loved the children and staff. This is a very safe daycare. They follow all the regulations for the safety of the children. The daycare is clean and the kids are well fed. And they really do TEACH and care about all of the children! This is a wonderful place to put your kids if you are considering daycare.

My daughter went there for almost a year before she started her KG. She always enjoyed going there. I will definitely refer this day care center.

Our child attended this Daycare for 6 months. The teachers were always different. At one point in her day she was in a classroom with about 18 kids and 1 teacher. You would hear the male director raise his voice and be rude with the older kids. I also heard them talk about other parents. It is very affordable. I would not recommend this daycare at all.

Took my daughter to this place and during the 2nd & 3rd week noticed the change in her behavior and that she was very irritable so one day i decided to pop up on my lunch break and heard A teacher in the 2yr old classs screaming @ the top of her lungs @ the children in her class not only that my daughter was moved to a different classroom @ the end of the day without me being aware of it with A teacher i had never met & i was told by that teacher that sometimes they move the children to that specific classroom to be picked up however i wasnt told that when she first started & i believe my daughter was yelled @ by one of these unprofessional teachers thats why her behavior changed and she would scream when being dropped off! To sum it all up i removed my daughter from the program immediately and would not recommend this place @ all!

If you care about your child, do not take them here. The owners only care about getting your money, not the welfare of your child. They will constantly keep the place understaffed to save on money, your child will not get the proper supervision they need. They also allow known troubled into the facility who will hit and abuse the other children. They will allow this behavior to go on and do nothing about it. Stay far away.

Im an Active Duty Soldier and so is my husband! I got orders to Nashville, without my husband so I took my youngest son with me because hes the only one not in big boy school and to give my husband a bit of a break from having all our boys. Within a month of being there, I got orders for training in Atlanta so I decided to move my son back with my husband since I had no one in Nashville who could watch our son overnight and because my job is more unpredictable than his is. I also pay daycare in advance because its due no later than Tues of the week or they charge a $25 late fee on top of their high prices. So I had pd daycare from the 1st through the week of the 15th and then I found out my unfortunate circumstances so I needed to take my son out. He would not be there the following week(the second week I already pd but he had not attended yet). They only gave me half of the weeks money back cause I didnt give 2 weeks notice. Mind you, we pd the week in advance, my son had only barely been there a month, and were Military (very unpredictable). I also had horrible vibes from the woman who runs the place from the very beginning. This daycare is not worth the price and I think theyre only out to get your money! Do your reasearch- dont choose this daycare if youre moving to the Nashville area!

Very poor communication from the director. Spoke with the owner he didnt have much to say about his director giving me the running around.

Just dont. They claim to work with kiddos that are transitioning from home to daycare but just as kiddo is starting to adjust they will drop you without notice.

Dont go by the 5 star rating! It was posted by the owners daughter and is a complete lie and misrepresentation of this facility!!! The staff here is extremely rude towards parents and abusive towards the kids. bugs are all over the place and the sewage goes out regularly causing a horrible smell. I would never recommend this day care and Im so glad I pulled my kid out.
