I have been Ballroom dancing for almost 30 years. I have been to many studios, but The Ballroom of Nashville is one of my favorites for many reasons.1) High quality instructors and a reasonable price. I was trained by a 10 time Russian champ so I know good instructors when I see them.2) Family environment. From almost the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and part of something neat and exciting.3) High quality group classes for a reasonable price. I have done many of these over the years, so I know what a great class is, and they have them.4) The man at the top, Christopher, sets the tone. Professional, engaging, warm, dedicated.5) Well attended social dances, with a wide range of dancers, including men like me. This studio does not only focus on competition. They are doing things the right way. Social dancing feeds the competitive program, and then when the good dancers and instructors are encouraged to keep social dancing, its a feedback loop as more and more new dancers come in.6) Cozy dance floor that I love. Yes, big floors are fun, but also a cozy floor leads to more social interaction.Need I say more? Well, one more thing I must add:Ballroom may seem intimidating at first, but really it isnt. Steps and patterns are used across many dances. Technique learned in one dance often applies to all dances. The hardest part is making yourself go to the dance and stick with it for a few weeks or months. But with strong dancers and instructors attending the dances, all that’s required from a newcomer is a little bit of musicality and passion. And in very short order ANYONE can be a great social dancer, or more.So give it a whirl. It is as fun as it looks on TV. In fact, more fun!

Brand new facility - beautiful floors and great instructors. I have knee issues so the floor has been an amazing experience. Love the instructors (did I already say that)- its fun and much more enjoyable than going to the gym. Looking forward to the group classes in country dancing they are offering soon as well. So excited to get to take lessons here.

The best ballroom studio in Nashville! The owners are welcoming and inclusive, and there are no contracts or pressure to purchase. Also the best value in Nashville--the teachers here are highly trained and dont overcharge like the franchise studios do.The dance floor is also top of the line; my knees and hips are never sore after lessons. Nice tall ceilings too, so theres plenty of space for lifts.I wouldnt go anywhere else!

The best studio for Ballroom dancing in Middle Tennessee. Large new space with 3 separate ballrooms and amazing floors. The Ballroom of Nashville has the best dance instructors and best of all, NO CONTRACTS! Students can pay for individual lessons as they learn at their own pace. I love dancing here!

The Ballroom of Nashville is the premier studio in Nashville. Its modern, newly renovated, has ceilings high enough to practice lifts and is equipped with high quality dance floors and wall to wall mirrors. There are also multiple ballrooms on site, so you can dance in a group or private setting. I especially appreciate that there are no contracts and you pay for lessons as you go. The instructors are professional and very experienced - trust me, if they can help me find some rhythm, they can help you too!

After starting my ballroom dance experience at a different studio, I was not happy with some of the business practices that occurred and was looking for another studio. I was referred to Christopher at The Nashville Ballroom as a better quality and value alternative, and I have found both to be spot on!The studio is brand new, open floor, well lit, mirrors on both walls, and impeccably clean. It offers wide open comfortable floors and two smaller studio rooms of equal quality that are available to members to practice on their own whenever the studio is open. Which is great for me as it is conveniently close to my home in South Nashville. The instruction provided by Christopher is superb and a great value when compared to the competition and best of all, he does not require a contract to keep you coming back. You are in control of what you want to learn and how far and fast you progress, not what level package you bought. It has been a pleasure to find such an excellent place to continue my ballroom dance learning experience in Nashville!
