My daughter had her 6th TikTok birthday party here. Perfect space, beautiful and new, patient teacher and wonderful service. We had so much fun, will be back again!

Ever since my first few classes, I always look forward to going again. Not only is the music and choreography on point but the women that represent Contempo and provide their time/passion make it what it is. I walked in all shy; came out with extra confidence and amazing dance moves thanks to them!

Contempo is THE BEST OF THE BEST! Ive taken a few classes and each time I leave drenched in sweat and feeling amazing! The girls and I love to come here for girls night. Its so much fun and a great, intimidation-free environment. I recommend to anyone looking for an all ladies adult dance class- and I definitely recommend for a ladies night out or group workout when you cant make it to the gym. I love that all sorts of different dance styles are offered and each routine is easy to follow. The instructors take their time to ensure everyone is on track which is awesome! Definitely worth the while!

You feel proud of yourself when you are done with the dance class! Any dance level is welcomed to their classes and you get to have a wonderful experience with everyone. The instructors make you feel comfortable and included. I have had a blast coming to these classes, learning more dance moves but feeling confident in myself has made me a happier person. Cant wait to come to the next class!

This place rocks! I surprised my girlfriend with 5 classes and she loved everything about it. It’s a great way to exercise while having fun and touching up your dance moves. Additionally, TJ was very accommodating in creating a gift package. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

A great place to get some exercise, learn to dance and have fun. Being for woman, it’s non intimidating. They recently had an anniversary event and gave gift bags and flowers to the members who came. The owners want to empower woman to feel confident and beautiful. Check it out!

The owners Lia and Tj could not have been more welcoming and made me feel very comfortable (I’m very shy so this was a new experience for me) absolutely love love love. I had so much fun when I went to class this past monday! I literally was having a bad day and needed a pick me up! I made the right decision going to class that night! All my stress and irritations went away. The atmosphere was just so uplifting, comforting and fun! The dance instructor was all smiles and a great teacher. She was also a perfect cheerleader to us students! Not to mention the cute little gift bags we got! Deff an experience. It’s something us women need and I’m so glad someone thought of it! I would recommend 100x over again!
