What does it take to actually make an appointment at the Naperville location? Ive attempted to get through unsuccessfully several times. There is no live body answering the phone. One time, I finally got through and they were very confused as to what was going on. They didnt seem to know how to schedule an appointment.No matter what prompt you choose, if youre looking for Naperville location, you are sent to Mallorys voicemail, which is completely full and you arent able to leave a message. If you write in, no one responds.I would love to support the students here but it is literally impossible to make an appointment.

DO NOT go to this school for the Esthetician course. The instructors are terrible. They do not know how to teach whatsoever. You are literally just sitting there for 8hours wasting time. They expect you to teach yourself. And they have the nerves to charge $16,500 for this course. What a joke.

Everytime I call either nobody answers or I get hung up on. Then when I finally got an appointment they said they dont have financial aid that I would have to pay out of pocket. When I called over the phone they said they do have financial aid🤦. Everyone acts like their clueless. Very unprofessional. Smh Ill go elsewhere

I’ve tried contacting this school so many times and actually had two appointments to speak over the phone with a women Nicole and both appointments she just never called me and there is no way to directly contact the Naperville school you have to go through like the corporate and it’s supper annoying and difficult the people who set up my appointment with Nicole were amazing but whoever is at the actual location needs to be looked at bc shes ruining the image of the company. I no longer wish to attend this school at all bc of the poor communication with the location thats near to me. I can’t even believe the unprofessionalism that was shown no text or call or update saying that a meeting ran over nothing. And after the second missed appointment I once again tried to contact through the given number and have received nothing back since.

Love this place! You dont have to go to an expensive spa to get a good service. The students at this location do a great job. Its easy to get an appointment because you can make one online. Last time I went I got a full body wrap and facial. It was the students first time doing the full wrap but she did a great job. The facials are great they take about an hour and have many different types and if you ask they will give you an idea of which is best for your skin. If you do go here please dont forget to tip!

I went in for a blueberry cranberry facial and I saw Brooke. She was amazing! She was very thorough and the products she used made my skin feel so nice...they smelled good too! I will definitely be back in to see Brooke again!!!😊

If you are thinking of attending this school, please find somewhere else. The only good part about this school is these two teachers, Marissa and Diana. Other than that, everyone is useless. Tracy Ringmeier, the administrative assistant is honestly the most unprofessional, rude person I have ever met. On top of being rude to the students, the communication is so poor. The way this school has handled the covid crisis too is unbelievable. The students are angry. We were misinformed multiple times and left to figure things out for ourselves. I feel like a deer in the headlights. I’m almost finished with school right now but if I had the chance I would leave & find somewhere else to go. This school is not worth it at all. Save your time, money and sanity and PLEASE find somewhere else to go. You’ll regret going here and wish you did more research.

The prices are incredibly reasonable. A steal for what you are getting. I got a full hour seaweed facial with a facial massage, scalp massage and leg massage. Allie was so helpful in suggesting products for my skin and gave an amazing massage. Think I will come back in a couple weeks!!

I was set up with Adele for a back treatment. The whole process took about 45 min and was very relaxing. Adele explained in detail everything about treatment, and even how to care for it after we were done. I would highly recommend seeing her. :)

Naperville Skin Inustitute is a great school with many talented and knowledgeable instructors. The material, skills, and education taught here is the basics that prepares you for future employers to train and further mold you. This place is clean, friendly, and prepares you for the real world; like in any situation, you make it what it is. If you are motivated, organized and clean, you will enjoy and receive the best education here.

(Customer review) I had a great first experience here but since then I have visited two more times and the second visit there was no one available to do a facial (no problem) and the third visit which was today, I waited 30 minutes in the waiting area not being acknowledge. I signed in and waited as several customers left but then the lady checking them out would leave. I just want to know how better to schedule an apt here, when i call it goes to voicemail and there is no way to schedule online. I know this isnt a spa and its about the students but i really like G salon schools so I hope to be able to just have better communication

My 3rd time to be here and tried different facial and I love everyone of them. This time, I brought my husband with me so he can try the experience I was having. My last one is with Manta and came back for her too. It was an excellent service. The only negative side is that I was scheduled for 11, but she wasnt available so I was moved to 12, Im glad I was off. Nevertheless, I came out fresh and free of blackheads!

I had an oxygen facial done by Nicole K. It was amazing! I saw and felt a different from before and after specially with my t area. Nicole gave me helpful tips and was very friendly throughout the entire process.

Andrea was wonderful. Perfect pressure & technique. Had 2 facials & 1 body wrap.Best facial I ever had & Ive had a lot.

First, the student who worked on my back was great. I got the microderm treatment. She was professional, gentle, and thorough. My back looked and felt smoother after the treatment. However, I am giving 3 stars because the position I was in...on my belly with a face cradle that was tilted up so my head was pushed back, was horrible. My neck and lower back still hurt from laying this way for an hour. Its truly painful to be tilted that way, it puts pressure on your neck and lower back, and I cant move my neck back without pain since the treatment. I felt it cramping in the middle of the treatment, I didnt think it would be so bad, but when I got up after an hour, it was so painful. Please pay attention to the position of a client. It makes all the difference, and Im still stretching and in pain 3 days after. Positioning the client is part of the treatment, and you really need to teach that correctly. The pain in my neck has outweighed the relaxing benefits of this treatment, eventhough the students work was fine.

Everytime I go I just drop in and my wait is never more than 15 min.The front desk is always professional and courteous.The esthetician explains everything shes doing and lets u know her recommendations. I look so forward to coming here. The one hr service is $28 and is steal. All the services they offer are great but the pumpkin peel is my favorite! Ive been to other schools where staff is rude. Might be why they have all shut their doors!!

I am now attending Estelle skin institute & I’ve decided to just start from scratch. I’ve learned so much more at Estelle being PART TIME WEEKENDS. than the 7 months full time I spent wasting my time & money at Naperville skin institute. It was nothing but problems with keeping teachers & drama between students & students vs teachers. Their products are also garbage. I’m now being certified with lash extensions, makeup, PCA, & we get certified w/laser through a medspa included into our tuition. We have bonus classes on the regular like hydrafacial demo. And the list goes on. Don’t waste your time or money here. Weird how all the reviews talking negatively about NSI disappear all the time. Cuz I know of so many former students complaining and giving poor review. These good reviews are mostly FAKE!

But after having a outstanding photoshoot and makeup done at Naperville Skin Institute. Ive made a promise to myself that when I make it big, Im going to hire her as my personal photo-journalist, and her team to do my makeup. My images (which were ready the very next day, how rare is that) is so BEAUTIFULLY & PROFESSIONALLY done, her and her team are very knowledgable about everything from makeup, best lightening, clothes coloring to compliment your skintone, professional, and full of extreme positive energy.
