I visited this business for the first time, and they were hospitable as could be. They listened and understood everything I asked of them, and have years of experience in the world of technology. One of the less complicated jobs that I asked of them were even free of charge - not to mention the free analysis!I HIGHLY recommend this repair store to anyone who needs help with his/her computer!

I previously ran a computer repair business in Nacogdoches. This business, Nacogdoches Computers, is the one place I advise people to avoid. I ran into two elderly individuals who were told their excellent new 4/8 core computers with 16GB of RAM were too slow and would be thrown away and they were sold slow dual cores with 4GB of ram by the owner. This downright criminal dishonesty has no place in business, or in Nacogdoches. Avoid at all costs.

Wow. Should have read these reviews before I tried to do biz with these folks. They are completely unethical. wanted to charge me $350 to replace a $75 panel display (on a $500 refurb) and when asked to explain, claimed that it was the most expensive part of the machine next to the motherboard (nope) and were unable to tell me if they would be replacing the display assembly or just the panel, the gal there simply said I dont know I just ask my parts dealer to send me what I think I need and healways sends the right thing. WOW. Just WOW. AVOID THIS PLACE. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS!*****UPDATE***** Nacogdoches Technical Services just down the road was able to fix it in an hour for $135 and the shop was clean and orderly, and the technician/owner was friendly and knowledgeable--willing to answer any and all questions pleasantly and professionally.*************

I would like to brag on Nacogdoches Computers. I went on Friday with a computer that was giving me a blue screen. My information was taken and I was told that I would get a call on Monday early, to talk about my computer. Not only did I get a call, but the service was prompt and the customer service was great. I am very please with the service I recieved and I will definately be using Nacogdoches Computers again. The price was reasonable as well.

Bad!Got burned for $200.Made me learn to read reviews before doing business with anybody.
