These guys are horrible. I bought a desk from them -- a new desk. It was clear when I got home that what they sold me had already been opened. When I started assembling the desk I saw it was missing parts, and some parts were broken. I called and they told me there was nothing they could do and to call the manufacturer. These guys are thieves -- dont shop with them. They deserve to be out of business.

I came and collected business cards for my firm yesterday morning and they came out wrong. I came back in the evening and they diligently worked for an hour to get the right wording on the cards and replaced all 100+ of them for free! If you ever need business card services done in Morgantown, WV consider these folks!

This location had excellent customer service, I was serviced by Sales manager Mark and he was very patient and knowledgeable on what would be best for me and I am satisfied with my purchase. Great job.

As I arrived in the parking I thought the place was going to be busy, but then I saw there is a bowling alley and a couple restaurants as well. When I walked in I was greeted by a gentleman named Matt who was kind enough to guide me to where the copy and print center was. I then met a gentleman named Kevin and let me tell you, he has to be the most kind and generous person I have ever met in an Office Depot. He assisted me with printing a file from my flash drive but it didnt seem to save when I did but he was able to explain that I could email the file instead which was very convenient. He then was able to guide me through how my presentation could look stunning by showing me multiple examples of what could be done and I never knew there was so much that could be done at the copy center. Kevin was also kind enough to offer me a 15% discount with their rewards program. Ill remember the time I came to this specific store and the next time I am in Morgantown I will be back here for my printing needs.

Went in there to bind my book and some guy was totally rude to me and basically shooed me out of the store. Never going back.

I live in California and needed to get a document signed by my mother in West Virginia who does not regularly use a computer and only accesses her email on her phone. I contacted the Office Depot on Chestnut Ridge Road near my mothers house for help. Liam went out of his way, met my mother at the door and made it possible for her to get the document printed, signed, scanned and emailed back to me the same day. I really appreciate his excellent customer service!

, we went in to buy a wireless Mouse we found the mouse we went to check out there was signs up but every register there was five or six people working. We asked he told us to go to a certain register we went over and we waited a long time no one ever came they have terrible customer service we didnt buy our Mouse there

Quick and helpful, asked for black and white they accidentally printed color, they also never asked if i wanted double-sided or not. They did give me a discount and charged me black and white prices. All around nice place, but i do suggest you be specific in what you want.

Successful trip to the copy center-- I had a fairly large job, in which took way less time than expected. I highly suggest you ask for Bethany if you have a pretty intense print job. Staff is always friendly and very helpful - job looks great!

The store itself is great! Went to printing dept to send a package Fed Ex Express. The associate failed to tell me the package was not going to be picked up for 3 days. I was under impression when I sent out on Friday am and assumed it was being picked up that day. Not a good experience to find out Monday the day I thought package was to arrive is still on the trailer and not arriving til Thursday. That is not express service. I’m not blaming Fedex - but the associates need to be better communicators with the customer.

The lady had my poster laminated within 2 minutes! (Probably 1 minute really) I was pleasantly impressed! Friendly staff and well-organized store. Good job, staff!

Good selection of products. Prices are often a bit higher than normal but I know I can always find whatever I need. I also like the doorbusters items by the entrance.

Prices arent too bad. Probably will find better deals online but they certainly have a very good selection of high quality stationary.

I purchased a textbook and brought it here to be bound, but unfortunately the binding ending up messing up the book (which is not indicative of my previous experiences here). After speaking with the manager Jim, he fully refunded my book! Its not always what you do right, but what you do to respond when something goes wrong that shows what kind of business you really are. Great experience with the folks here!

Pretty good store, electronic staff arent as knowledgeable as they maybe should be, Ive had to take back items they sold me assuring me they were correct and would work, before because they werent remotely correct, but overall a good place with a nice selection. Furniture is a little pricey though.

Worst experience ever. I had to wait five minutes at the coping centre waiting to be served. Only one lady was working . Then, an old lady came who her name was michelle mayor and asked me if I needed help. I told her to send some documents to my Email. she said it would not be colored. I was shocked by this response, if office depot can not scan colored documents, who else could do it. Additionally, she took two of the documents and left the rest on the desk. I thought she would come back to take them, but,, she asked me to type my email and went to serve another person. The other lady came to me afterward to inform me that she just have sent the email. Bottomline how could office depot hire such disrespectful employee with horrible attitude. She repeated what I asked her in loud, aggressive tone. Why is she acting that way, her job is not stressful, sophisticated or high- demanding. She is just copying and printing papers. There is no sound reason to act that way. If I were in your shoes, I would send that lady to an asylum to take care of her mental status and then bringing her back to work at your business, OR YOU SHOULDNT HIRE HER IN THE FIRST PLACE. SHE IS EXTREMELY OLD TO DO THIS JOB. TRY TO HIRE MORE CIVILIZED INDIVIDUALS.

I have bought boxes here several times. EVERY time it is an ordeal. They advertise sale prices on the tags but they never ring up right. Management doesnt seem bothered that having to wait around while they never get it straightened out takes even more money and time out of my business pocket. Today was my last time I will support their business by shopping here.

Lots of merchandise, not a lot of sales representatives on the floor, made it difficult for me to find someone to ask questions. Prices are moderate, could be cheaper in my opinion. The plethora of products make for a wide variety of choice but a cluttered sales floor. My cashier was incredibly well mannered and kind.

Customer service is lacking.The assistant manager complained to me when I asked for help finding a product. Their website said it was in stock at the store and when I went to the store, she said it would take her a bunch of time to find it and did I really want her to look for it??Due to her rude attitude and poor website/store support, I said no, dont bother. I will take my business somewhere else where they actually appreciate it.

Went into the store and no one even acknowledged me. The girl at the counter on the left was texting on her phone, the others were standing around talking to each other. When I got to the items I was looking for, a older gentleman finally asked if I needed help. Will not go back in the future, will probably drive to Fairmont or Clarksburg to get supplies. Very sad!

Large building with nothing in it. All over priced to the point of huge clearance sales just to turn over product. But there isnt much selection. Walmart had more stationary down the school aisle.
