This place is very unorganized and Miss managed. They keep changing classes with a very short notice; It is a big chaos. Coaches send Email and make changes without let the team know. They send an Email to you and make your kids class change within few hours of sending E-mail, they assume You check your email every minute. Also, they don’t have any clear outline of what kids supposed to learn in each level. They don’t creat motivation for kids to meet the certain requirements in order to move up and eventually kids get lost.Coach don’t give me any update about what my kids learn and where my kids standing.

I like the swimming but they are very disorganized. They keep changing the schedule and they dont post it anywhere. They rely on a myriad of emails that are sent out by coaches. It might be endurable with just one child or maybe it is the coaches we are dealing with but having two is just chaos. I am talking about 5 or 6, multi-paragraph long emails where you have to compare them to previous emails to see what has changed. Coaches should stick to coaching and not communications/organization.

I am so impressed with the improvements my children have made in swimming with Coach Gabby and this swim school. She has made huge strides in such a short time and she connect with them on their level. We have tried other places and instructors but no one has compared. Thank you for all you do!!

Nadarores is the best swim school. The staff is patient, kind, and incredible. They really know what they are doing and care about teaching kids to be safe in the water and how to learn to enjoy swimming.

For Dive Team: They have two websites which is confusing-They should delete one website so it doesnt show up on Google. No pricing online. Confusing to sign up and tryout. Practice and meet times on website are often conflicting with emails sent to parents. Parents cant go on deck to talk to coaches and coaches dont come to talk to parents after practice, so if you need to talk to a coach, you have to email them to tell them you want to talk to them and then you got to wait for them to respond for five days. For a kids dive meet you have to pay $5 just to see your own kid dive (this isnt an olympic dive meet). Not to mention there is only concrete ground seating once you get in for the dive meet. For dive meets, they have older kids go before younger kids who need to go to sleep. Coach isnt real good about making sure the young kids got in line for their dive at the dive meet. Some of the coaches have a conceded attitude, some coaches are nice. Classes often canceled for dive meets and holidays but we pay full price for month. Have to also do fundraising of $1000 per year and volunteer 50 hours per year, plus get asked about another 12 times throughout the year for more money. Make financials public on website. Definitely a rich man/womans sport. Last gold medal winner 1984.

I have an Age-Group Swimmer who transferred from another team when she was 7 years old. It took a few months to correct the bad habits the were learned prior to joining the Nadadores. The difference in her swimming was amazing. Initially the coach wanted to put her in a group that we didnt agree with so we spoke up and they worked with us to place her appropriately. Communicating with the staff is key. We are very happy here as a family. Swimming is a tough sport and many parents think that a great swimmer can be made overnight. The reality is that some kids are naturally talented and others might have to work harder. Let the coaches do their job and always keep an appropriate and open line of communication with the coaches. The Nadadores want their swimmers to love the sport for life and understand that not every kid has the same talent and skill in the water. If you are a parent of an age-group swimmer, look at a few teams before making a choice. My husband truly enjoys the Masters Swim Team as well... Lastly, the pool water is perfect. Many facilities use the wrong chemicals in the water and really dont understand how toxic they make the water. My daughter has very sensitive skin and she cant swim in most community pool facilities without experiencing complications.

Ive been swimming with the nadadores for 30 years. Loved it as a kid. Taught me discipline, dedication, overcoming obstacles, and life lessons. Still swimming on the Masters team and enjoying every second at my second home.

Top notch installations and great teachers are marred by subpar organizational skills that especially impact events like swim meets. Frequent breakdowns of equipment (the live event board is the worst), terrible communication and tracking of swimmers, and a lousy way to track volunteering hours seem like something that can be fixed, but theyre persistent over the years.

I’m a nadadore myself and I have been for almost 5 years now. I’m a HUGE fan of the program, not only do they have amazing coaches and staff but all of the kids are friendly and nice and it’s just a nice big family. The coaching is the best you will ever receive. They make swimming fun and give you a purpose. The coaches make everyone feel special and they know what they are doing. The kids all love the sport. Every group has a great coach and every coach takes pride in their swimmers. They have extra team bonding activities, also. If you are deciding between nadadores or nova, nadadores is the BEST choice by far! Nadadores is better than aquazot too.
