We loved this school. We found the teachers and staff to be very professional and caring. They went above and beyond to accommodate our kid and us to the new school environment. The lead teacher of room 107 bonded with my kid immediately and provided him with a lot of time, attention and care. The director has always responded to all of our questions respectfully and timely. We cant say enough good things about this school. :-) Wishing them all the best!

Kiddie academy mill creek is very clean and organized. My son has been here for a month. He loves his teachers Ms. Drew and Ms. Pallavi. The director Ellen and the assistant director Katie are very responsive and helpful. Other staffs are very nice as well. I am so appreciate your hard work to keep our kids happy and safe.

I absolutely love that the teachers are very nurturing and understanding. They also took the time to truly create a bond with my children which is very important to me. My children are always excited to go to school and that gives me great peace of mind.

I love Mrs. Alyssa, she does lot of creative activities with kids and shares pictures on daily basis. My daughter started day care when she was about 1 year old. She loves going to day care.Teachers listen parents concerns and provides help and support.

Kiddie Academy of Millcreek is a very clean daycare. The teacher and the staff are very friendly and always greet my child with love and care. When my toddler first started she got comfortable with the teacher within two weeks. The teacher does different art projects with the kids. Miss Ellen the director and Miss Katie the assistant director are also very friendly with parents and kids. Both my kids have attended this school. I highly recommend it.

Great place for children. The teachers are warm, loving and genuinely care for the children. The food is amazing--the school has a personal chef who makes hot meals. The children are engaged with activities throughout the day. You can see the learning happening throughout the school. There is a coded door to enter and parents can watch their children play through camera access.

As a first time mom I was so apprehensive and worried about going back to work and finding a daycare that we were comfortable with! I grew up with my mom running a home daycare so I have very high standards and expectations for the people who take care of our son. From the first moment we walked into Kiddie Academy we felt welcomed and comfortable! When we had our tour, they knew every kiddo by name and took the time to answer the many questions that we had!Our son has been here just since October and I cannot say enough great things about our classroom teachers and administration! They communicate well, reassure us and best of all our son loves going there! He always gets a big smile on his face whenever we walk in!We also love that we already have little art projects to hang up on the fridge and he’s only 7 months old! We are incredibly thankful we found them!

Great syllabus for the day, organic food given, wonderful activities for the kids to keep them entertained/busy, love that they have a camera so I can check in whenever.

Good teachers. Nice balance between learning and playing. Kid is mostly happy when we leave him and pick him up. Very good food options to accommodate various diets.

Great teachers, variety of classes and various things taught to kids, live video, super patient and respectful teachers. Cannot think of a better place for my 3 year old twins.

I love this center. They just opened and have lovely people there. My two children love it and Im very happy. I just read a 1 star review that I feel is completely unfair (sounds like her feelings were hurt instead of the center being bad). Its a beautiful facility with caring people.

My daughter loves this school! She learns so much and is so excited to learn more. I love the fact that I can get daily reports of what shes doing and learning, as well as being able to visually check in on her throughout the day.

This is a fantastic facility with caring staff. Plus, they have a webcam so I can watch my daughter play all day. It is so comforting to see how attentive and affectionate the teachers are with all the children. I would strongly recommend Kiddie Academy.

Horrible experience, have to pull my kid out of the school immediately after 4 accidents happened within less than 4 weeks.My kid was in the school for more than 1 year, and the second half of this year all the teacher we know left this school, the new teachers failed to create a safe environment for my kid.There are 4 accidents happened within less than 4 weeks, two accidents result in nose bleeding once cause by hit by another kid in nose cause nose bleeding, once by hit equipment in the playground, cause nose bleeding. Two accidents result in something hit my kids head. Theres once, one kid in the classroom throwing Magnetic, the teachers failed to stop the kid, until one fly magnetic hit my kids head, cause swelling under hair, and the pain last until the night. The nose hit and magnetic hit are from same kid.My recommendation is to avoid this place.Hope this review could help parents find the right school for your kids.

1 star .... +1 star as you can watch your kids remotely on cam. Issue is with the owner as she lacks business ethics and dont know how to talk to customers or efficiently handle kids. We took out our child after 5 days due to sad treatment, but owner shamelessly billed us for 2 months. She threatens us by not returning kids belonging etc cheap tactics. Anyways, money is secondary when it comes to kids happiness & learning. We paid for 2 months and move to better childcare. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

My advise - dont put you child there unless you dont have other choice!This childcare was just opened in January and this is a mess now - teachers are changing several times a day, new teachers are coming and working with kids all the time - I see new faces always. They say its a beginning and its always hard but why I was not told about it before my kid started going there? Our kids are not monkeys in a lab! Before going there I especially asked the owner to meet the teacher who will be working with my childs group and was introduced to the one but now she spends maybe 10% of the time there and other strangers are working with kids during the day!Also dont expect much care there - my child is constantly bored there as activities are lacking - letters tracing and music with a tape recorder - that is in general all they do with kids (Ok, also some reading) but other time children are supposed to be playing by themselves!The owner is rude and incompetent in childhood development - she told me to be very strict with my kid at home as he is very active and tryes to get attention from teachers and other kids mostly because he is bored has nothing interesting to do there. Same toys every day, no teachers playing/interacting with kids, always changing teachers - why not to be bored? And not to mention that their academy policy is positive learning/interaction... hahahaIm disappointed, this is our third child care and the first two were really Ok but had to change because of moving. Looking for other daycare
