I used to go here. Really cool place. Really prepared me for military school.

What a great place. I am so glad that we have decided to get our son to join it. This is not only a place to learn a martial art. It provides a great base for physical fitness. Something hard to do with little kids. It helps parents with teaching kids respect, confidence and discipline. Our son looks forward to every training day. It is great to see him do so well in martial arts and see how happy he is every time he graduates to the next belt color.

My daughter has been at the Franks for a while now and she has gained confidence and strength and enjoys the classes so much, even when it was needed to switch to online classes for covid. The Franks handled everything amazingly by giving the kids the opportunity to still participate at home through zoom meetings and I know they are excited to get back in yet still keep everyone safe. Everyone there is super professional yet they still have so much fun.We are moving and are sad to leave the Frank studio, and I hope we find an orginization thats half the place that Franks Family karate is. They really are amazing with these kids!

Master Frank and Mr. Frank are great! My 2 children and I all train together. The warm-up builds fitness and flexibility. Each quarter introduces new self defense techniques.Also, they dont nickle and dime you. Look for intro package that includes beginner uniform. Belts are included in monthly payment. Intermediate uniform and protective gear is the only cost outside of monthly fee.

I put my 5 year old son in karate to help with his discipline while in school. This was on of the best decisions I have made. Frank Family Karate is a family atmosphere. One that teaches accountable and how to be responsible. The way the bring together values and karate is amazing. I highly recommend giving them a try!

My son started the after school program this year and we absolutely love it. The program encompasses not just learning karate but teaches the kids how to be self disciplined and focused in all aspects of life including at school and at home. It encourages physical activity, reading, chores, helping others and overall great manners and discipline for kids. They learn so much. The Franks are wonderful family oriented people that care about the kids, parents and community.

The best karate place around. My 8 year old has been attending over a year and still loves going. Our 4 year is finally old enough to attend and he can’t wait to start this week.

Our 5yr old always has energy to burn. Now hes learning about karate, life discipline, character and being part of a community. All around its a wonderful place to be.

This is a great family run business, that treats their students like... family. No student gets left behind, as they arent over the top with regards to discipline as you hear about with other studios. There are expectations of their students, however, and they are held accountable. My son, who has ADD, has definitely benefited from taking classes for the past 3 years. Ive seen a change in focus both in home and at school. Its also a great way for kids to get the exercise they need all year long. Ive also seen a drastic change in his social skills.

Our son began Attending Frank Family Karate about 6 months ago. He LOVES it so much that he is now in their after school program. Not only does he attend but they pick him up in their own bus every day! It is truly a family atmosphere and the Franks are wonderful folks. You will not be disappointed!

My grandson has started his second year in the After School Program which is fantastic. He also attended 2 weeks of summer camp and wants 3 weeks next summer. He is now a Purple Belt and we are amazed at his ability to learn the forms and defensive moves. The respect that these children have for Master Frank and family is really impressive. If you ask my grandson he would tell you that the fun games at the end of each class (a reward for working hard) and Ninja Nights, a super fun Friday night program every other month where you can bring a friend, are his favorites. Once in the program you really do feel like you are part of the Frank Family. Master Frank and her husband have a great understanding of children and young teens and some of their issues. They work well with all kids. I work at an Elementary School and recommend them to families all the time !!

Excellent experience. Both of our children attend (ages 5 and 7) and they love it. I love the fun they add into the experience and the other activities they host like ninja nights and pumpkin carving, etc. We also love the level of discipline that exists which helps reinforce the values we teach in our home.

As martial arts instructors who taught children and adults for over 30 years, we were very particular when looking for a school for our son after relocating to Middletown. We were drawn to Frank Family Karate because of the family feeling and the caring atmosphere. It’s obvious the family loves what they are doing and want to share their love of martial arts with their students.

Before starting karate with the Frank Family, my daughter was timid, anxious and unsure of herself. After sharing her concerns with Master Frank, my wife enrolled our daughter at Frank Family Karate. This place changed my daughters life! Our daughter has developed both physical and mental strength, self confidence, and the ability to see failure as a starting point for growth. We love the Frank Family and cannot wait to enroll our youngest daughter when she is older.

Frank Family Karate Plus is a great place for your family to learn taekwando together. I love the fact that you can start in the same class as your children and advance together. My son and I have been students for a year and a half now. I also like that their schedule is very flexible to meet the needs of your family. The Frank Family is dedicated to teaching discipline and respect in a fun way.

My kids have been going there for over a year and they LOVE it! They do the after school program that picks them up from school and takes them to their lesson. They encourage reading at home and even doing chores around the house to earn strips to move up belts! They run a very well organized business and are very responsive to parents e-mails. I cant say enough good things about them! They are good people and a instill great morals in our kids.

An Amazing Family Karate program for all ages!I have seen great improvements in our grandsons attitude, grades in school, health, and concentration since he started classes with Frank Family Karate Plus a year ago. An added bonus is there is not contract to sign that locks you in to thousands of dollars lost if the program does not work out with the student!

Our 7 year old has been going here for about a year and I cant say enough about it! They not only learn karate, but so much more about discipline and respect. They also have weekly and monthly worksheets for reading, practicing karate, and job lists they must complete. Such a well run family business that we at glad to be a part of!

Our 10 year old twins love attending Franks Family Karate Plus! We have tried many different activities with them including football, baseball, cheer, gymnastics, soccer, etc and they werent interested in sticking with anything until we came here. It is so nice to see them become passionate about this!

Super patient with kids. I like the fact that they use positive reinforcement and work with kids at their level. It is also great that I can take classes with my kids at the same time.

Frank Family Karate is the best! My son started out about 5 years ago in their summer camp. Hes continuted with the evening classes and the after school program. Now he is a probationary black belt. He absolutely loves going. The Franks are great people! They truely care about all of their students!

We have two boys who attend FFK and love it. The boys have a great time, get a good workout, and learn about being disciplined. It has been such a great experience for them.

Great family run business where my kids feel pretty much home.

My son started with FFK about 6 years ago and about a year later my daughter, my husband and myself joined. We are now all black belts. It has been such a great experience doing this as a family. The Franks are amazing people who care about all their students.

The Frank family offers a quality family atmosphere in instructing Tae Kwon Do. They also serve as an excellent after care for children, ensuring they work on their homework before their scheduled karate lesson. They are great people and naturally give you that warm and fuzzy that your child is in good hands.

Frank Family Karate goes above & beyond. They allow families to train together making this an overall wonderful family experience. My son & I have earned our 1st degree Black Belt and are currently working toward our 2nd degree. Both of my children have learned self-confidence, self-discipline, self-defense, and how to be leaders. Personally, I’ve improved my fitness and have learned how to defend myself. We are happy to be part of the Franks Family Karate family.

We love this dojo! Our son has been training with the Franks for 7 almost 8 years. He is currently a black belt and has earned his probationary 2nd degree. He started when he was 4 years old through a program with a local pre-school. We never have to fight him to attend classes and he only needs a gentle reminder to practice.
