TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! Attached is evidence:REINA from the online customer live chat help was not only rude and unhelpful, but did not seem to care when I advised her that her employee would be losing a high paying customer due to her lack of care. Our business places large, monthly orders with Office Depot/Max in order to stock up on office supplies necessary. After our usual monthly order, we noticed we had inadvertently forgotten to order an important item. I went to purchase it and saw that the shipping and handling was far too much for one single item. I started a live chat with REINA who off the bat had no tact when speaking to a customer. I explained the situation and asked if there were any coupons or promotions available since we are loyal customers and she said no and did not offer any sort of solution. Simply stating what I already knew (and was trying to avoid) of filing my cart up with items we do not need in order to qualify for free shipping. Customers should be treated as such and your company should honor and value their customers, whether they make large or small order regularly. But it is a true shame that you have now lost our business because of your employee REINA. STAPLES on the other hand when I explained the horrible business tactics employed by Office Depot/Max acted as I would have hoped Office Depot/Max would have acted and allowed us to order the ONE item without having to pay ridiculous shipping fees. Its sad that another competitor has better business practices and was able to handle what should have been your issue, better than you ever could have. Take notes from Staples, you could really use the help. Imagine losing $2,000 worth of business and directly handling it a leading competitor... yikes.

Wow what a miserable store to visit. I came into the store to print documents. One of the employees exploded on a customer and they began to argue. Then the printing station’s USB feature didn’t work, no one around to help me, and when someone did come to “assist” they shrugged their shoulders. The employees at this store obviously feel entitled for some reason. Needless to say, I’ll never set foot into an Office Depot again.

The employees do a great job but its always hot inside as the air conditioner does not work properly very uncomfortable being inside. Its like a SAUNA inside this place. FIX THE AC AND TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES WITH DIGINITY AND RESPECT THEY DESERVE BETTER and so do yourCUSTOMERS. FIX THE AC ITS HOT INSIDE

At first I was super excited that I could ship packages at this store, with mail and ship full service! Sounded super convenient but I had to wait 45 minutes? Come on now. It wasnt crazy busy or anything. But instead of taking care of one person the guy would jump from customer to customer so of course it took forever. Not shipping here again for sure.

Horrible, Horrible, Horribme, Horrible. Waited in line a long ti.e for the copy and print section. There was a manager name Oliver CLAIMS and SAID he donot know how to work nothing in that section so therefore he could not help out...it was only one person working in this area. All he was doing is standing at the cash register looking at air, getting paid for nothing. Then there was a customer lady who skip a long li e of customers to say she didnt know, and the manager in the copy print section say he had no ideal that she skip the line...I feel if you hold a manager position, all managers be trained in the copy and print section...he just looked lazy anyways. This is mainly ly a spanish area, they was not and are not respecting the social distancing rules by keeping g 6ft....Oliver could have even help in this area, but he loves the free air.

Last year 2020 at 8 am one of the employee from that store 57 Ave NW 7 st in Miami Florida charged me for 2 copies $4.50 .today in another Office Depot I found it the copy are .13 cents.

Your employee Robert need better training and he is rude. I needed help with the fax only and I was in line and 1 person behind me I ask for help and he stated that the line was long remind you I’m in line waiting for help. I just left and took my business somewhere else with good customer service. And this was actually my first time coming and last time. Have another training with Robert. At least once every 6 months.

I go there the last week and I just have the best customer service experience ever in Miami! The employee Ivo was very helpful and do more than just his work .I go with a big paint and he help me to pack for send and was extremely nice and professional.If you go there ask for him is the best!!!!

This lady was being rude to one of the printing employees the poor girl was doing her best but the lady kept yelling at the employee. She was a wierd old lady and seemed to just want to cause problems in the printing department the young lady trying to help her by doing her best the art work came out looking good and when she did my papers they looked good too guess she was just angry and taking it out on someone.

It is 3:26 pm on 08/05/2020, there are 5 workers and 3 clients who have been waiting 1 hour for them to attend us. We asked a worker who was not doing anything if he could attend us and he said no because he was to collect and the worker was not doing anything. Horrible service Horrible.The manager of this store is he does not do his job well.

Last night I got a great service, i spoke in English and the printing service was 100%Today there was a lady, I ask for service in Spanish and the printing quality was 30% compared to last night, she provide a very bad service but according to the printing quality was providing.

I came 10 minutes before they closed. I know, its awful when youre an employee and you just want to end the day. I had something printed quick, and had to use the cutter. Id say it took me like 7 mins to cut what I needed, but before I was finished the employees turned off the light of the whole store. Ok, I get you, you want me to leave, but I think thats very rude. On my way out one of them said if you need to keep cutting I can turn on the light. Whats the point? Why would you turn it off in the first place then? Manners....

Very good customer service. But my office depot credit card was no working because I have not use it for more than 17 months based on headquater phone call done by me. That is a good thing from office depot headquater?...I dont think so....they told me that I have to apply for the credit card again....I wont be buying anything at Office depot again!!!!.

A birthday Gift was supposed to be ready for pick up in 2 hours... never got done, called twice about it..still didnt finish the order...SMH..This particular Location is Sub-Par. I made the mistake of choosing them thinking it would save me time driving because it was closer....But they didnt even get the Gift completed...... SMH

The new girl named Cheyla seemed lost and had terrible customer service skills. Dont know how she got the job in the first place she seemed dirty and unorganized. Been coming to this store for years and i have never seen someone like her in this store before. The other associates were so nice and charming as they always have been, I thank them for their outstanding service and i hope cheyla can learn something from them.

I think that the printer man should not have taken off his mask while speaking to the customers because when he takes off his mask he’s contaminating his fingers.

I put a star because there is nothing lower here, office depot is not the cheapest of the stores, but supposedly specializes in office, so you expect pure preparation from them in what they are doing.I have always received excellent attention from the boys who work here, at least on weekdays, yesterday was an extremely disappointing day for me, after spending an hour in a queue, waiting to print, the boys knew that the printer was having problems, but they decide to wait for staff to accumulate to continue receiving, and do not put anyone on alert that the printer was having problems. It is possible that they argue that they did not know, which shows that they are unaware of them, however they prefer to speak to each other in a low voice and in English, as if in Miami no one else spoke English, in Spanish the young woman tried with very brief words to ask me understand that he had nothing to do, and turned his back and referred me to his colleagues in discriminatory ways, thinking that because I had been speaking to him in Spanish he did not know what he was saying about me. Very disappointed.
