West Dade Academy has made a huge difference for my daughter since she switched to this school. She is learning in a comfortable and encouraging environment with hands on teaching . The owner ensures that when you leave your child there, you feel they are well taken care of and safe. It is very nice to be at a school where they really care about our children’s education. I highly recommend this school for all grades.

Great school! Teachers really get to know your kids. They all truly care about your kids. Everyone in the school is very passionate. The school has a great curriculum. They get kids to enjoy learning.

This school is amazing. My oldest daughter is in Pre K-4. In just 3 months she has learned to read several words and knows addition. Her penmanship is amazing. My youngest daughter knows how to count very well and is already learning the months of the year. She is already coloring like an older child. She colors in the lines and no scribbling. Every day that they come home they amaze me with all they learn in one day. They wake up so happy to go to school. They love their teachers. All the staff makes you feel like you are family. Everyone in the school is very kind and they all really care for the children. West Dade Academy has a very clean and safe environment.

When my granddaughter start in this school she was coming from public school and almost 10 year and she didnt know how to read, in 4 years she has changed completely and that is thank to the teachers.Is a family atmosphere and the kids love it.

Love this school!!! Anyone who has negative comments inregards to this school just does not like guidelines. This school has taken my children from unsatisfactory to satisfactory within weeks. One on one interactions with teachers, daily updates to improve the children, rules that help change the children for the better! The director is not only understanding but very helpful to everyone.

The Principal of the school charges you when there’s no school do not take your children to the school they rip you off and field trips they always get you late when the shows are done

I disagree with the previous review. First of all, this school is fully accredited and has been for 15 years! The average time small private schools are open and fully accredited is around 5. Many of their students have gone and excelled in college after graduation.My child came from a public school and did not even know her multiplication tables. In one year, not only did she learn them and adjusted well to the new curriculum but is also excelling in all areas! I get compliments from strangers on my 4th graders extensive vocabulary! I absolutely love the amount of parent-teacher communication provided by all of the teachers... I also love that the facultity will treat all of the children with love and respect. Once my daughter forgot her lunch and the school provided her with food and I payed them back the next day. I would honestly recommend this school blindly and hopefully all my children will graduate as West Dade Academy Hornets!
