I have been calling all week to find out more info on their afterschool program as they are right down the street from my sons school. The phone has only been answered once in almost 15 phone calls, by a lady named Gabby. She told me she would check with her transportation company to see if they went to my sons school and call me right back. That was days ago. This place gets great reviews and my son would love it if they would ever answer the phone. They dont even have voicemail set up

Amazing coach with exceptional knowledge of BJJ. This gym provides a sense of family and unity with parents and children. Coach Carlos is wonderful with children and really knows how to work with practitioners of all experience and ages. I would highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a sport that will build confidence and skills that will last a lifetime. I plan to keep my son in program for many years to come.

Hands down the Best Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school in Miami. I love that they are a family owned business, where the entire family pitches in. Coach Carlos knows how to work with each and every child. My children have become stronger and more confident. They love to be there and that is the most import thing to me. Alpha Miami has everything we looked for. It has taught my children discipline, self defense, team work. It has a great atmosphere where they encourage parents to be there. I love to be there and see the progress that my children have made.

I could not speak more highly of this place! My eldest son (8) started here back in January and now my younger son (4) is there as well and they both love it! ...My 2 year old daughter loves it and she doesnt even attend (yet)... Ive been with Team Alpha Miami for 8 months, and it has been the best experience Ive ever had. The coaches are very dedicated, very passionate and very motivating about what they do. They have helped me to learn and love the sport. The gym has a great and positive environment. I could of not asked for a better place to learn Jiu Jitsu. We are more like a family. Great school. Excellent coaches. I have two sons here at team alpha. My oldest son joined jiu jitsu 5 years ago and has loved coming here ever since. My youngest one never wanted to join and would cry all the time. Coach Carlos is very patient and worked with him. Little by little he started coming around and today he absolutely loves it. He asks me everyday if he is going to go to jiu jitsu. I Definitely recommend coming.

My 6 year old son started learning Jiu Jitsu here in May of 2016. The owners, coaches, students and parents are all great people to know and we are very grateful the way they have worked with our son while making us feel like family in so many ways. The atmosphere is playful and busy at times but still focused on dicipline, exercise and of course great Jiu Jitsu training. If your child wants to learn to defend themselves, meet some great kids and maybe enter BJJ competitions then I recommend you visit. You will quickly notice a positive change in confidence level and respectability from your child. They also offer private, individual training sessions as well throughout the day.

Excellent programs for kids of all ages and the coaches and staff are so warm and welcoming they make you feel like family!
