I paid $400.00 for my son to take driving lessons from Sears back in July. He completed in class lessons. We had to wait until October to get his permit. Got his permit and found out Sears driving school closed down. I want my money back but haven’t been able to reach/ talk to anyone to find out how to go about getting my money back so I can enroll him in another driving school. If anyone has had the same problem and has been able to contact someone about getting their money back I would really appreciate the help.

I was a student in October, my family payed $400 for classes and was told that would be all I needed to get my drivers license it is now July and I am now being told I have wasted my time due to miss Information by the staff of the school. They did not tell me I would have to pay more money to take an actual driving test I had already taken, so now I have to pay and extra $100 to the dmv because of the school.On top of all this, they have made me reschedule multiple times for testing and the staff has been rude and conceding to my family.If you are looking for a good school that will properly inform you I would NOT attend Sear’s driving school. It’s is a waste of time and money

The instructor is wonderful the lady instructor is wonderful but I give this business of wine because the people that is in control of schedule in and running things they should be just as great as the instructor and they are not as great as the instructor they are young kids they really don’t know what they doing and it makes it more difficult because I shouldn’t have to drop my kid off on the schedule day and then come back and pick her up because the young lady did not schedule it properly and didn’t know nothing about what she was scheduling her for when I knew that this unit test has to be done on a Saturday so now my baby have to wait three weeks for the next unit test due to The young ladies that scheduling these classes so be very cautious you might wanna ask speak to adults and not have them key is to do things because I’m having to waste gas to go right back up here after dropping her off 15 minutes ago Be very cautious if you don’t want any type of first-rate shin and you don’t want to lose gas money

They have closed down and we paid $400 and have not been able to contact anyone. We completed the in person class in July and now can’t do the driving lessons! If anyone is in the same situation, what did you do?

Warning: scheduling driving time is a nightmare. Its difficult to get an answer, I called 3 times in a row before someone answered. They only allow one day a week to be scheduled and want to put you on a call back list for cancellation. They need to have an assigned 7 day lesson like they do with the class. The class portion was excellent, my child learned easily. And the driving instructors are good, I believe Ms. Mona is the one my child likes the most. But the staff running and scheduling is rude. They give you an attitude and are very sarcastic when youre trying to ask questions. If you ask about the schedule they only want to give you one day and hang up on you without confirming or even saying a simple bye. Management needs to discuss etiquette with their staff.

Very good instructors! The cars are very nice and safe. Well worth your money!

Ms. Mona is so nice and the class is not that bad just like any other class they respect others and teaching is good

Went here hardly no flexibility on driving. Going to have to end up taking driving refresher courses else where because I barely learned anything. Not worth the 400$ you spend.

IT IS THE WORST DRIVING SCHOOL EVER!!!There schedules are really not flexible at all and the instructors are rude DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Staff is very unpleasant and even rude at times which you shouldnt be when working with teenagers. They have almost 0 flexibility in their drivetime scheduling, Poor teaching in general -- class ridicules and laughs at teens who ask questions and the instructors nearly encourage it.

This is a joke, you can not email from there website, it will not let you submit it, you can not contact them my phone, states voicemail is full.

These folks clearly dont have sufficient staffing to provide the drivetime portion of their promised curriculim. It is almost impossible to schedule in advance, zero flexibility, and half the time the instructor doesnt even show up. Super super super inconvenient and frustrating!

Took this course 13 years ago when I was 15! Love it!

They are amazing mostly Mrs.Mona:)
