The instructor was very nice BUT there was very little actual instruction or teaching. All they did was drive around. I am now teaching my child how to parallel park (they did it ONCE), park in a general parking lot (not sure how this wasn’t covered), and all kinds of other traffic safety such as school bus safety, 4-way stop traffic flow, uncontrolled intersections, and a boat load of other general traffic and safety rules and skills. Unfortunately I feel we paid $300 to receive a paper certificate, not for driving instruction. Very disappointing.

Great! In only 3 days I felt confident on the road. Its easy to sign up and everything went smoothly.

Excellent driving school and great communication. They do it right. Mr. Wood was fantastic with my son and a great instructor. I would recommend this driving school to anyone.

We used Rocky Road Driving School to get our child licensed. It was easy to sign up and use. The school communicates clearly and quickly and helps you through the process. Mr. Wood was our instructor for the driving portion of the class. He was patient, knowledgeable and our child had a pleasant experience learning how to drive. I would highly recommend the school and Mr Wood for the driving portion of the class.

So impressed with Rocky Road Driving School. Our son did the online class. He took his time and worked at his own pace. Throughout the process Mike McCrady was always in touch, we received lots of communication from him. He made sure we were aware of everything needed to complete the course. Then on to the driving piece, Ms. Seamons is AMAZING. She gives great instruction and offered lots of patience, perfect for our son. We highly recommend Rocky Road Driving School!

I havent gone

For anyone who has a child that is both nervous and excited about taking Drivers education then Rocky Road Driving School is the right choice for you. This is the very first review I have ever written in my life and felt compelled to do so because of the absolutely amazing experience we had with Mr Woods. He made our son feel comfortable and calm while also making him have lots of fun during the whole process. His enthusiasm is contagious and his approach to relating to the teenagers while teaching them is amazing. Our son will always be able to look back on his drivers education experience with only the fondest memories and that is priceless to us. Thank You from the bottom of our hearts!

Mike McCrady and the driving instructors at Rocky Road are amazing. Our son has autism and was really struggling the first day. It was so clear that Mike and the instructor who worked with our son wanted nothing but the best possible outcomes for him. They worked with us to develop a great solution (waiting until next year) and were willing to do what was within their means to help. They are honorable, kind, and patient. I highly recommend them! As a side note, my son also LOVED the instructor led portion and is still sharing things he learned during his one and only day in class :).

This is a pretty great driving school! We couldnt have asked for a better instructor, Allison Tilden made my daughters learn experience a remarkable one! Because of my experience I will definitely be using Rocky Road and hopefully Allison for my other three children when they are ready to learn.

Getting in contact with rocky road was always difficult-and then they lost my sons permit. The driving instructor also didn’t tell my son the things he was going to be judged on for his skills test. When the skills test administrator found out who was our sons driving instructor she said it made total sense because all of his kids miss the same things on the skills test. We had a very unprofessional experience. I wouldn’t recommend them.
