Very unprofessional, they leave your child after 2minutes but when they’re more than 10 minutes late it’s okay and you don’t get a heads up. I’ve never had a problem until THIS YEAR!!

I really wish this company would have a better system or maybe just a better reception staff. Our 3 year old autistic son who is non verbal loved riding this bus initially and then it got to the point where every morning I put him on it he would cry.We had an instance where he was an hour and forty-five minutes late for drop off on a day that was over 100 degrees outside. I called the office trying to figure out where he was and no one would even answer the phone. When he arrived he had completely soaked through his diapers and his shorts were visibly soaked as well. They told us that they had a parent who forgot to be home for drop off which I understand can happen however when you have my nonverbal 3 year old on that bus the least I would expect was a call explaining the situation so I didn’t have to worry. After this incident I contacted first student and let them know that our son would no longer be using their services to transport our son.Fast forward to two months later... the school year was about to start and first student called me to let me know What time the bus would be picking our son up. I then reminded them for the 3rd time that he would no longer be using the bus. First day of school comes around and the bus is still showing up at our house. By the second day I called them to let them know he was no longer riding the bus, when I did this the woman who received my call interrupted me mid sentence, and talked over me so I wasn’t allowed to get a word in and processed to tell me that I needed to have the secretary of the department of education write a letter to cancel services. After this I received a call from my son’s teacher telling me I needed to call and cancel bus’s services with first student. I laughed because I am completely getting the run around from the department of education and first student at this point. Not once did this woman who take any accountability for anything. They never once apologized for anything including having my autistic child sit on a school bus for an hour and forty five minutes after he got out of school and no one informed me of the situation. Terrible terrible terrible experience with their dispatching staff.I did give this two stars because the bus drivers were kind even though they would repeatedly buckle them in the car seats incorrectly. I am now picking my son up and dropping him off myself. Do yourself a favor and don’t utilize this service until this company can get things together and replace or retrain their office staff.

Terrible and awful experience with dispatch center this is by far so unprofessional that they won’t release your son to you, meaning your the guardian and Mother. Nice bus drivers just trying to do there job rude call center just giving me anxiety.
