Our Kindercare team is absolutely AMAZING. Since day one, we have felt comfortable and that our daughter (now almost 7 mo.old, we started her there at 3mo.) is not only well taken care of, but LOVED. I cant tell you, as a first time mother, how much it means to be able to drop my daughter off every morning, not only knowing that she is in a safe and happy environment while Im at work, but to know that she is loved, gives me so much peace of mind. AND THE CRAFTS. Oh my goodness, the arts and crafts they do with my daughter. They are so thoughtful, and so sweet. The entire staff is amazing, but being that my daughter is in the Infant Room I have to give a shout out to all of the staff that work in the Infant Room. My daughter absolutely adores them all, especially Miss Mercedes! Also the director and co-director, Miss Jessica and Miss Keisha are THE BOMB. Im so thankful that we found Kindercare and that they had an opening for us at the time!

They have taken care of all 3 of my children since they were babies and every teacher has always been so kind and amazing with my kids. My kids absolutely love going to daycare and look forward to it every day. They help them learn by doing lots of different activities with them in every age group and send updates and pictures every day which I love. They are very professional and on top of sanitation and making sure the classrooms are clean and safe during this pandemic. I would recommend Wickham KinderCare to anyone!

Out LO started just 2 weeks ago at 11 months old and this was his first experience away from me! They helped both him and me make the transition as easy as possible and here we are now and he goes to them in the mornings without a fuss and I love getting photos throughout the day showing his activities. Their communication is great and they truly care about their children and families!

Have taken great care of my child who is in the infant room. They give daily reports of changes, feeding and pictures of her throughout the day which helps ease your mind. All of the staff has been very helpful and excited to see her. During covid19 they have been following all the guidelines well and I feel safe dropping my child into their capable hands.

I would definitely recommend this daycare for anyone looking . Everyone is amazing . My daughter was almost 7 months when we started . This was her first time ever being away from me . It was an adjustment for us both but all the teachers are very sweet and caring . Now she gets excited to go . I receive photos and constant updates about when she’s napping, eating, or any diaper changes . They have taken all the extra precautions with covid to keep the little ones safe as well!

Transferred my daughter here a few months ago and she couldn’t be more happy. Post lots of pictures and communication on what my little one is doing and does a great job of keeping me informed even with all this COVID craziness. You won’t be disappointed here!

One of my sons started around 10 months and went there for infant care through 18 months. We loved the staff and had a pleasant experience. So much so, that our second baby has started in the infant room at 9 months.

My 2 children have been attending Wickham KinderCare for over a year now. Between the 2 kids we have been in the 2s, 3s, and now VPK. We have been so happy with the center and staff! Ms. Jessica and Ms. Keisha are warm and knowledgeable but also uphold the rules and regulations. My husband and I both work out side of the home and rely on Kindercare to be open daily. Even with the COVID going on this year the center has rarely closed and my kids have been super healthy! The teachers are wonderful and caring. They teach our kids so much and also love them as there own. If you are trying to find a daycare in this area dont miss this GEM. You wont be disappointed. Your children will be safe and loved!

Since Ive stopped being a stay at home single mom with the help of my parents and needed work. Ive found kindercare. Theyre close by and found peace the first time I visited. Theyve went through different management for a bit but been here since my child was an infant, turning 2 now. Ive been always messaged and responded quickly as possible if there was any issue. My child has been loved here and doesnt even cry when I drop her off. Her teachers are like family to her and new director Ms Jessica and also Ms Kiesha have been wonderful. Since infant to toddler 2s my child has been loved by each teacher she was with. They also handle things quick if there are issues and the app is amazing. They always show pictures on what activities my child is upto!

I literally can’t brag about this daycare enough! My daughter transferred to this daycare from another daycare and what a difference! This daycare goes above and beyond to make sure your child is taken care of! Over the last year at kindercare, my daughter has learned so much! She blows me away with how intelligent she is and it’s all because of the awesome teachers she has! Thank you Ms. Lala and Ms. Nicole for always keeping me updated on my daughter and loving her like she is your own! She truly enjoys coming to daycare everyday and I know my daughter is in amazing hands. We’re blessed to have Kindercare as our daycare.

I struggled to find a daycare that I could trust when my son was a baby, I went through 3 or 4 different daycares before finding Kindercare on Wickham and both of my children have been there for a little over 2 years. They are the most caring and amazing people I have ever met. It is so hard to trust someone with your kids but with them I dont have to even give it a second thought. They constantly keep me updated and always willing to answer my calls when I call to check in on the kids. Both of my children have had some behavioral issues and they are very patient with them and take the time to really teach them right from wrong. The fact that they can put up with my daughters attitude says a lot because she can be intense. There is no one else I would ever trust my kids with, the way I trust them. When my son first started at 2 years old I knew from the start that this daycare was different from the others, every other daycare he would come home crying but with Kindercare there were days he cried because he didnt want to leave daycare. I cant thank the staff enough for everything they do for my kids.

I would love to give a huge shout-out to KinderCare Wickham and theyre VPK teacher. My son has just started kindergarten and during his assessment with his teacher she was truly amazed with how much he already knew. His VPK teacher knew what he would need to know to succeed in kindergarten and made sure she applied it throughout the year and went above and beyond to continue VPK through the Summer during the Summer despite of the pandemic because her top priority was the children! I loved seeing how excited he was knowing he was getting every question right. Thank you Ms. Joann and KinderCare for being attentive, caring, and giving the kids one on one sessions, you did/do an amazing job each and everyday. I highly recommend their VPK program!!!

The women in the infant room are so caring towards my baby. They always let me know if he has issues and give me a full report at the end of the day. All of the staff are personable. They say hello to me everyday and know my baby’s name even if they don’t care for him directly.

The caretakers at Kindercare are very nurturing. Genesis, specifically, has saved me from many mornings of tears (not just the babys) by distracting the little guy and making the drop-off process much less stressful. :)

I love this daycare. I have has bad experiences with other daycares regarding my children. This daycare has the most valuable teachers I have ever come across and the Director truly loves what she does. The kids are safe!!!! They are well taken care of. They are clean. The staff us loving and always optimistic. You cannot go looking for a daycare that is absolutely perfect because theres no such thing. But they follow the rules and the regulations of the state. They educate your children. And they make sure your kids are well fed, loved and that nobody gets left out. This place sets the bar extremely high . I absolutely LOVE THIS DAYCARE. I PLAN on keeping my kids here until they grow out of the acceptance ages. God bless this staff and this daycare!!!

Wickham KinderCare holds a dear place in my heart. From their amazing staff to their cleanly environment for the children, I am beyond satisfied with the personal care they both provide and have provided my children throughout the years. I have many friends with small children and honestly most are stay at home moms. But, for the ones that do take their children to childcare facilities most, if not all, have always had something negative to say about where their children attend. Now, lets be honest in stating that there is always room for improvement in every aspect of life, but that is honestly one of the most respectable things about Wickham KinderCare. When something needs to be done it gets done. When youre experiencing something that you may not be happy with Cheryl, the director, is your go to person. She is by far one of the most genuine, loving, and caring Center Directors I have ever encountered. If she ever thinks about leaving, I will hunt her down, and bring her back because THAT is how much she is loved by the parents of the Wickham KinderCare facility! Keep up the good work guys! We love you mucho!!

Our babies only attended Kindercare for a brief period. Only because it was far from us and we got into an excellent preschool closer to our home. In the time they attended Kinder Care, we very much appreciated the teachers and their communication with us, as well as their passion for teaching and helping our babies develop. They used great judgment when it came to the routine and how they adapted with their lesson plans and/or outside time. It was bitter sweet to leave. The reason I only give 3/5 stars is becuase their prices are much higher than other schools and I personally did not like the way the building was set up, with all the kids in one area. You had to input a code to get back where the kids were, however, if anyone had bad intentions that was able to get past that door, it put all of the kids at great risk, and that made me uneasy. I did like that if you werent able to get in with a code, you had to physically speak to someone of the administration to get through the door. (Which is not the case at other daycares that just buzz you in the front door if you cant get in) the other reason I give 3 stars is because they didnt have security cameras. All of the teachers are basiclly in one big room with dutch dividers which held them accountable, however, if anything happened where a child was injured, or missing, or ANYTHING and no one had answers or something felt funny, there would be nothing of solid proof beyond word of mouth, and again, that made me very uneasy. All in all, they were good preschool with absolutely excellent teachers that i whole heartly trusted with the care and treatment of my two young babies and would recommend it to anyone interested.

Brought my son here when we first moved back to Melbourne. He had just turned three and we were accustomed to day care centers before this one. When I first went it, it seemed like a nice place, very clean, which was at the top of my list, but after 3 weeks I tore him out as fast as I could. First they had him in a room with 1 year olds when he was 3 and when I asked her to put him with kids his own age, she said she would try (What??). He came home every day with accidents in his pants and when I would bring him in a pull up his teacher would tell me she didnt even know he was wearing one until nap time. Really? I drop him off at 8:30 and you dont know what hes wearing until 2:30?? No wonder hes having accidents in his pants, which by the way, he didnt have at home. When I confronted his teacher about it, she said its because the kids use the bathroom on their own (really?? 3 year olds ALL use the bathroom on their own? No supervision??), and the director actually got loud with me when I started voicing a concern over my child and a member of her staff. Not to mention my son screamed and cried whenever I tried to drop him off which he NEVER did at his other day care, and the last straw was when another child called mine a baby who poops in his pants and who wasnt allowed to play with the other kids. My son was MISERABLE here, and it reflected in his behavior at home. Now I wonder why another child would find it acceptable to say that unless the staff has been saying it as well. Now 5 months later, he is so traumatized from this place, he still wont use the bathroom unless hes at home and any time we drive by it or go to the bank next door he screams and cries and BEGS me not to leave him there. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND LAZY! Unacceptable for a child care facility. Dont waste your time or your money on this place. Hes enrolled in Berri Patch now and they are WONDERFUL. And my son WANTS to go to school now, and hasnt had a single accident. Amazing what happens when teachers actually do their jobs!

I switched my daughter to Wickham Kindercare just in February of this year and I was SO glad I did! Reidy is so amazing! She is my go to girl whenever something needs to be discussed. They teach my daughter in ways she can understand and relate back to at home, shes not even 2 yet and already knows a few shapes, colors and can count to 5! They have a set schedule and learning topics for the children per week/month and they always keep parents in the loop via e-mail and print outs at the front so you know what your child is learning about. I also really enjoy the open classroom format so you can pop in and see exactly what your child is doing at any time of the day. I highly recommend Kindercare, I really feel my daughter is well taken care of here.

I was looking for a place to nurture my 2 year old and help her transition from staying at home with me since she was born and Kindercare unfortunately did not meet our needs. First of all, administratively and technologically speaking, the center could use some updates. Communication is reserved via calling to check up on your child and/or slips of papers with some info provided at the end of the day- an outdated system in our current state of advanced options to help parents feel comfortable or in tune with their childs care and education. There is certainly also a disconnect between what is sold to you as their program and what I came to experience. Secondly, I was not provided the security code to enter the premises and found the front office to frequently be empty when dropping and picking up my child, another parent, wary of who I was as I did not have the code, provided it to me on my third visit. My husband who had never been to the facility was allowed to come in and pick up our child with zero clearance or security check, also alarming. The online payment system which was sold as a convenient way of payment was also not provided. My actual experience in seeing the child care aspect brought its own red flags. On two occasions I witnessed toddlers in the midst of meltdowns unattended and hysterically crying, both instances occurred when picking up my kid and broke my heart as it was possible that this could be my child on any occasion. Thirdly, was their lack of support and nurturing with the challenging milestone of potty training. I was told children are assisted and supported through this transition in an environment that is conducive to learning and mastering the use of the toilet. On one occasion my child came home with number two in her pamper with a burn from sitting on her poop for a long time, who knows how long she went unchanged. I was told to provide Destin and found my tube to be almost completely used yet my child wasnt changed. As a result, I began a rigorous at home potty training to help my daughter avoid being in an unchanged pamper as well as to be on par with her classmates in this area. My daughter was catching on and thriving at home however I understood that this too would a transition when at school. But again, another red flag when she was not comfortable enough and/or felt supported and/or was not attended to on several occasions which led to accidents to the point that I was told that she refused to be changed or sit on the potty, something that tells me she was uncomfortable and felt alienated. I expected there to be difficulty in this area but as a mother you know your child and must trust your instincts. Finally, one afternoon while on her 4th day, I called to check on my child as again no updates are sent via text or provided on their website and was told my child napped, this was what came to be the straw that broke the camels back and my final red flag. My child does not nap, it is infrequent as she has always dropped her naps early, if she falls asleep uncharacteristically it is probably due to emotional distress, separation (as when Ive left her with her grandparents and shes cried due to separation anxiety) and is usually prefaced with a meltdown of grand proportions that I would expect to be notified as I specifically communicated my availability. I was also told that she might not be ready to be in panties at school and that I hadnt paid for the last week or current week, points that I aforementioned that were faults of the administration. When I came to pick up my child as I had my mothers intuition blaring at this point, my child was hysterically crying out for me in a wet diaper. This school may be great for working parents with no alternative and/or completely potty trained toddlers but not for my little girl that needed the extra attention and nurturing to transition and thrive. Two stars were ultimately given bc the establisment was clean but certainly I feel it deserves one star due to my experience.
