My daughter is always excited to go to daycare here 🤗 she comes home with the cutest crafts and I love knowing she is cared for by a very friendly and attentive staff. She gets meals, nap time, and constant diaper changes. She has never come home willingly! Thank you Planet kids for your amazing staff!! I love that my toddler has a fun and safe environment when mommy needs a break! You guys rock!

We toured the facility. It was dirty and understaffed. Crying kids being ignored. Sick kids coughing with dripping snot. Really disgusting.

If I could give more stars I would. They were absolutely amazing with my little 1 year old son. I had never left him with anyone besides family, and the PlanetKid staff were so patient, loving, and kind. My son really thrived here. He was always dry and fed when I picked him up, happy and smiling. He enjoyed going to school and I truly felt like he was being supervised and cared for all day, everyday. Plus he was fed breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks. I received daily sheets noting what he ate and changing times. I was in tears when I picked him up a couple Fridays ago and was told they had to close. Open soon!!!! We miss you!!!! Just want to give special thanks to Ms. Kristen, Autumn, and Leah for the time, dedication and love you provided to Eli, and me. No other place compares. Cant wait to bring him back here. I keep checking for updates...please come back soon :)

I’m so thankful to have found this place. It’s the first place my child was comfortable going to and the flexibly this center has is my savior. I recently moved to Florida last year me and my husband have not been able to go out on a date since we have moved here. Tonight we dropped the two kids off and we are going to enjoy a dinner alone. Thank you planet kids!

The best way I can describe how I feel is that I trust planet kid - and I am not a trusting person.Julie became more talkative right away and brings home paintings and drawings most every day. She is happy to go into the loving arms of any staff member and has never had an issue with belongings even if we forgot to put her name on them. They are excellent.I would recommend their services to anyone on the basis of our experience using both the full time and the drop off services.When I read the bad reviews I figured those people are on a different planet than this one because the darling daughter brings home a sheet that documents precisely her activities, eating, and potty/diaper times - no questions or grey areas about anything. And to the review that said all kids of all ages are in the same room - thats not true. I have dropped in plenty of times and I have never seen anything that seemed wrong or out of the way. I do my best to be a good dad, but I am not a professional. I get a feeling of of caring, confidence and competence from the staff and management that is cheap at any price.If there is ever a fall or a scrape it is documented and explained in detail in the daily report and I know about it even when there is no scrape or bump or anything.They are all great child care professionals who enjoy their jobs and relish their time with our children. I can feel the good vibe from them and the place, but mostly, our darling daughter loves it, loves them, and learns there.I could go on&on about the positive interactions we have shared but the only things that really matter are that its good for the darling & we trust them.

My children have been going to Planet Kid for drop-in since May 2017 and they love it! They are well cared for and fed. We were so happy with their care that when we decided it was time for me to go back to work after 6 years of being a stay at home mom, we chose them as our full-time care. I highly recommend!

This has always been a great place to bring your children! They are clean, friendly and the kids come back not just being “watched” but truly cared for! Amazing management, amazing staff!

I believe this establishment would work well only as a drop off daycare, if you need to make a quick errand and only leave your child here for an hour or two. I tried bringing my child in here as a full time day care, and I felt they were not teaching her nor really caring for her. Two times I had picked her up and she was completely lethargic and we went straight from here to the ER, the first time with a 106 degree fever and NO ONE said anything about her being sick all day, no one took her temperature, let alone noticed that she was sick. After the second time this happened I had enough, went in, paid my bill and have not returned. She was getting sick every other day being here, to which I believe is due to the amount of children popping in and out all day. When we switched her day care in February of this year, she has been sick only one time since. You definitely get what you pay for here. And to add to it, she would come home in other childrens diapers, clothes, blankets, you name it. And Im sure other children went home in her belongings as well. They are fed frozen fish sticks about every other day, and the place is freezing inside! I used to send her in with a jacket on and they always wondered why. There playground is across the street in the back, totally dangerous to be crossing the road with the amount of children they have. Not the most organized childcare facility.

My daughter has been attending this daycare since she was one. I have been happy with everything since day one, they were helpful and patient with potty training, without their persistence during the day I dont think it would of been such an easy process.My daughter has even ask to go to school on Saturdays because she has so much fun. By 2 she knew her alphabet and would sing songs and her colors and shape naming was amazing. This school really cares. She is now four and will be attending here for VPK and I wouldnt think of sending her anywhere else.

Reading these low reviews I was appalled. Im not sure what daycare these people are attending. My daughter and nephew have been attending full time since they were 1 yrs old. Have they gotten scrapes and bruises sure, they same kind they get with me when we go to a park? Yep! Kids play and run and fall thats what they do. The managers Kristin and Paige are amazing and the teachers are kind and patient. My daughter runs in an excitement every morning and I assure you if it wasnt a happy, safe environment my daughter would refuse to go in.This place focuses on providing a safe, educational and fun place for children at affordable prices and great hours.Also I work in the plaza so I get to sneak and look at the kids on the playground and listen to how teachers speak to and treat the kids. They are definitely providing my kids and all attending children the care they deserve and need.

You all have been so great to the kids! Excellent environment. Kids have been coming home with lots of art and projects which I love for the fridge :) Thanks for all you do!

Understaffed and under managed. We stopped taking our son here when it seemed liked every week he was coming home with his glasses broken and scratches from some other kid. I understand they are kids and theyre going to get into scuffles every now and then but I feel like someone should have been close enough by to stop things from getting as far as they would. After a few incidents such as this and after our son told us the instructor made him pee outside on the play ground because there was no one to take him back inside to use the restroom, we decided to stop using planet kid. We paid our bill and stopped bringing him in. Nearly a year later without warning we get billed for $200. When I called to figure out what happened they told us only an administrator could refund money and that she would be in the next morning. So the next morning I made a trip down and spoke with the lady in charge. She told me the computer automatically charged us for our balance. I told them we were unaware of a balance. Because the last time we were there I paid them and was informed our balance was $0. Now nearly a year later and without any phone calls Im billed. Without authorization. Extremely unprofessional. Not to mention I feel it is not a good or safe environment for my son.

Never really had any big issues with this establishment. Yes, you have to stay on top of your belongings otherwise you lose a thing or two. But my little one always come home with a dry diaper. The only problem I had, I spoke to management about, and it was handled appropriately. This facility definitely deserves more stars than one.

The staff is very friendly and loving. My 2 year old loves going to day care there. He started going as a drop-in and now goes full time. He enjoys it and gets lots of love and learning!

Great place. We use it for Drop-In all the time, even open sundays when I play golf. Kids love going. We put the youngest in full time last month.

Thank you guys for all of your help over the summer! Kids loved the camps and made a ton of new friends! Well see you again for winter break!

Great daycare with caring teachers at a good price! My daughter really enjoys it here.

Took my daughter here twice and will be the last.They had her all day and could not answer simple questions. When did she eat, diaper changing times, what did she eat, how many bottle of water/milk did she have??? They always have a confuse look and not able to answer any questions pertaining to the child. I pick her up she smells like vomit, to my surprise she has vomit stains, doesnt change her. She has diaper rash. Theres a different person throughout the day that would watch your child. Communication throughout staff and management is terrible. I am sure the staff here is fine they just need a better system to work under and qualify training. At the end of the day all they tell me is she has a hard time adjusting.

Have had a lovely experience with all of the staff. The children always look forward to attending.

Between my two kids i have been sending my kids to planet kid for 6 years. They are the best and i recommend them to everyone. Ive read the negative reveiws on here and felt the need to moved to review acccording to my experience My daughter doesnt like many people but loves going to school everyday. I know when i dropped my kids off that they are going to be treated just as well as i treat them at home. Anytime there is ever an issue paige and kristin address it immediatly and i have no more problems. I love it here and will continue to send my kid here as long as they will have her.

The management is crazy and unorganized, never answers my questions when I ask. I have seen kids come home with bite marks, bruises, and so much more. I would find a different daycare for your children! Its all around a bad place to send your kids

I would HIGHLY recommend you visit unexpectedly during naptime before leaving your children there. The naptime is also 3 hours according to the lady at the front desk because its when the employees take breaks.

Totally disappointed about this place, dropped kids off and played upon pickup as always. Been using place for long time never an issue. Brought kids back on another visit claimed owed them money but I did pay them! Needless to say they took extra $40 bucks from me and management refused to make right. Caution
