I did a course on this side to get a discount on my traffic ticket. I cant compare the experience with the course with other sites. However, it was easy to use the website and the best thing is than when I finished the course I got a call from someone from WiseTrafficSchool, I am sorry I dont remember his name. This person explain to me the next steps. A couple of days later I call back since I was not able to find the information on the county to pay the ticket and the same person helped me again. He walked me thru the website and was very nice and professional. I definitely recommend their services.

I have to admit, I did not want to have to take a drivers course. But I am actually very glad I did. I am much more aware of my driving, my surroundings, and the other cars. I know to drive defensively. This course was thorough and informative. I am now inspired to take their course for mature drivers. This is a really good company!

My biggest concern with these traffic schools is that were sharing a lot of confidential information. I called in advance of signing up, (was able to actually get through and speak with someone) and the gentleman on the phone was courteous and assured me that they do not share any of the information with third parties. He also informed me that the data they needed was birthdate, DL number, citation number....and of course, credit card and address info. That turned out to be 100% accurate. Personally, I think they need to advertise the data security aspect of their service more, if they do protect customer data. I could not find anything on their website. Other schools did have references to the personal data disclosures, and I did not like that they shared info, pretty much as their discretion. Cost was really secondary for me, but at $25, its just as reasonable as anyone else. (I took the reading version)So the 5 stars is for that commitment on data security that they provided, albeit verbally, and the ease of the system. I found that the time allotted per section was just about the perfect amount of time to read the section and complete the questions. I did have extra time in some sections, but the law is to take a 4 hour course. Final exam followed the course material very very well.Now its my assumption that content and quality of the systems are probably fairly similar among these schools. I selected Wise as they seem to specialize in just three courses and they are Florida specific, in addition to the data security. The completion cert was super simple, and just as they described in the advertising.Someone complained on a review that they kept sending him mailings after the completion of the course. Yeah, Id downgrade my review if I start getting mailings and cant shut them off, but I get the feeling that wont be the case. Time will tell.In summary, positive experience.

I would recommend Sid and his team to anyone. So far 2 of my children have gone through his program for first time drivers and learners permit. Now my last 2 children (a twin) are getting ready to do the same. Use Wise Traffic ... you wont be disappointed. Communication and professionalism are excellent and prices are good too.

There are a lot of choices when it comes to choosing a good school for passing both the TLSAE course and the knowledge exam, and I made the best choice by choosing the Wise Traffic School. Initially, I was concerned that the low price offered by the Wise Traffic School would be increased by sneaky hidden fees that some companies charge. In fact, just the opposite is true of this exceptional company. I had a lot of questions, and when I called this fine business, Sid (who is the owner) took the call and addressed all of my concerns, which is remarkable as I called him on a Sunday. Not only did my son pass the TLSAE course very easily, but he passed the knowledge exam the first time. It could not have been easier.

Take their Basic Driver Improvement Course if you want to be forced into HOURS to complete it!! OMG - it will NOT let you scroll ahead. Find another company!!!

I took my TLSAE course and it was very simple and I was all done in about 4 hours. It was very easy and I passed with 98% on the knowledge exam!

Good course well recommended they promised to send the certificate course to the court house and they did i went to the court house and they were shocked that it was sent to them 5 stars to you guy thank you nice work will recommend to anyone that need your course.

They mail too many card to me after I took a course already. It’s aggravating...just leave me alone.

I definitely would refer wise traffic school to anyone who needs to take the course!After taking the course I am very happy to say I did well thanks to the course being very easy to comprehend. I was recently diagnosed with TBI due to a severe car accident but the way the course is designed with the questions and answers at the end of each section it made it easy for me to review and retain the correct answers. I also want to add that customer service couldnt be better, they practically answered on the first ring each time I called and immediately knew who was calling . Thank you Wise Traffic School for what I thought was going to be such an ordeal to such a personable expierience:-)

This company has fantastic, above-average customer service, and as advertised NO HIDDEN FEES! You call and no matter when, they get back with you. I am very impressed with the service they provided because it is so rare nowadays!I found them on the DMV website and called with a question and within 20 minutes late-at-night, I received a call back from them! AMAZING! If you are in Florida, pick them and you will not regret it!

DO NOT pay these people without reading the website!!! They send a nice little card in the mail with false information! I made the mistake of believing what the card said and simply signed in with our reading the web page, that was my mistake. Their mistake was sending an advertisement claiming no license or insurance points. Nowhere on this card does it say the are any acceptions!!! I now know there are. Wouldnt have wasted my money for sure! Very rude woman on the phone as well.

Very pleased with this program...if you have to do it this is the way to go. They even faxed proof of my completion in for me. Excellent and seamless!
