Service was good. I had to print two papers. There was a fee for 2.50 but she took it off because she said it was ridiculous which I agreed my price was .36 cents for two papers. The store was kind of dirty though like the floor needed some attention (definitely needed to be swept and mopped)

DisappointingI bought two of these storage cabinets. Delivered completely destroyed. I called customer service, they were so convinced my refund was issued in this case I reorder the same items. Over 2 weeks no refund and new cabinets not delivered. I would never again order from tired of calling about my refund and new cabinets. Wrote a review and received an email Cody,Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Would give 0 stars if I could! Funny how you purchase items online that are explicitly for printing for personal use, you send it here, they charge you (no problem there), and then send you an email saying that your order is ready for pickup when in fact...oh, wait...sorry we couldnt print your stuff for copyright issues. Are you kidding me? Why even send me an invoice telling me to pick it up in the first place? What a waste of time, AND money. They have NO communication skills!

Worst place ever. No wonder the company is in financial trouble. Waited in line to have customer service girl in the print and copy center send a fax for me. Just two pages. After waiting in that line for 5 minutes, she tells me I have to go wait in the self service line to fax anything. Now I wait 15 minutes in this line to do my fax. The worst and truly ignorant part is that the next three women that were behind me in the first line wanted faxes done also. But guess what, yep, she was all smiles and helped them with theirs. Sort of makes you feel like I was singled out for being a male. Never get my business again even if I have to drive further and pay more somewhere else.

Mathew is a wonderful employee just to start this off. This man went above and beyond for us when we were having trouble assembling a chair I had bought from this location. He offered to assemble it for us and we picked it up today. Every employee we encountered at this location was very helpful and informative, so much so that we also bought a computer while we were there. (Note: I did not intend to shop for a new computer just then). If i could give more stars I would.

I wish I would have gotten the young ladies name that helped cause she was amazing. She was very patient and helpful for the 25 separate documents I had to download then send and print. She had more patience than I did. She is why I will always come back to Office Depot.

The intelligence of the copy center youngsters (I am old) never ceases to amaze me. Yet again they helped me out. Its fascinating how they navigate these complex computers and machines.

Listed as Fed Ex shipping location, but they wouldnt ship an item that Fed Ex allows to be shipped, and wasnt on the stores prohibited items sign. They pick and choose if they feel like shipping or not.

Emily in the print shop is soooo helpful and knowledgeable. She always has a smile on her face even if theyre slammed with customers. She works with me to be sure the copies and posters I print are always looking great!

The printing service doesnt know what theyre doing. They refuse to make copies of a workbook that gives permission to to have copies made for personal use. Its a 189 page teaching book I wanted a spiral bind on. I was told that they couldnt do it because it was illegal for them to make profit on it even after I read We at Legacy Learning Systems, Grant permission to print and copy the Learn and Master Guitar Bonus Resources book as needed for personal use.. I was told to print it myself, Ive never had to print enough to warrant buying a printer. Im sure another company would be glad to take my money.

Most of the time I can find what I need when I cant wait for Amazon. Clearence racks often have good scores, but watch out when it comes to printer ink and toner here.

Absolutely the worst place to even attempt to do anything as far as printing. Last 4 times I went in, they were not able to do simple requests. As in: order my notary stamp, make copies from plans, and others stay away. The laziness in that place is typical for Martinsburg so Im not surprised.Shut the place down!

I had ordered business cards online and picked up in the Martinsburg, Wv location. First off i had ordered 50 business cards received only 47, told them about it, they told me they couldnt do anything about it cause i walked out the store and simply walked back it. Second, i didnt like how my order was laying on a shelf knowing it was already paid for and anyone can steal anybodies order. Third, if your going to work at a OfficeMax/Officedepot, Please wear your uniform! not your ugg boots and hollister hoodie. Very bad customer service and professionalism. *Hint* If your going to work with the public, make sure you are friendly and actually look like you work at the place you work at! I wont be returning to this location!

Went to get a power supply for my HP Photoshop. First they did not even listen to me - told me to go to the isle where the USB power supplies were. Then they told me they did not carry it and, oh, it would cost $60-70 - almost the price of a new printer! I found the power supplies online for $10. Liers!

At one point, this store was probably the booming hub of office supplies and small business solutions. That point was probably sometime back in the late 1980s.A soulless wasteland of technology past, Office Depot stands a monument to a time forgotten. Anything that is available for purchase in this store is available online for 80% less. The storefront itself is a mashup of overpriced rolling chairs, last years calendars, and bundles of PC games that have probably been there longer than any of the employees.The only current part of the store is the printing center, unfortunately that is down / not working about 50% of the time you attempt to use it. Also, the self-serve machines do not allow users to print from USB drives or SD cards.The only reason this location received two stars is because SOME of the employees are very nice and seem to be doing their best to carry this dying husk of a forgotten time on their back, and for that I have #respect.

Ten customers stood in line waiting for one extremely slow cashier to ring us up while two other staff members sat and talked in the managers office. The cashier called for help over the radio, then had to walk over to pull the manager away from gabbing to actually run a register. I spent 5 minutes finding the supplies I needed, then 15 waiting to check out. I wont be back.
