Never been to a cleaner gym! Something about knowing you are in a healthy environment makes for a easier workout! Plus the workouts and everything you put into them, reaching your goals is a understatement.

I recommend this gym for anyone who wants a fun and great workout. Shane is a great instructor and everyone in the gym is friendly and welcoming. The workouts are never the same and you will always be learning new things. I love the boxing/kickboxing and love how it makes me push myself.
