I moved to Minnesota over a year ago. I was in search for job working with children and Cradle club was the first job opening that I saw on indeed. I immediately applied for a teaching position here. I received a email back within an hour of applying. I spoke with the directors and they were so easy to talk too they scheduled an interview for me to come in right away. They were always available to talk to via email and phone. When I came in for my interview the director team welcomed me in. I felt very comfortable with them all. I met some of the staff and there were awesome! I knew this was the perfect place for me to continue teaching. The directors are always flexible. They are understanding when staff members are sick. They always allow vacation time off. I love working at Cradle Club. If you are looking for a job where you can love and pour into heart of little ones. Cradle Club is the perfect place for you.

I wouldn’t recommend anybody working here. The directors are unprofessional and the daycare is disorganized. They didn’t even hire enough staff to cover anybody’s breaks or to take over when my shift was over. Sometimes I would have to stay after my shift ended unexpectedly. One of the lead directors wanted me to come into work in -11 degree weather and when I told her I couldn’t go into work because of the cold she was rude and showed no sympathy. I WARN YOU DON’T WORK HERE!

From the teachers and directors to the families WE LOVE CRADLE CLUB! My daughter (3) started in January 2020 and the amount of growth we have seen in her is astounding. Her social/emotional skills, her language and motor skills, her imagination have all grown immensely. She recently welcomed a baby brother (3 months) into the family and the staff and teachers have welcomed him into the infant classroom this week. As a parent, I feel confident that both my kids are well cared for, loved and are being taught amazing life lessons. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

We have been apart of the CC family for a few months now and are so happy with our experience. Our son runs into his classroom eagerly every morning ready to give his teachers hugs! They are so warm and friendly and you can tell how much they care about the kids. We love the curriculum and also love that they provide nutritious food and snacks! We would definitely recommend the cradle club to other families looking for a exceptional child care!

We looked around a LOT before choosing Cradle Club for child care, and passed on several less expensive options because I loved the vibe at Cradle Club. I love that it is parent-directed care (I choose her schedule and routines to match home), I love that the naps are in quiet, dark rooms (and thus my daughter is a fantastic sleeper!), and I love that my daughter squeals with delight every time we walk through the doors to drop off. The teachers genuinely seem to like her too, and this means the world to me.

I couldnt imagine a better and safe place to leave my boys every day.We love the way the staff take care of our sons; We feel sure that both boys are in great hands, and are going to have a day full of fun activities that will keep them happy and busy! The school is BEAUTIFUL, there are so many fun toys for the kids to play with, the crafts they do are amazing and they have 2 playgrounds! The staff are kind, nurturing and seem so excited to be there!

Horrible place do not send your children here its not safe

Our son loves Cradle Club, and have no doubt our baby girl we are expecting in June will love it too when she starts in the fall!
