I was a parent of Xplor pretty much since they opened. When we first arrived the director was amazing as was the assistant director. However, over time and as the people in leadership have changed so has the quality of the school. Communication between management and parents is poor. If I walk in they hardly ever spoke to me and IF they did it did not feel authentic. (You would think being there for so many years I would have a great relationship with management). I had an incident occur where my daughter felt uneasy about her new teacher and I voiced those concerns to management. Instead of the assistant director or director addressing my concerns (mind you this was at the height of Covid and parent were not allowed in the building so I had NO clue who her teacher was) they pushed me off on to the new person who I had no rapport with. Summer activities are not thought out and boring! Sadly, management (Jessica and Stephanie) dont even seem to be concerned with parent concerns. I have spoken with several other parents that share these same feelings. It feels like they only care about what they can get out of us (tuition, gifts, fundraisers) and not what they can do for us and more importantly our children.**Also, read the indeed reviews from former employees. They also, deserve better!

Both of my daughters go to Xplor (Intermediate and Infant classes). They LOVE their teachers and the school! I’m always amazed on how much they’re learning and how engaged the school keeps them. And during COVID, they’ve made appropriate changes to ensure the safety of the students and their staff. Highly recommend this place!!

This is the worst school in mansfield area, we cant communicate with the teachers, the only thing they care about is the tuiton every weekeven worse they can hide the bad reviews from their website so really you dont know what happen inside this school

I adore Xplor! My daughter even asks to go on our days off. Their curriculum is amazing. She will be more than ready for school when the times comes. The staff is so welcoming and have become like family.

We absolutely love Xplor Mansfield! Our daughter is excited to go to school every morning because she loves her teachers and the friends she’s made. We get a daily report that outlines the curriculum - which we are very pleased with. We also get daily photos of our daughter sent through the Xplor app. Definately a great option for early childhood development!

We love Xplor, my son started when he was 2 and had never been in daycare. They were so patient with him as he adjusted to being away from family and now he absolutely loves it here! Everyone is so welcoming and kind here and I am comforted knowing that my son is being loved, cared for, and safe!!!

Every school has pros and cons and no where is perfect but here at Xplor we have found the pros outweigh any issues or issues are always heard and addressed.Our girls both have been fully prepared for school beyond the expectations of Kindergarten! We are so thankful to have found Xplor! We were very fortunate to have Ms. Ashley R. as a teacher from when we started (Fall 2017) to just this past January so, two room changes due to age. Our son absolutely adores her. It was never a battle to bring him to school/daycare because of her. With no hesitation, we would have terminated our contract with Xplor regardless of the education and how close Xplor is to our home if we felt our child was not safe, respected or cared for.Ms. Ashley has a genuine amicable and caring personality for her students. Her wonderful personality carried over into my relationship with her that built the trust I needed to feel comfortable that my child was truly being well-cared for. As there is no web-viewing for parents, it is (in my opinion) crucial for me to have an open relationship with my childs teacher to make sure in addition to trust there is proper care and my child is on track. A parent is to be their childs advocate.I cannot forget to mention how amazing the front staff is too! I always appreciate the timely communication to the questions I have. Its so nice to be greeted with smiles. I love that it is more like family than business, but yet very well organized. I do have a sense of what it takes as I used to be on our eldest childs preschool Board.Although there is no mobile viewing, you can watch at the front desk. Xplor sends pictures, daily reports, and other info through Tadpoles, which is a great, easy app. I think the curriculum is age appropriate and delivered properly. I appreciate Xplors approach on teacher and student ratio, which is below the TX law. Xplor Mansfield is a new facility so, classrooms are modern, age appropriate (i.e. height of sinks, toilets), and clean. Their outdoor set-up is wonderful too! For the little ones, it is on astro turf and there is a covered patio area. For the bigger kids, there is lots of yard to run in with a great playground.I hope Xplor will continue to apply sunscreen and bugspray. We actually came to Xplor because the first center would not apply sunscreen even with a doctors note. Even if I do apply at home before we drop off, sunscreen still needs to be re-applied then for afternoon outing.

We transitioned to xplor in May of 2017. My son had been attending another highly recommended child care center on Matlock. He came home every day grouchy and he was crying at every drop off and pick up! After less than two weeks at xplor, he was excited to go to school and see his friends! He is much happier in the evenings! We are incredibly happy we made the change. The administration is on top of it! They address any potential issue before it has a chance to develop and their desire is for the parents to be well informed. I would highly recommend xplor for your child!
