I have had an amazing experience here. I wish I wouldve enrolled here years ago. Tyler from Career Services is wonderful. Hes helped out my colleagues and they have gotten great jobs right after graduation. Jesse and Rebekah from the IT department have been so helpful. Truly grateful. I am excited to graduate and get started on my career!

ECPI has been one of the better decisions I have made in my life. It helped me achieve a degree very quickly as opposed to traditional Universities that take multiple years. They have great Career services here to help you with resumes and get set up for the real jobs out there. The faculty here teaches very well and tutoring here is amazing.

I graduated from ECPI a few years back, and during that time it may have been more like 3.5 rating, but the resources there today are a whole new experience. I came back to Career Services for help about a new job and help updating my resume, and Tyler was able to instantly provide me with feedback and assist me with an immediate job lead. With the new Career Services they have now, this is definitely a great school to tough out. The programs are accelerated and are quite difficult, but do help set you up for success.

He took a lot of his time and effort to clean up my resume, prepare me for the entire interview process, and helped me land a killer entry level IT job in a fortune 500 company.Loved my experiences with all faculty members that helped me be where I am today.

Having almost completed the CIS program, I can personally say that the professors here are among the most knowledgeable individuals that I have ever met. From networking, to a cloud solutions class, all the professors have always upheld the standard of helping their students. If students have a question or require further review, the professors would go out of their way to ensure that the student does not fall behind. The greatest person I have met so far is Tyler Theal in the career services department. He helped build a functional resume for me and is currently helping others find a position out in the work force. In addition to this, ECPI also offers free tutoring that I have utilized to my own benefit and has aided me in passing several classes.

I am a USMC Veteran and was able to get my Bachelors in Cyber and Network Security in two years with transfer credits from my previous A.A.S.They work very well with you and especially veterans on using your benefits to its max, along with discounted certifications (even for alumni). After graduation, Tyler Theal from career services helped me build my resume and prepare me for interviews in regards to my profession. I was even linked up with several successful interviews which eventually led to me receiving my first job as a contractor on my path in IT. I would like to thank all those at this institution as well to get me where I am today!

If I could leave 0 I would. This school was terrible. Is there was a word worst there terrible I would use that word. They just care about the money then don’t care about providing a good education and I’m speaking about the nursing program. I can’t believe i let this school fool me for a month.. paid almost $3k in tuition just to fail a the lab class by ONE POINT. The lab professor was the worst. If tuition is going to be a car down payment amount the education system should be on the same level. Look around. There are many other friendlier and affordable school with better education. I’m so glad I left ECPI after a month of taking classes there. Wouldn’t recommend this school to my worst enemy.

This experience wasnt what I expected. I thought I would get more help when needed and thats not the case. The instructors couldnt answer alot of the questions and they tell you you ask someone else and they dont know. Leaving you stuck and figuring it out yourself. That happened alot. Some were very unprofessional. Some of the instructors are great! Others need some work and it looks like they never taught before. Wouldnt recommend this school for nursing!

I actually had a mediocre experience at our school.Radiologic Technology.I think the classroom instruction was spot on except that we lost 2 instructors within 6 months and then the clinical coordinator had to take over our instructions. Ms Brightly seemed to be overwhelmed almost all of the time, even to the point of making our tests all too easy to pass. At the last 2 months of our class, they hired a new classroom instructor. As far as clinical internships, they are not fair. As a student of this program I was denied the opportunity to intern at several major hospitals in our area. Instead I only had clinics at 1 hospital. My class cohorts did clinics at several hospitals, but I wasn’t assigned. That is unfair. I have so much more I could share.Look to our community colleges. Do your research. If you want an educated and fair education then please explore all of your opportunities.

I had a horrible experience here towards the end when it comes to financial aid. They told me they would do it for me and help me out but when ever I tried to contact them they wouldnt answer. It would take them 3 weeks just for them to tell me I owe the school almost 14,000

Its disheartening to spend nearly 50 thousand dollars for the treatment from this school and staff in positions of power. The admission staff take pride in selling the school as caring and helpful and instructors always being available for help, when it is truly not the case. The program director is apparently equally difficult to the students as she is her staff members leaving them seeking other employment and leaving her to do the job of 3 people. It is glaringly clear that she is not capable of tackling so many tasks and the students suffer. The cleanliness of the school also leaves a lot to be desired. The bathrooms are foul and never have necessities such as soap or paper towels. There are couches in the lobby that have seen better days and give the appearance that the school picked them up from some ones curbside garbage.

I was lied to in order to attend ECPI University by one of the admissions people name to Mike. I initially wanted to study diagnostic medical sonography and they did not have that major in the Manassas campus. Mike told me that that was the reason why they sent him from the Virginia Beach campus so he could start the major of sonography in the Manassas campus. one of the qualifications for the sonography program is a bachelors degree or two years of experience in the healtcare field. he told me by signing up for medical assisting, that would qualify me for the sonography program once its up and running. I am hundred percent sure Im not the only person Mike lied to. There was a girl who was talking about how she is only studying the medical assisting program to qualify for the sonography program in our orientation 2013. after I finish with the medical assistant program before graduation I talked to one of the department heads doctor monbanga about the sonography program and he told me that he never heard of such thing. The school was never going to start the diagnostic medical sonography in the Manassas campus. so I would like to thank ECPI for the degree I received at your school that I no longer use and for the student loans that Im still paying off. Lesson learned. Everytime I see your commercials of how great ECPI University is, it truly breaks my heart. Am disgusted by how you played me.

This school is an absolute joke. So unorganized and the teachers learning materials are outdated and don’t match what your learning in the books, so you basically go to class to waste your time because you have to learn on your own anyway. So glad I am going elsewhere! They weren’t prepared to start the LPN to RN program and it was sad to see so many students break down because of the stress... yes, school is stressful and you have to work hard, BUT the teachers are suppose to teach you the proper material to perform the job. Hope they get more organized and stop being so money hungry. Fingers crossed!! Lol

Manassas campus.I am an applicant not yet a student and will give my feedback as such.Majority of ADN programs in this area offer a traditional track - over 2 years in length, in addition to an over a year of pre-requisites. This program is an accelerated track meaning more material is covered in a shorter time in comparison with a traditional track; therefore, there should be an expectation of receiving and processing more information over a shorter time, a great majority of self-study, and daily homework. During a tour of the facility, Ive observed a simulation/practical room covering the areas of study required to take an RN license exam. There is tutoring available, state of the art learning apps, and other helpful self-study tools.. From what it appears, this program is comparable to a community colleges ADN program in the amount and in the kind of information, and the outcome depends on how determined and proactive a student is and on expectations - traditional track vs accelerated track.
