I lost 30% of my Post 9-11 GI Bill benefits; which caused me to loose out on a grant benefit thats awarded to 100% GI Bill students only and was given very poor advice by the scheduling and billing admin. I ended up paying a lot out of pocket and student loans even though I had a GI bill, then a surprise charge of $700, instead of explaining the charge and sending me proof of their claim they sent me to collections which was forced to pay just to get my transcripts. I have other veteran friends that were boned by this University as well.

Worst mistake enrolling at this school! The admission specialist jobs are to just enroll as many as possible and they dont follow up with your financial aid to ensure it is in place for the start of classes. When you send emails after emails with no response and requesting the last day to drop classes you will get no response until its already after the deadline. Oh and if thats not enough to convince you not to enroll they will put over $200 on your credit because they failed to follow through on your financial aid and to respond back so you can drop classes in time. In addition to all of this emailing the director is pointless he will just tell you to contact someone else and they pretty much will tell you...so what we messed up you need to pay it.This school is all about money and meeting enrollment goals....WORST MISTAKE!
