FPD has allowed my children to truly grow. They now love learning and are able to explore so many different opportunities. It is also reassuring to know that they are not only receiving an exceptional academic education while at school, they are also learning morals, faith, and leadership.

First Presbyterian Day School is one of the best schools in Central Georgia. Its ran by an amazing team and the families that attend are wonderful. You cant go wrong!

Our grandson has attended FPD since he was 4 yrs old. The teachers have taught and challenged him. The Bible classes are wonderful and provide a great basis of Biblical knowledge. The music program is outstanding. The athletic programs are some of the best in the area. The scholastic curriculum is challenging and serves them throughout life. The fees are high, but inline with other schools in the area.

My two sons are the men they are today due to the influence of FPD teachers and coaches. They reinforced the Christian worldview and values taught at home and helped prepare them for college and life beyond. As an employee, I have seen how the faculty truly care about each of their students. They realize there is a bigger picture and work to positively impact students lives for eternity. We are so grateful for FPD!

As a faculty member at FPD, Ive enjoyed the excellent Fine Arts program here. I always make random detours on the way back to my office just so I can stop by the bulletin boards in the high school that showcase the artwork of our students. We have some talented students here...but not just in the arena of visual art. Our theatre department is incredible. Every year, I look forward to our Spring productions (particularly the musical, which is coming up just around the corner!). I love how FPD demonstrates excellence both academically and artistically; it makes the school that much more well-rounded, and it makes working here all the better!

We visited quite a few schools in the area before choosing First Presbyterian Day School for our son. We found that there were no bad choices, just the one that was BEST for our family, and we have been so pleased that we chose FPD. Our son has not only received a challenging, high-quality education with a Christian world view, but has also had the opportunity to participate in many sports, clubs, and other extra-curricular activities. He has been touched by his experiences in completing community service projects, and has been challenged in his advanced coursework.I feel like FPD is a leader in many areas including technology (with smart boards in every classroom and school tablet computers issued to every student grades 5-12 which are truly integrated into every single class, creating another platform for teaching and enrichment), as well as providing a large number of advanced placement courses. They also have great facilities and strive to continually provide new opportunities for their students. The learning environment is enhanced by high standards for behavior among students as well.The thing that I am most pleased with about our school is the focus on keeping Christ at the center of our childrens educational experience. The curriculum is taught from a Christian world view, and students participate in meaningful community service projects, Bible classes, and both student and teacher-led prayer from the very earliest grades. I know his teachers and coaches are reinforcing at school the same Christian values we are teaching him at home, and many times become mentors and prayer partners with him.Our experience at FPD has shown us that we made the right choice in selecting the very best school, and the accolades the school has received and the accomplishments of its graduates have only confirmed what we already knew - FPD is the best choice for our family.
